"Good hotel in the city center. The breakfast is a bit weak for the price, with limited options, but everything was good quality and tasty."

We're overlooking Place Rogier and the Botanical Gardens, within walking distance of Brussels' main shopping streets, top attractions, restaurants, and businesses. Brussels-North railway station is four minutes away, and we're 15 minutes from the airport by direct train. Perfect for meetings, our hotel has a large conference capacity and the newest modern technology to host any type of event.

"Fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was beautiful. The room was quite spacious, and a big plus was having a microwave and sparkling water machine. The only downside is that it seems to be an old building conversion, so there's a slight creaking sound when walking on the hallway floor. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering the price and its 4-star rating. When we checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to have a room on a higher floor. The receptionist responded rudely, saying, “No, you came too late. You should have come earlier.” This was surprising because we arrived at around 3:30 PM, and check-in starts at 3:00 PM. After getting to our room, we noticed there was no hair dryer, even though one was listed as an in-room amenity. I called reception and was told that one would be sent up “in a moment.” We waited for over an hour, but nothing arrived. The most frustrating issue was that the room lights kept turning off every five minutes, and the curtains would automatically close every five minutes as well. This made it extremely difficult to get anything done. We called reception again to report the problem, but the staff member struggled to understand what we were explaining. After repeating the issue several times, he simply said he would send someone to the room and then hung up. Another hour passed, and no one came to help. To experience so many problems within just the first few hours of our stay was incredibly disappointing. For the price we paid and the standards expected of a 4-star hotel, the service and maintenance fell far below expectations. I hope the hotel improves both its customer service and its response to guest issues, as this was not the experience we were expecting."

"The reception staff was very friendly when we checked in as well as throughout our stay. There is private parking available for 15€ a night but we opted for the cheaper option right as there are many available parking spots outside of the hotel. We ended up paying a little under 10€ for about 2 days. The room itself was very spacious and offered a lot of storage space as well as a mini fridge, which we had to plug in on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and rather soft. Close to the EU Parliament and about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy city centre or you can take the metro."

Immerse yourself in a whole new hotel experience. Located within walking distance of the Grand Place, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Cardo Brussels is the perfect base for discovering the heart of Brussels. We bring hospitality alive with art, reflection, and a splash of quick wit. In the exciting, colourful capital of Europe, Cardo Brussels beckons you in. We are on a mission to transform hospitality. Our vision is to make city breaks and workcations less apologetic, more purposeful and tuned to the self. We take a full-fat approach to everything, hurtling, not strolling towards life, and revel in every single part of our quirky Belgian culture.

"Pros: 1. **Convenient Location:** The hotel is right above various transportation hubs, including bus stops, tram stations, and a subway station. 2. **Close to Train Station:** The train station is large and very close; I walked there in 8 minutes, and the path was good, making it easy to pull my luggage. 3. **Modern Room Amenities:** The room has full electronic controls and air conditioning, so the hardware facilities are quite good. 4. **Modern Art Vibe:** I really liked the modern art atmosphere throughout the building. There were also many art books by world-renowned modern artists nearby, which I took some time to browse. 5. **Fresh Linens:** The bedding was relatively new, well-laundered, and neatly ironed. 6. **Excellent Breakfast:** The breakfast was fantastic! There was a chef making omelets to order, smoked salmon, and a variety of hot dishes every day. 7. **Shopping Nearby:** There's a large shopping mall and a commercial street just across the road. Cons: 1. **Housekeeping Issue:** One day, I turned on the 'make up room' light and left. The housekeeping department didn't clean my room. When I returned in the evening and saw them outside the neighboring room, I asked them to clean mine as soon as possible, and I went to the lobby to wait. After an hour and forty minutes, I came back, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. This felt disrespectful to me. I spoke to the front desk, and after a few more tens of minutes, I inquired again, and the room was finally cleaned. This issue didn't happen again. 2. **Water Stains:** Some of the facilities had white limescale, which should be cleaned more thoroughly."

"The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making transportation very easy. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. As for breakfast... it was very mediocre, and the breakfast staff seemed quite impatient."

