Located near the airport, which can be seen as both a pro and a con. The pros: you save time on travel. It's beachfront, with good sea and beach during high season. The grounds are constantly cleaned, plants are trimmed, and everything is tidied and watered. The staff are friendly and do everything to ensure your comfort. My stay was during the low season, but the staff's meticulous care for the grounds and the high level of service were evident, which was a pleasant surprise. The area is large and green. The room is nice and spacious, with all necessities provided. There are many children's activities on site, though not all of them were operating during the low season. Breakfasts are standard, nothing fancy. Nearby, there are cafes, massage parlors, and small shops. There are also cons. The direct proximity to the airport – the hotel grounds end and the airport begins. If you are sensitive to noise and seek relaxation and quiet, this is not the place for you. Planes are constantly taking off, and the noise from the jet engines is inescapable. There is a break at night and it becomes quiet, but not for long. They say you get used to it and stop noticing, but for me, 1.5 days was enough; I doubt I could stay longer. I'm giving it good stars because the downsides are purely my personal feeling and perspective.

Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Great location and good value for money. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Resort itself is a destination, right on the Maikhao Beach. Very beautiful and seren Resort to spend few rela ing days, Room comfortable and balcony faving the pool, , resort had 3 huge pools and restaurants serving good food, Brekfast was good bufet, lot of variety to choose from, best location in northern Phuket airport 4 kms away. If you looking to relax few days away from noise and crowd this is must stay place as far i would recommend. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN. It is bit far from local.store and remote if you prefer buying stuff from store its 3 kms walk from the resort keep this in mind we spent last few days if iur trio just relaxing in resort and nit going anywhere.

A new hotel with good service. The room is quite spacious. It's clean and cozy. There's a spacious balcony, a table, and two comfortable chairs. Given the hotel's status, the room doesn't include slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. There are no Russian-language channels on the TV.

Fantastic! While the location is a bit off the beaten path, it's absolutely perfect for kids! They really don't care about visiting attractions or shopping; the hotel's kids' club and pool were more than enough to keep them happy! It was an ideal spot for a relaxing last two days in Phuket. We just lounged around and played at the hotel. The beach here is beautiful too, though the waves were too strong to really enjoy playing in the sand. On our last morning, we had an early flight and couldn't make breakfast, but the hotel offered a breakfast takeaway service! So thoughtful! Oh, and there's a lovely lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese! Nice! The porter who helped with our luggage was also super friendly! We even saw a rainbow the day we arrived, and stars at night! Absolutely wonderful!

The room was very comfortable; we had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom option. It was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and included a kitchen, microwave, fridge, and kettle. The air conditioning in the rooms was quiet, and there were two balconies. We really loved the room; everything was well-thought-out, and it would be perfect for a long-term stay. Breakfasts were decent, the pool was small, and it was about a 10-minute leisurely walk to the sea.

The overall quality of the staff is very high; whether guiding us, explaining tour routes, or coordinating requests, they were thorough and meticulous. The guest rooms and facilities also added significantly to the experience. The hotel is very new, and every area, from the public spaces to the guest rooms, is spotlessly clean, with no signs of age. For those who prefer lively nightlife and shopping, it's essential to plan your itinerary in advance and arrange transportation to and from the city center. 3. The hotel's internal dining quality is very high, so it's perfectly fine if you don't want to bother going out for meals. If you want to experience local street markets, plan your travel time accordingly. 4. The hotel's service response is efficient. Overall, this is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Phuket. The new and clean environment, high-quality attentive service, delicious and comprehensive dining, and excellent location are all top-notch. If you're tired of crowded, popular resorts and just want a peaceful, relaxing getaway, Radisson Blu Mai Khao is definitely my first choice. I will choose to stay here again next time I visit Phuket!

The hotel is not too far from the airport, about a 20-minute drive. It's more secluded than I expected, and Mai Khao Beach is not very crowded, making it perfect for couples. It's not a traditional family-friendly hotel. I stayed one night after landing at the airport and didn't get a good chance to experience the hotel activities. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but there weren't many people either, so it was easy to find an outdoor table by the sea. The soundproofing in the room was just okay; air conditioning in Phuket hotels tends to be noisy. The shower and toilet in this hotel are outdoors (on the balcony), which is a unique design.

Superb hotel! I stayed for a night before my flight. It was exactly what I needed: close to the airport, yet quiet, with a beach right outside the windows, shops, cafes, and a beautiful temple nearby. You can even borrow bicycles for free. It felt so cozy, just like home. The staff at the reception are lovely; you can tell they really love their hotel. The room had everything, and what I especially liked was how dry it was inside (despite the high humidity outdoors). The bed was comfortable. And the complimentary snacks, water, and milk on the floor were a pleasant surprise and really appreciated! Overall, I highly recommend it!!

The hotel is a bit dated. Although the common areas use central air conditioning, our smaller room had an individual AC unit. It was incredibly noisy, making it hard to sleep, and definitely needs replacing. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel's overall environment was okay. However, try to avoid the side near the corridor, as there's an unfinished building that looks quite eerie. There are two Thai restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the hotel entrance, one to the left and one to the right. The one on the left is better and accepts WeChat Pay, though it charges a 3% service fee. We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, as we had a Similan Islands day trip scheduled for the next day. Staying here allowed us to wake up at least an hour later than if we had stayed at beaches like Patong. We also noticed many flight attendants staying at the hotel during breakfast.
