The luckiest thing about traveling to Kaifeng is that I chose this homestay! The location is simply amazing. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the Qingming Riverside Park. In the morning, you can easily catch the first wave of admission to avoid the crowds. In the evening, after watching the performance of ”The Great Song Dynasty: Tokyo Dreams”, you can take a walk back to the room to rest. The room is clean and warm, the layout is full of Song Dynasty elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is super safe to live in. The boss is warm and considerate, and also recommended super authentic food shops around. The cost-effectiveness is super high, I will stay here next time I come to Kaifeng!

Although they were tied up, they scared me and the kids and left quickly. The air conditioning is not very good at heating. It is not very warm even when it is turned to the maximum. It is quite noisy. It is still cold when sleeping. I dare not take a shower. The free welcome snacks need to be brought upstairs on a plate by yourself, which feels so weird. Although the location is in an alley, there is a square opposite, so you don't have to worry about coming back late and running out of food. The hotel is not only close to Qingming Riverside Park, but also close to Wansui Mountain Wuxia City. Fantastic little hotel in the middle of Kaifeng. Super clean and looks beautiful everywhere. Service was excellent. The location left a little to be desired since it’s sort of in a hidden away area, but it never took long to get to any attractions nearby using a Taxi. Hotel amenities are good but this is a small place so it was the basics. Highly recommend if you want an elegant and quiet experience.

Choosing this hotel was absolutely crucial for our Kaifeng trip! The hotel's location is simply tailor-made for tourists – Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden is right on its doorstep, just a few minutes' walk away. It was incredibly convenient to return after watching the evening live-action show. Walk in the other direction, and you'll quickly reach Wansui Mountain. If you're looking to immerse yourself in Wuxia culture, staying here genuinely saves a lot of travel time. What's even more surprising is that popular attractions like Longting Park and Daxiangguo Temple are both roughly 2 kilometers away. You can reach them in about ten minutes by shared bike or with a quick taxi ride, meaning absolutely no time is wasted on transportation. We were traveling with our child, and initially worried about them getting tired from too much walking, but this prime location made our itinerary incredibly relaxed and well-managed. The hotel also has an elevator, which was a thoughtful touch, making it effortless to carry luggage and for elderly guests or those with children to move between floors. The highlight for me, however, was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently wonderful – friendly, enthusiastic, and incredibly attentive. When we asked about good local eateries in the morning, the lady at the front desk not only recommended some authentic old establishments but also gave us detailed walking directions. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything – the location, facilities, and especially the service. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Kaifeng, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!