"This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights. We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof. From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see. Cons: 1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room. 2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes. 3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, which made traveling to other cities incredibly convenient. Brussels is quite lively at night, so coming back to the hotel a bit later was never an issue. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view of a church right outside our window – waking up to see its spires every morning was wonderful. We also slept very well; the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm."

"We stayed 2 nights and thank god it wasn’t any longer. As much as the bed was a very large bed and comfortable, the surrounding around was grotty. Brussels in general around here was awful. The room was pokey and small, walked into things while staying there. Forget being any bigger than slim, the bathroom was a shoe box! Your back is basically touching the wall, while facing the basin and the toilet roll holder is right in your face when you’re sitting on the toilet and your head almost touching the wall in front of you lean forward. No room for you to dry yourself in the bathroom itself unless you stand in the shower and do it. The hotel itself is beautiful, but lacks in the room which is the important part. Check in and out system is ridiculous. They’ve set up 3 ways to do so. Online via email, in person or on their check in kiosk. The issue with this, is you’re still made to go to reception! What’s the point of saying you can do it all online or at the kiosk if I still have to go to someone at reception? Remove your unnecessary online/kiosk. When checking in, I felt hostility from the staff member when I said I got an email to check in at the kiosk and I’ve already done it, so I didn’t want to waste more time doing it again. Then when I checked out via email, I got a notification to say the city charge was paid and I could leave. Thankfully for the hotel, I needed to drop my luggage and the lady still asked for my room number and said I still needed to pay for the city tax. Another example of a failed online system, just a waste of time. Then when I came back to get my luggage, I found that the tag with the same number was on multiple bags and the girl came out with 2 bags that weren’t mine and eventually had to come in and look for it myself. Apparently they used the same number but the girl gave me the wrong colour tag to my luggage tag. Again, another stupid system. Why are you not using unique numbers? Instead of relying on the same numbers but different colours?! All in all, stay somewhere else. There are nice parts of Brussels, but this area is not it and the closer you are to Brussels Nord station, you’ll feel like you’ve just entered Skid Row. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or the area. Nice big gym for a hoteland probably the very few positives about the stay."

My stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. After checking in and leaving my luggage in the room, I went out shopping. Two hours later, I got a message from my colleague, who had also booked a room here: the front desk had given her my room card and let her enter my room—we had clearly reserved two separate rooms. This incident made me seriously doubt the hotel’s ability to protect guests’ property safety. It turned out that the front desk had confused us because our names are similar. What’s worse, I didn’t receive any apology from the hotel. When I returned in the evening, the front desk staff was extremely arrogant, claiming it was a coworker’s mistake and had nothing to do with him, and even said the matter was already resolved and I shouldn’t make a fuss about it. In short, this is a hotel that offers no guarantee whatsoever for guests’ safety.

Our two-night stay in the Bluebell Room at Hotel Le Plaza was absolutely delightful! The room was clean and comfortable, with a large, soft bed, and the hygiene was top-notch. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, a quiet surrounding environment, and easy access to shopping. The staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, it felt upscale and high-quality. I highly recommend it, especially for couples or travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Brussels. It truly lives up to a 5-star standard, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Brussels! Absolutely worth it! 😊

Very unlucky that AC is not working during our stay. Although we have been provided fans and cold water, the room is still not cool enough. Best location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

The airport hotel offers a pickup service, and the staff member who helped with my luggage was great! The location is right by the airport, only 5 minutes away! Right outside is the Diegem train station, making it convenient to go anywhere! The soundproofing is excellent, I couldn't hear a thing! The hotel facilities are good, the front desk service is friendly, the gym is in the basement, and the breakfast is plentiful. My only suggestion would be for rooms to also provide bottled water. Overall, highly recommended!!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station. It's basically within 2 kilometers of the city center square, shopping street, and major attractions. The value for money is also good, and the room size is just right.

The location is good, walking distance to most of the attractions in the city. The staffs are helpful and guided us through the transportation, and other cities that we can explore during our stay at Belgium.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever. Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left. We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare. The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.
