"The sheets and duvet covers caused an allergic reaction and itchiness. During my 5-night stay, the garbage bags and towels were replaced, and the sign indicated bathroom cleaning would be done, but it wasn't. For 5 nights, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the hair on the floor was quite unpleasant. If you're tired from sightseeing and sleep past 11 AM the next day, the trash and towels won't be changed, but you can leave dirty ones outside, and they will be replaced. The location is decent, but the nearest subway isn't convenient for getting to Shinsaibashi and Umeda. People who say it's a short walk to Shinsaibashi must be serious hikers; for normal people, especially with kids, it's very tiring, particularly when returning at night. We mostly took taxis, which cost less than 2000 JPY, which was acceptable. The upside is the good restaurants nearby; I recommend the yakitori place. I don't recommend the Western restaurant; the female staff were awful – they provided obsequious, smiling service to Japanese guests but were rude to others. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water, but it's available at the 18th-floor reception, along with freshly ground coffee and vending machines. Luggage storage is on the 1st floor. The first time I had an issue and went to the front desk, they knew they needed to go downstairs to swipe my card but didn't, instead telling me to scan an IC card with my phone. That didn't work, so I went up a second time, and another young lady instinctively took the card downstairs and swiped it for me, and it worked. This aspect of the experience was not great."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Daimaru department store and Shinsaibashi shopping street are just across the road, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. There are tons of delicious food options nearby. The teppanyaki restaurant on the third floor of the hotel is good. While the buffet breakfast on the second floor doesn't have a huge variety, the quality is excellent. Guests can ask the front desk for breakfast coupons, which cost 3600 JPY per person. All the restaurants on the B2 level are also delicious, and the service is great. My room had a good view, facing Daimaru directly. There were always Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, and you can buy airport bus tickets in the lobby. The room itself was a bit dated, possibly because I booked a lower-grade room, but it was functional. The shower in the bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was very refreshing – a crucial detail when traveling. The downsides were that the toilet flush button was too small and required a lot of force to press. Also, either the duvet insert or the mattress in the room had a slight, but not overwhelming, odor, perhaps due to age. For the first two days of my stay, I felt itchy while sleeping, and woke up one morning with a very itchy bite on my ankle. The fabric chairs and sofa also looked a bit dirty. I hope the hotel can improve on these aspects. I wonder if staying in a higher-grade room next time would be better."

"When booking, always double-check the room's occupancy limit. Even their double rooms might be listed as single occupancy! The king-size room was spacious enough to lay out a 28-inch suitcase. They only provide two complimentary bottles of water on the check-in day, and these are not replenished. Towels will be left in a blue bag on your door handle the next day; you just need to place your used ones back in the bag and hang it on the handle. For trash, just leave it outside your door and someone will collect it. The hotel has convenient transportation links nearby, being just one stop away from Umeda Nishi."

"The hotel is a conveniently short walk from Shin-Osaka station. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are very professional. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and just outside the room was a useful filtered water station. Really liked the bathroom with the rainfall showerhead and separate deep bathtub and the washing machine was very useful. My family members enjoyed the bathhouse facilities and the welcome drink arriving late on a warm summer's night was a refreshing way to start our stay. We tried the breakfast one morning and while the range wasn't to my specific tastes other members of my group enjoyed it and for people who enjoy seafood and traditional Japanese food it is a great value buffet. Overall very good value for money."

"This is the largest, most scenic, and most convenient hotel I've stayed at in all my trips to Japan. From the second floor, turn left and walk 20 meters to the subway 🚇, or walk straight for 100 meters to the outlet mall. There are plenty of places to eat and shop 🛍️ nearby, which is super convenient! The hotel also offers free luggage storage. I booked a family room, which had separate inner and outer sections. It came with two 1.4-meter beds and a sofa bed that was about 1.5 meters wide. My family of four loved our stay! We were on the 21st floor, and the 180-degree night view of Osaka from our window was absolutely stunning!"

"I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent it’s only about a 200m walk straight from Exit 3 of the K Line station, making it very convenient to reach From the hotel, you can even enjoy a beautiful view of the tower , which was a lovely bonus The location is also perfect for getting around. If you want to visit Namba, it’s just one stop away on the K Line (to K16), so travelling around the city is quick and easy😊 There are also plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean and well equipped with all the amenities I needed. Everything felt quite new, and I was very comfortable during my stay I actually wanted to extend my stay for another night, but unfortunately the hotel was already fully booked. That says a lot about how popular it is! I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit in the future. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience🙏😊"

"Cleanliness: The bathroom door frame was covered in dust, which was a first for me in a Japanese hotel – quite shocking. Environment: It's right next to Kitahama Station, with a Starbucks, Lawson, and Fresco supermarket downstairs. After 10 PM, there aren't many places to eat. Service: The staff proactively offered luggage storage when they realized I had two bookings, which was very thoughtful. There are free umbrellas at the hotel entrance. Facilities: The bathroom was so comfortable with its separate wet and dry areas, and the bathtub was large and clean. Soaking in it every night after returning to the hotel was incredibly relaxing."

"I chose to stay here for an early morning flight the next day. I actually booked this place two years ago but didn't end up coming, and didn't get a refund... But I wanted to enjoy the hot springs ♨️ and do some outlet shopping, so I booked it again. Location: It's a bit awkward. It's directly opposite the outlet mall, so after shopping, you have to walk quite a distance, especially on a scorching afternoon. You also have to go under an unmanned overpass. It was a bit confusing to find the first time. Hot Springs ♨️: The natural hot springs are quite nice, with one large pool and one small outdoor pool. However, there was an earthquake while I was there, and the sea instantly became turbulent with strong winds ⚡ and thunder and lightning – it felt like the end of the world. There's a bar and a lounge area at the hot spring entrance, but the selection of items sold there is limited and mediocre. Restaurant at the hot spring entrance: It was expensive and the food was terrible. It was the first time I've ever been served yakiniku with sushi soy sauce for dipping – it was incredibly bad, and the quality of the dishes was very average. Actually, there are many other places to eat nearby, so if it's not pouring rain, it's best to eat out. However, the scenery there is indeed beautiful. Room: Pretty standard, not very spacious. But the bench by the window was very dirty, indicating inadequate cleaning and replacement. Front Desk: This dinosaur-themed self-check-in is truly bizarre. Self-check-in is convenient, but those two dinosaurs look a bit scary and eerie, and the lobby is dark and empty. My child and I were both startled. Overall: It's still recommendable, but you need to plan well."
