The nearby night market also provides the convenience of modern life. 😀Next, the service was really superb. From the enthusiastic security guard who guided us with parking at the entrance to the efficient, gentle, and considerate customer service小姐姐 (young lady) at the front desk, every interaction was a pleasant surprise and deeply touching. Finally, regarding the hotel's facilities, the Manxin brand speaks for itself. The bedding and bathroom amenities were all meticulously chosen and of excellent quality.

I stayed at the hotel once when it first opened and had a good experience. This time, I decided to choose the New East Garden Hotel with my husband. The hotel is very good, and the whole check-in process was pleasant and reassuring. The layout of the room is very simple and fresh, with all kinds of facilities complete and meticulous hygiene. It was a very satisfactory stay. The bedding was also very comfortable. There was also a security guard on duty downstairs 24 hours a day, which gave me a full sense of security. The location of the hotel is OK, close to the road, and quite convenient. The facilities of the new hotel are still very new, but the hygiene needs to be strengthened. I encountered midges on the bedside table as soon as I checked in. The video I took was too short to post, so I could only take screenshots. The front desk service is still good, and the breakfast is also OK.

Big, beautiful room but there was no window and no garden view. I booked the family room since I was traveling with my nephew. However, there was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The doors to the shower and bathroom were glass. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was not ideal and its very dark around the hotel.

I came to Henan with my friends and stayed in many hotels, but only Lufeng Hotel was the best experience! The hotel environment is very clean and you will feel comfortable and pleasant as soon as you enter the room. The staff are enthusiastic and responsible, and their service attitude is so good that people feel at home. The location is also excellent, close to attractions and very convenient for travel. The hotel facilities are very new and there is a gym where you can exercise. Equipped with a laundry room, it is very considerate for travelers. The bedding is soft and comfortable. I had a great sleep at night, eliminating the fatigue of the day. This stay was an excellent experience. I will choose Lufeng Hotel again when I come here in the future. The hotel is very new, and the room is relatively small. The parking lot is very good, with plenty of parking spaces. The breakfast is good. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very cheap to take a taxi to various attractions. Bao Gong Temple is within walking distance. Go downstairs and turn right to the night market. Cross the street to the Citizen Park. There are girls dancing at night, which is great! Across the bridge is Huang's old store, the vegetarian buns and carp baked noodles are very good, and the soup dumplings are average. There are vendors on the road below the hotel, which is a little noisy. Those who like the atmosphere of life like it.

Fantastic little hotel in the middle of Kaifeng. Super clean and looks beautiful everywhere. Service was excellent. The location left a little to be desired since it’s sort of in a hidden away area, but it never took long to get to any attractions nearby using a Taxi. Hotel amenities are good but this is a small place so it was the basics. Highly recommend if you want an elegant and quiet experience.

The hotel is located near the Drum Tower in Kaifeng, and its location isn't difficult to find. From the first floor, I thought it was a small business hotel, but I went up to the fourth floor and discovered it occupies the entire floor. It's spacious, with trendy and stylish decor and plenty of rooms. The lobby reception also serves as a small bar, with a workstation nearby. There's also an arcade game machine and other entertainment options. The hotel also has a small gym, and the laundry room is fully stocked with laundry detergent, softener, and disinfectant, as well as a small drying rack. Facilities: The room is quite large and clearly divided. The entrance area is for washing and sanitation, and the washbasin is located outside, alongside the dressing table. It's spacious enough for plenty of items and comes with hand soap and laundry detergent. The adjacent drying rack is open, perfect for drying clothes. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with a spacious shower and toilet, and a smart toilet. The bed is large and comfortable, with a choice of soft and firm pillows, a very thoughtful touch. Further back is the lounge area with a large sofa. The room amenities can be voice-controlled using a smart device, which is very convenient. Cleanliness: The hotel is newly renovated, so there's no odor. The room was quite clean, and the staff promptly handled the changes and trash. Environment: There's a large supermarket diagonally across from the hotel, and numerous shops are nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. Taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of shared electric bikes and bicycles for transportation. The nearby Drum Tower Night Market is very lively in the evenings. Service: The friendly staff at the front desk were very welcoming and had lovely smiles. They even gave us a free breakfast coupon on our first day. 💕 This is the first time I've stayed in a business hotel that offers excellent value for money, comparable to some large chain business hotels.

The hotel is newly opened, and the service is okay. For a room costing around 500 yuan, there were only two bottles of mineral water and two tea bags; the lobby didn't even have any drinks or snacks. There were no value-added services, just like a budget hotel. It's a hotel in a shopping mall, and I don't know what kind of business is on the floor above. During the day, the ceiling was very noisy, with constant wheelchair noise. There were very few hotel signs, and I spent a long time looking for the laundry room, even though it's right next to the reception desk, it's easy to miss, just like the guest rooms. Even when I asked a lady, she couldn't give me directions and just told me to go forward, showing a lack of service awareness. There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine; it took me a while to figure out that the start button was on the display screen. The lobby was stuffy and there was no fragrance. The guest rooms are modeled after the Ji Hotel, which is acceptable, considering it's a new hotel, everything is new and better. However, the toothbrushes were of very poor quality, and the toothpaste was also bad; it ran out of foam after a couple of brushes. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was installed too far out; I bumped into it when I turned around, which hurt. The mattress was relatively comfortable, quite soft. The toilet paper and facial tissues were of good quality, thick and soft. The location is quite advantageous, right next to the Drum Tower.

It was my first time in Kaifeng, and I chose this hotel blindly. The experience was fantastic! The room felt great! The bedding was spotless, and the whole room was smart. What surprised me most was the Lefen hair dryer. I'd be so reluctant to order it at home, it was truly thoughtful. As someone who's very particular about their bed, I slept through the night here! The mattress support and pillow height were perfect, and the shower had plenty of water pressure, washing away a day's fatigue. Details determine quality, and there's even a sign warning people to be careful of slippery floors. It's truly thoughtful! The location is also super convenient, right outside the Drum Tower Night Market, and all the other tourist attractions are nearby. It's truly super comfortable! I'll definitely be back~🌹🌹👍
