"The hotel has a great location, right next to the pier. The pier is clean and quiet, and the sunrise is beautiful. Every room faces the sea and has an ocean view. It's not far from the airport, within 8 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 2000 yen. The hotel is near a residential area with many restaurants and convenience stores, making it very convenient. There's a small bay a few hundred meters from the hotel with a beach and swimming area. The hotel has been open for a long time, but it's well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious, including sashimi. However, the mattresses are very hard, which I wasn't used to. Getting around Miyako Island mainly involves taking taxis. In the city center, it's easy to find a driver, but in tourist areas, you might have to wait a long time. The meter is accurate. We also took a taxi to Ikema Island pier for a boat trip, 18 kilometers, for 4200 yen one way, cheaper than hiring a car. It was very comfortable, but no one accepted our return trip. We had to call the taxi driver who brought us there, and he came to pick us up. The return trip also cost 4200 yen."

"Great experience in Miyakojima! Location: The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is super convenient as a starting point to anywhere of the island: from here, the taxi to any direction is within 30 minutes at a cost of less than 3,000 yen. There is a FamilyMart across the road and you can get anything needed easily. And there are a lot of good dining places in the neighborhood. I made no reservation to any restaurant but just take a short walk randomly to the nearby restaurant every day and always find delicious food (there is one Japanese-style wagyu BBQ across the street which is super good!). Room: The room is cozy and spacious. You won’t feel it too narrow to open your suitcase as hotels in Japan elsewhere. The bed is comfortable. Facilities: There is a microwave in each floor, which is useful especially you need to leave early in the morning and have no time for breakfast. And there are also washing machines and dryers on the 1st floor, which is a must-have if you have activities in the sea. If there is any improvement I must say, that is the light in the room is too dim and it is not easy to do makeups."

There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It is really a big bus. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient. There is no FamilyMart or 711 in the entire southern area, and there is no decent beach, including the largest Shigira Beach. The beach in front of the hotel is basically not a beach. The hotel itself has no recreational facilities, just a very small swimming pool, which is not only small in area, but also less than 1.2 meters deep, basically for children to play. Before noon and before dinner, it will be crowded with Japanese kids who come to travel until there is no space. Fortunately, there are groups chasing turtles in this area, so it is convenient to go there. To go to other places, such as Yonaha and Ikema Island, you can only drive or take a taxi. It is also difficult to get a taxi at night, and the bus stops after 18:00. So you can play in whichever area you live in. If you charter a car to go around the island, it doesn't feel like you are playing on the island. But it is still a very quiet choice, a kind of lying down vacation. If you want to have dinner around, you have to make an appointment in advance. There are quite a lot of facilities in the room, and you can also wash clothes."

"I have to say that hotels in Miyako Island are really expensive at this time of year. Although the Totifito Hotel we stayed in this time is far away from the city center and there are no supporting facilities around it, the room price is nearly 1,000 yuan. The hotel is a distance away from the city, but it is very close to Miyako Airport, about a 10-minute walk. You can also call the hotel to pick you up after getting off the plane, which is a 2-minute drive. There is an AAA supermarket mall 5-6 minutes away from the hotel in the direction of the airport, with two restaurants, a bakery and MUJI. The supermarket is very large and complete. Solving dinner is not a problem. If you don’t have an international driver’s license when traveling, it is recommended to charter a car. The Miyako Island bus is really inconvenient. I recommend a local taxi charter company, 4,400 yen per hour, for two days. The attitudes of the two drivers are superb. Although they only know a little English, they can communicate very smoothly using translation software. You can ask the front desk to help make an appointment. Finally, I have to say that the sea of ​​Miyako Island is really beautiful."

Lage zentral in der Stadt aber ruhig. Über die Straße ist direkt ein FamiliyMart. Hotel Rezeption zwischen 15-21 Uhr belegt was kein Problem darstellt. Gepäck kann vermutlich nicht aufbewahrt werden. Müll wir täglich vor die Tür gestellt und Handtücher können beim reinigungspersonal getauscht werden. Meiner Meinung richtiger Preis Leitungssieger."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's located on arguably the most beautiful stretch of beach in Miyakojima. Every day was filled with stunning views – pure bliss! The airport shuttle service was a great convenience. Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. The food wasn't great, but honestly, food throughout Okinawa isn't particularly noteworthy, so I can't really fault the hotel for that, haha. The hotel's glass-bottom boat tour is also worth experiencing. I loved it here and definitely want to come back!"

"This is a hidden gem of a hotel! There's a direct Line 9 bus from Shimojima Airport to the hotel right next door, just a short walk away. The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the pork cutlet and fried chicken rice at the restaurant for dinner was delicious. There's a path behind the hotel that leads directly to the beach; the sunset there is absolutely stunning! Highly recommended!"
