My family chose Ningbo for our Chinese New Year holiday, and we stayed at the Xinzhi Hotel. After a few days, I must commend every aspect of our stay, from the staff's service attitude and the hotel's location to the room's design and layout, and the overall breakfast offerings. We truly felt at home! 1. The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right by Metro Line 4 and bus stops, and Line 6 is just a 150-meter walk away. It's super easy to get to attractions like Tianyi Pavilion and the Old Bund, or for shopping and leisure at Tianyi Plaza. 2. The guest rooms are warm and elegant. The layout is well-designed, and there's plenty of natural light. The decor subtly incorporates a touch of Jiangnan charm, making it feel especially fresh. The room was meticulously clean, and the facilities were well-maintained and felt new, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The room even came with an air purifier, and on our first day, we received welcome fruit and snacks for the kids. 3. Breakfast was a major highlight of our stay! The variety was extensive, with everything from Chinese dim sum and porridge to Western pastries and salads. The local specialty breakfast items were particularly authentic. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors catered to both northern and southern tastes. Breakfast became something to look forward to every day. 4. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. From check-in guidance to everyday inquiries, their professionalism and meticulousness were evident. They were still working diligently during the Chinese New Year period and even presented us with a small New Year gift, which felt especially heartwarming. This stay significantly improved my impression of Ningbo. The Xinzhi Hotel not only has excellent facilities but also demonstrates genuine sincerity in its service and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ningbo, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

It's not bad. Every company meeting is arranged here. The price-performance ratio is also very good. You can choose this hotel for business trips or for fun. I have stayed here many times and this year I will stay here again.

The aesthetic of the reception and calm and friendliness of the receptionist was well received and appreciated. When we needed help due to language barrier the receptionist came to our room to personally help us. The rooms design was also beautiful, warm and comfy.

The location of the hotel is really convenient. You can see the hotel when you come out of Jinshan Road Station on Metro Line 4. The front desk staff will give you recommendations for nearby attractions, which are very considerate of the guests. The service is really great! The front desk staff will ask in advance to arrange invoices, parking, etc. There are also Ningbo books to read in the guest rooms, and there is also a City Li Bookstore in the lobby (a bookstore with the theme of Ningbo local culture). It is very good to come back and read in your spare time! The front desk staff try their best to provide the best help and service. The room is also clean and tidy. The aunties are also enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast has Ningbo characteristics, and it is different every day. It is delicious. Especially the waiter who makes Ninghai wheat cake tubes for breakfast is enthusiastic, serious, and patient in serving customers, which makes us very satisfied. The souvenirs of Sanguan Liumatou in the lobby are also good (the most Ningbo specialty snacks). The overall experience is great and worth recommending. The only downside was that the buffet was overcrowded on the evening of May 2, the food supply was insufficient, the service was lacking, the management was not in place, and the experience was very poor.

The price is not expensive, acceptable, the hotel service attitude is very good, the room has no smell, the smart room, and the photo given by the hotel is exactly the same, it can be recommended, the hotel that has been stayed many times.

The hotel location is a bit far from everything on foot, but it was okay because I came to recharge myself before exploring other cities. Everything is good except I wish the hotel would provide NO SMOKING room.

太驚喜了，老鐵們！這次出差住的這個酒店真的性價比超高。我住過五星級酒店感覺都沒這個好。前台小姐姐服務態度超級無敵巨好，很有耐心，態度非常好，很有耐心給我講些這邊的美食以及景點。不過出差太累了，房間也這麼好，床好軟，一覺睡醒渾身舒服。還可以喊hello 華住，很智能。還送了我兩瓶水。這次出差太棒了。談客户感覺倍有精神！還有一點，早上種類蠻多的。很好吃！洗衣服的時候我忘記放到烘乾機裏了，我去的時候衣服已經烘乾了。而且香香的！必須點贊！下次出差這邊還住這家酒店！

The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Generally, there are only two bottles of water in the hotel. There is a small refrigerator in the room all season. There are a few more bottles in there, which is good. The breakfast area is large and clean, with rich dishes and a variety of choices in the beverage area. The breakfast is very good at 9:30 in the morning.
