"Although it's a bit far from the center of Brussels, it's easily accessible as it's just a few minutes from the nearest tram stop that goes through the city center. The room was very spacious and clean, and amenities like slippers and bathrobes were provided. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The guests in the lobby during my stay seemed calm and well-behaved, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep."

"I won't give a bad review because it's a budget-friendly hotel. Yes, compared to others in the area, the standard is lower. The hotel room feels like a capsule hotel, and the bathroom and toilet are so small you can barely fit in.
However, the hotel's price is accordingly lower. The breakfast was clean but the selection was quite poor. The budget concept prevails here too. But you could add eggs to your menu, the breakfast selection is really lacking.
My towels and bedding in the hotel room were clean. However, I had an insect visitor in the sink, which might indicate problems with pest control. You should look into that."

Slightly cramped because an extra bed was in the room, although I booked only for one person, but since I only stayed two nights, didn't mind too much.

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the metro station, just a 2-minute walk to the entrance, and a 5-minute walk to Grand Place. The service was fantastic! We were originally supposed to check in the next day, but when we went the night before to ask if we could check in early the next morning and store our luggage, the front desk attendant was incredibly friendly. She offered to let us complete the check-in process that night and just drop off our bags the next morning, which was totally unexpected and a huge help since we were in a rush the following day. The hotel lobby is spacious and offers complimentary fruit tea. Aside from the rooms being a bit small and the facilities a bit dated, everything else was great."

"The room was very spacious, with a large double bed (180cm), clean and functional.
Two minor drawbacks:
- The shower is dated and showing its age. There was low water pressure and some mold in certain areas.
- Lack of light: the room was at the back of the building and there was no ceiling light, only auxiliary lamps. It was a bit dim for reviewing my documents in the evening.
The breakfast offered quality products, but the selection was quite limited. The coffee, however, was not exceptional.
The staff at the front desk and bar were very friendly.
The location was absolutely superb."

"Everything was excellent! Customer service was great and they were very friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I had ever tasted! The parking garage is limited and tight however we were able to fit our van.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!"

"The hotel is very close to FlixBus bus stop! There is a police station and halal supermarket for Muslim community behind the hotel. The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk. When there are group of people talking and running around at the hotel room corridor, I couldn’t find the front desk person to solve the problem as there was no one at the front desk."

"This hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive."

GGuest UserA friend recommended this place, and it's super convenient for all the tourist spots, plus it's surrounded by luxury boutiques. You can check in early, and then just head straight to the hotel, enter your name, and get your room card from the self-service machine. That's way ahead of many hotels in China and definitely deserves praise. Check-out was quick too. The elevator doors opened to a nice surprise, the room had fantastic views, and the facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was also very satisfying. Highly recommend!

It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, and major attractions like the Grand Place and Manneken Pis are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. It truly offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The service was excellent; I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in early, which was a big plus! The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the breakfast – it was a bit limited and surprisingly, there was no fruit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at a good location, a bit out of the centre but charming neighbourhood with a good mix of independant small establishments and chain coffee stores. There are tram stops and enough rideshare bikes and scooters less than 3 minutes walking, and also a carrefour express and organic supermarket in walking distance. Be aware that the hotel is on a relative steep incline!!
The hotel itself was great quality for the price; bed was comfortable, bathroom a decent size with an amazing blowdryer and good waterpressure in the shower. A personal thing is that the pillows were much too thick for my liking, my neck was not happy the next day. This is something that can be easily fixed by providing 2 separate pillows instead of one thick one. The garbage bins were a bit confusing, because the 4 labels were not easy to read and I found it a bit weird there were not bin bags in them. I guess it's a environmental thing.
Check-in/out was very smooth and friendly. We did not make use of the breakfast, gym or cinema room so I can't attest to those but overall the hotel looks modern and clean. One small personal dislike was the strong smell when you enter the lobby; not of cleaning product but a heavy perfume-type scent that I personally did not like, but again, this was a minor thing.
Highly recommended this hotel if you're looking for a relaxed stay in Brussels.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

GGuest UserOne of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast. It’s really convenient not having to go out early in the morning to look for food. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, which is a big bonus and made my stay even more enjoyable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for travelers planning to visit other European cities and countries. It is also close to the Eurostar terminal, making international travel very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable.
On the downside, the shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap in the room were not refilled during my stay. In addition, the toilet was located quite far from the sink, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.

LLeyaziThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, which made traveling to other cities incredibly convenient. Brussels is quite lively at night, so coming back to the hotel a bit later was never an issue. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view of a church right outside our window – waking up to see its spires every morning was wonderful. We also slept very well; the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm.

__IlluminatePretty good. It's located in a quiet alley, with several subway stations nearby that aren't too far. Dining options are also convenient, with a Domino's right across the street. The laundry room only has two washing machines, which isn't very convenient.

GGuest UserThis was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever.
Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left.
We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare.
The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.
