The hotel's service was excellent. The reception staff patiently guided us to the parking area, and they even gave us an unopened gift when we checked out. We booked a triple room on the first floor, and as soon as we entered, our child absolutely loved it! There were cartoon pillows on the beds, and a little white tent on the floor. The mat inside the tent was spotlessly clean, and the several plush toys were also clean and adorable. The room was quite spacious, and the sink and shower room were separate, which was convenient as they didn't disturb each other. The screen mirroring TV was also a nice touch. Very satisfied!

帶自行車從重慶到山東去騎行，路過開封轉車，順便到開封黃河大壩綠道騎行以及開封周邊景點打卡看看，就選擇靠近開封站的豪行酒店。從預訂到入住及離開，酒店服務員熱情解答問題幫助我們並告訴我們在開封玩的地方。總之滿意賓至如歸，下次再有機會來，還繼續入住

True to its ancient city charm, everyone here is incredibly welcoming. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, very enthusiastically upgraded us to a family room! She even thoughtfully brought us fruits and drinks! They also helped us with our luggage, and each room had a thoughtful massage device – perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. When we asked the lobby manager for local specialty restaurants, he very kindly asked if we preferred something close by or more budget-friendly. He patiently explained that there was a place right across the street, but it might be a bit pricier than where locals usually eat. Based on his recommendation, we went to 'Diyi Lou' and the food was truly beyond our expectations – absolutely delicious! 😋 Because of this hotel, I've fallen in love with this city.

Clean and hygienic, good location, and excellent service!

Highly recommend this hotel! The most surprising thing is that there is a self-service laundry and drying equipment, which solves the laundry problem of long-term travel. The location is absolutely perfect, the shared bicycles downstairs are available, the bus station is within walking distance, and the scenic spot and the high-speed rail station are very close. The traffic is in all directions. The two restaurants next to it taste good, eating is super convenient, free parking is sufficient no matter the ground or underground, the experience is full!
