Jiaxing Xiuzhou District Hotels

As a frequent guest of this corporate hotel, Jim and Angel always assist with the arrangements whenever I stay. This time, they assigned me a garden view room with a balcony. It's the closest near 5-star hotel to my company and features an internal park that's also open to the public. The price offers incredible value for money, the breakfast spread is extensive, there are two gyms, and the pool is quite lively. I also received two complimentary cookies, and they kindly packed one of my two breakfasts for takeaway.

The room was OK, the hygiene was good, but the wall was a bit stuffy, it should be noted on the platform notes, this room type is blocked by the wall, breakfast was probably late, there was nothing to eat, the hotel service was a bit bad, the mini bar in the room was empty, there was no charge for anything, but a deposit was required, there should be very few hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai that require a deposit now! When checking in, one was chatting and the other was busy, and it took a while for one of them to come out, but fortunately the processing speed was quite fast, it felt that the service of this hotel was intentionally casual.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Overall it's pretty good. Although it's a new hotel, it's still okay to stay here. There's no problem with the bad environment as expected. Facilities: Great, fully intelligent Sanitation: Very good. At first I thought there was something dirty on the bed. Later I called the front desk and they patiently told us that it was made of cotton seeds. Environment: Very good. The whole room is large and spacious. The bed is also very comfortable. The experience is very good. Service: The front desk has been very patient to answer some questions for us

The environment is quite good, the pictures on the Internet are in line with the actual situation, and Dongqian Lake is outside the balcony. The lobby and dining are clean and bright, and the breakfast is rich. The only downside is that the bath water is cold and hot. Now this season is fine, and it is estimated that it can't stand it in winter. Everything else is very good, very satisfied with a stay. Recommend recommended!

The service is too professional! The check-in at the front desk was super fast, the room was spotless, and the facilities were complete and high-end. Living here, I feel very at ease, eating is very convenient, there are many fast food restaurants behind the mall, there is Haidilao on the second floor, Jiaxing is the first choice for business trips! 👍

I took my children to stay at Feiniaoji B&B this weekend and I really liked the environment here. The entire park uses a large number of solid wood buildings, including each activity center. The design is great and it is a style we like very much. The building of the B&B is very special, with a solid wood roof. The building I live in is like a large villa. The first floor is a public activity area and the second floor is occupied by people. The furniture inside is also made of nice solid wood. The B&B is in the park, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. The guests we stayed at were dissatisfied on the day we stayed, and the staff could pick us up and drop us off at any time, so we didn't have to wait too long. The staff are very warm and considerate. They added WeChat to communicate the day before check-in. If you have any questions during the entire check-in process, send text messages. They will reply quickly and solve various problems as much as possible. They are very considerate of passengers. The cost includes a nice dinner, breakfast the next day and several entertainment options, so it's well worth it. The park is so beautiful. If my children hadn’t been unable to play, I would have wanted to ride my bike all day. It's very close to Hangzhou. I want to stay here when I have time in the future, especially to relieve stress.

The hotel environment is OK, the goods are of good quality and the price is low. This price can be regarded as very cost-effective. The breakfast was quite rich and the waiter was very enthusiastic. I was afraid of the cold due to the sudden drop in temperature, so I asked the waiter for a quilt, which was delivered quickly. Thank you for your service. I will come again next time I go to Jiaxing.

It is especially convenient to bring a baby to stay, and children's meals are free to send toys. The room has a crib and disinfection supplies, and the sanitary details are in place. The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful night view. Opposite the Ferris wheel, there is a park next to it where children can play in the sand and slide. There is a large square, food street, commercial complex, and an oceanarium next to it. It is not far from every attraction. It is really good. It is the first choice for taking children out.
