They also provided one bottle of water per day, which was helpful when making instant noodles or other drinks."

"The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The toilet was new, and the bathroom (shower) and other water facilities were very clean with absolutely no mold. I was impressed by the excellent maintenance here. The balcony had a washing machine and dryer. The gas dryer dried clothes in about 30 minutes, which was very convenient. Laundry detergent was provided, so you don't need to bring your own. The parking lot is free and very spacious, making it easy to park. A new apartment building was under construction right in front of the hotel, but there was absolutely no noise. However, this building was built very close to the south-facing balcony of the Rencondo Hotel, blocking the view and sunlight from the western half of the rooms, which was a bit disappointing. We stayed on the eastern half, which wasn't obstructed, and the view and sunlight were excellent. The meeting point for the snorkeling tour to Yaebise was Ikema Island, but we arrived in about 20 minutes, allowing us to prepare at a leisurely pace in the morning. There isn't a convenience store within walking distance, but there's a FamilyMart about a 5-minute drive away. We drove to Sunayama Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The parking lot was always empty. As we were checking out, the cleaning lady was cleaning another room. As we passed each other, she gave us a lovely smile and said ”Thank you,” which warmed our hearts as we left the hotel (apartment)."

"Spacious rooms and very clean. Basic design but good value for money. Location is out of town, you will need a car. But they have car rental on site. Overall it’s great. Just watch out for car parking spaces. They have a secondary car park but it’s 800m from the hotel and you will need to get the hotel van. The road is unsafe to walk on at night as no lights."

"The atmosphere of the Japanese-style ancient house is great, the environment is very clean and bright, but it is inevitable that some insects will enter the house (insecticide is provided) The reception staff is very polite, and will immediately assist in the situation! The check-in time will be changed once every two days. The water pressure in the bathroom is stable and the hot and cold water is switched freely. There are thick mattresses, it is very comfortable to lie down ☺️ The location is in the center of Miyako Island,10-30 minutes from the attraction, about 10 minutes from Miyako Airport, there is a family convenience store at the alley, it is very convenient to buy items!"

"This is very similar to the house of Aju in memory, even the taste of the house is very similar. The wooden house is a bit old, and the wood will make a little noise when walking. Three rooms are on the second floor, the sound insulation is not very good, I have earplugs myself, so it is not bad. Overall I like it very much!"

"The bathroom and sink area were separate, so it wasn't inconvenient even when used by a family. Amenities were well-provided, and the bathtub was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. In particular, the fully equipped kitchen allowed for simple cooking and breakfast preparation, and the presence of a washing machine made it very convenient for a long-term stay. Being able to wash swimwear or clothes immediately during the trip was a major advantage. The refrigerator, microwave, and tableware were neatly organized, making it feel as comfortable as a small apartment. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation that feels ”as comfortable as home.”"

"My overall experience staying at an apartment hotel in Japan this time was quite good. The room was more spacious than a typical hotel room and came with amenities like a kitchenette and washing machine, making it very convenient and home-like. It's especially suitable for longer trips or families. Coming back to the room every day and being able to truly relax definitely added a lot to my trip. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as not receiving the room number and password upon check-in and it taking a little time to contact the front desk, the hotel staff were very patient and helpful in resolving the issues, and their friendly attitude made me feel at ease. Overall, this stay was still pleasant and highly recommendable. Not only was it comfortable and convenient, but it also offered a more authentic feeling of living like a local. I would definitely consider choosing an apartment hotel again on my next visit to Japan."

This newly built hotel is spacious with excellent facilities. It's very close to the airport, and you can easily walk to Don Quijote and MaxValu nearby. The reception offers complimentary use of a coffee machine and various amenities. They really have everything you need, almost to the point where you could arrive empty-handed – it was fantastic! I appreciated having a kitchen for cooking, and there's even a washing machine with a drying function. The sink area is very wide, and the separated bathroom has a bathtub and strong water pressure, which was a big plus. The only minor downside was that some areas weren't thoroughly cleaned, so it would be perfect if that could be improved. If I visit Miyakojima again, I'd definitely want to stay here.

