"Absolutely loved staying here! Quiet, clean and provided amenities such as daily change of towels. It was also decent walking distance to Tawaramachi metro and there were a lot of food options. Friendly and helpful front desk staff as well :) Felt safe as a female solo traveller, will definitely be back when I visit Tokyo!"

"This hotel is perfectly located, just about a 5-minute walk from Haneda T3 terminal! If you're arriving by flight, you'll find it on the Arrivals (到着) level. If you're coming from the city via the Keikyu line, head to the Arrivals level first. Look for HANEDA AIRPORT GARDEN/羽田空港花园 (as shown in pictures 2-3), go inside, and just keep walking straight. There are many shops along the way, perfect for picking up souvenirs. Eventually, you'll see a Lawson convenience store, and the hotel lobby is right behind it. The distinctive decorative pillar (as shown in picture 5) is quite beautiful~ The room wasn't huge, but we only had one 30-inch suitcase for two people, and we were able to open it and place it comfortably. We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning and didn't want to get up early in the city. Plus, you can enjoy the hot springs (public bath)! As someone from the south, this was my second time trying a naked hot spring experience after Yangzhou, and I even got to drink the milk that's often seen in anime after a hot spring bath – truly a dimension-breaking experience. In summary, this hotel is indeed excellent in all aspects and highly recommended for business travelers! What I especially want to share and praise is the hotel's service – it's incredibly humane and considerate! When checking in, you can use the self-service machine – it supports Chinese, just scan your passport and fill in your information. The room provides wet/dry slippers, toiletries, and even loungewear/pajamas if you plan to visit the hot springs. We had a last-minute request to add a person to our room (a friend who was with us at the hot springs couldn't get back to their accommodation in the city due to a Yamanote Line service disruption that day). The hotel doesn't seem to have triple rooms, and there was no space for an extra bed in our current room, but the front desk, even late at night, responded very promptly and responsibly to our request. Ultimately, they moved us to a slightly larger room and added a bed! While we waited, they proactively contacted us to update us on the progress and estimated waiting time – honestly, if my colleagues at work were this reliable, I'd have no worries! All in all, my stay at Villa Fontaine this time far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely lean towards choosing this place again when I visit Japan in the future! P.S. Before booking, I saw on Xiaohongshu that this hotel has a seal-themed room, but I couldn't find it anywhere on Ctrip, or even on their official website 😢"

"The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's surrounded by wholesale streets full of affordable clothing, as well as many small restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Usually, it's very quiet, but this time there was a large construction site next door that was quite noisy, even late at night and on weekends. The environment is decent and relatively clean; there's no waiting for the toilet or shower. Unfortunately, the shower room had a rather strong odor. The service was very professional."

"I think it's a good hotel for when you have to fly. It's really near the airport and it has free shuttle. It goes once to three times an hour to and from the hotel. If you want to eat something there is a little restaurant just outside of the hotel that has meals for 1000 to 2000 yen. Other than that there isn't much to do around the hotel so it's only good to stay for your flight. The breakfast is a good buffet style. With enough options. Also for people that want high protein and low carbs. Price of the hotel is also pretty affordable. Parking is 500 yen per day Only thing that is a negative for me is the hard beds. I think it's more of a concrete slab than a bed but I'm a side sleeper and someone that is used to sleeping on their back and used to the japanese beds (the 1 cm thick mat on the floor) than it's a good bed. So it's just a consideration to take in if you're booking with any of the chain hotels, because their beds are all as hard. But I keep coming back to the same hotels so they do something right and I do recommend staying in their hotels. 4,5 out of 5"

"It’s so easy to find the place. Shibuya Station was 10mins walk. It was my first time experience staying in a capsule hotel. I think I am in love. The bed is so clean, tidy. I love the concept of the room. You get to read books while you’re in the capsule. The shower area is so clean. Amazing! I would definitely come back and stay."

"Breakfast replenishment was quite slow; items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Everyone wants to try a bit of everything, but you'd wait for bread, then wait again for fish, and the queue just kept getting longer. The taste and variety were typical Toyoko Inn standard, not bad. The UCC coffee in the lobby being available until midnight was a nice touch. There were no power outlets in the lobby seating area, only in the luggage area, which were used for warming up breakfast in the morning. I saw comments mentioning high-floor rooms with Skytree views, and I thought I might be lucky on the 12th floor too. However, my window (room 04) just faced another guest room across the way, as you can see in the picture. The hotel's location is close to the Asakusabashi subway exit. There's a Kagetsu Arashi ramen nearby, but most other restaurants are on the other side of the subway exit, though still not far. Be aware that while this station does have trains to the airport, not every train stops here, so it's best to check the timetable beforehand."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! It's a huge garden hotel, perfectly aligning with my preference for an 'old money' aesthetic. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the service is excellent, and I was impressed by the attention to detail. Unexpectedly, the room attendant who tidied my room was a very young and pretty lady (I've included a photo of the tidied room). The garden scenery is beautiful! The dining service is great, though the breakfast buffet is a bit simple."

"Stayed on this hotel for 2 nights. Location is super convenient, just 2 mins away from Tabata Station (Yamanote Line). You can store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check in time. Note: the road from the station to the hotel is a bit uphill. Staff is also very accommodating. Check out process is also swift as they have machine for express check out. My room is at 3F, Lobby is 4F. Cleanliness is okay, just a bit dusty on the window part. Shower and bath area is what you expect from typical business hotel. Will definitely staff again if I need to go to Tokyo!"

"It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others."