Some rooms come with a washing machine and bathroom dryer, which is perfect for people who want to wash clothes that get dirty from the ocean or sweat while traveling!! Handles and clothespins for the bathroom dryer were provided. The room was spacious, so there was no problem finding a place to unfold my suitcase. As a hotel where you can stay as if you were living there, there was a kitchen and dining table, so I was able to easily enjoy some sea grapes and instant Okinawa soba noodles I bought at the supermarket in my room.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a very good BBQ restaurant directly opposite. The portions are large enough for two grown men. It is next to a convenience store, Yoshinoya and McDonalds. The most important thing is that the local day trip will pick up guests directly at this hotel. Very convenient. You must take a taxi to travel in Miyako. It costs about 1,400 yen to take a taxi to Miyako Airport, which is about 4 kilometers. The hotel breakfast is very good, rich and delicious, and you can eat a lot. Very good.

The hotel is in a good location to explore several regions of the island. Coffee is great and the breakfast options were worth it. The room is spacious and very quiet. The team was friendly and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The car we rented broke and they even helped us get the car working again. The hotel has a simple design, with each room facing the harbor. Two bottles of mineral water are provided daily, and the trash cans are large – great! There's a microwave and vending machine with ice on the third floor, and they also provide large paper cups for ice, which is wonderful. However, the refrigerator is tiny, only for refrigeration, not freezing. The lack of shelves in the shower is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast is very good, with all the food being healthy; my favorite was the island tofu hot soup. There are many restaurants around the hotel. 200 meters ahead is a takeaway charcoal grill skewers shop; a box of four skewers costs an average of 600 NTD and is delicious. 350 meters behind is the nearest FamilyMart to the beach area. It's only a 10-minute drive to Don Quijote or AEON. For breakfast, you can go to the nearby rest stop (3 minutes drive) for noodles or seafood, and you can also buy souvenirs, bento boxes, bread, etc. – excellent amenities.

Amazing free local Miyako noodle locally grown vegetable and meat and fish for break fast every meal Was out standing ! Also loved the hot bath. And location is very central you can walk to many places by foot . Although it will be helpful to get around if you have a car . They also have paid parking space. I would recommend this hotel for location ( city central in Miyako ) hot bath , and all the locally grown yummy food if you would love to try ☺️

I was very pleased with the friendly service at check-in and check-out! It was close to the beach, so I could walk to snorkeling. While it wasn't a busy area, there were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so I had no issues during my stay. The room was in decent condition. There was a separate laundry room and I could pay via app, which was very convenient. I also liked that they provided free ice! I didn't go in the pool, but it looked fun with the exciting music and lights! Thanks to them, I had a great trip!!

We stayed here for two nights out of the three nights we stayed in Miyakojima. All the hotels had washing machines in the rooms, so this may be the standard in Miyakojima, but it was helpful to have a washing machine in the room and a gas dryer on a different floor, although it was shared. We were going to go into the ocean, so there was a huge difference between going home without being able to do laundry and going home without doing it. We were given shaved ice as a welcome gift, and my daughter was happy. The hotel was right in the middle of the downtown area, so we found some delicious restaurants right away. If it wasn't a resort hotel, this was enough for our family. There were three beds, so we were able to sleep comfortably.

I would like to use this hotel again. Since I don't have a driver's license, I looked for the hotel's location and facilities before booking. What was particularly good was that they have bicycle rentals, a large public bath, and it's a 10-minute walk to Yonaha Beach North. We went to Yonaha North Beach to watch the sunset and had an amazing view. The facilities are more like a business hotel than a resort hotel, but everything you need is there so there's no need to worry. Also, there is a large public bath and you can relax in the quiet building. *There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but there is a restaurant inside the building.
