"This time, I got a room on the fourth floor, which was more standard (last time, the top-floor 'Dachzimmer' was smaller). The bathroom renovation was also good. The breakfast was quite rich, with self-service freshly squeezed juice, a good variety of cheeses and meats, and excellent baked goods. The hotel is about 150 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around."

"I chose to stay at the Hilton Grand Place again, and the location is incredibly convenient. You just exit Central Station, drag your luggage diagonally across, and you're there. The hotel service is still very good, meeting the high standards of a chain four-star. The room facilities are also complete, clean, and comfortable, and it's very close to the Grand Place. Highly recommended!"

"A beautiful hotel. Really friendly staff who went out of there way to please. We forgot a travel adapter and they found one for us to borrow and insisted on not going out to purchase one. They stored our bags for us whilst we went out for the day on check out day. Room was spacious and had double doors so kept it really quiet. Great bathroom facilities and comfy bed. (Could of just done with extra pillows but to be fair we didn't ask) Couldn't recommend enough"

"We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations."

"A wonderful stylish hotel, I recommend it! The hotel is clean and smells nice, the rooms are cleaned every day. Nice bed linen, comfortable mattress. There is a safe and an ironing board with an iron. Spacious rooms! Good value for money. The hotel is located in a nice area, but you will need to walk 10-12 minutes to the metro. Quite far from the sights. The view from the windows (we had a courtyard) is not very beautiful."

"This Warwick hotel is approximately 300 meters from the Central Station and about 150 meters from Brussels' Grand Place. It has its own private parking right next to the hotel. There's a rooftop bar with a view, which I peeked at but didn't visit, mainly because it was on the same floor as my room, and from my living room window and even from bed, I had fantastic views of the cathedral and Grand Place, among other sights. We booked the Executive Warwick Suite, which was comfortably spacious for us. Upon entering, there's a restroom, and housekeeping had already prepared the sofa bed. The bathroom featured a double vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The tissues were conveniently placed, the bath mats were neatly arranged, and the toiletries were from the French brand Nuxe. The hotel's amenities were comprehensive, including bottled water, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, a valet stand, ironing facilities, and a safe for umbrellas. My favorite feature, however, was that the room was soundproof. From the living room and bedroom windows, the daytime view was actually less appealing than the night view; Brussels looked a bit run-down with not much to see. Cons: 1. The TV in the bedroom required viewing at an angle, though there was another TV above the refrigerator in the living room. 2. Neither of the two wardrobes had a designated area for hanging wet clothes. 3. The hairdryer required constant pressing to operate and tended to generate static electricity."

"I booked a room on Trip.com and requested a 'fireworks view' in the comments, if possible. I received the booking confirmation → OK. To ensure I got the right room, I went to the hotel's website to chat and confirm the view. I had to pay an additional €34 to get this view. WHY? The requested room was in the same category and was already more expensive that day (Dec 31). At that point, I really felt like I was dealing with a low-cost airline. I'm the sucker! Upon arriving at the hotel, we received the key and went to our room… on the 3rd floor… with absolutely no fireworks view. We went back down to the reception, and our room was changed to 1205. Upon entering the room, it was very cold, and we were genuinely surprised by the noise coming from the boulevard → a nasty surprise, we'll need earplugs. After dinner, we returned to the room at 11:30 PM and heard music coming from outside?? We realized there must be a party somewhere. We didn't sleep until 7 AM when the music finally stopped. What a nightmare. Once we left, we realized there was indeed a nightclub right next door, and we were hearing their music. I spent €400, had a VERY bad experience that I will share with my friends, and will probably never return — which is a shame, because the last time we came, we had a good experience. I hope this is helpful. Positive points: the cocktails and breakfast are very good, and the rooms are small but comfortable."

"Close to the center about 15 minutes walk from the Grand Place. Very large and well-kept hotel. Perfect isolation, there was construction right in front and you couldn't hear a single noise. Very comfortable and pleasant. Very friendly staff. A pleasure."

"It's a good apartment solution. There were building works right by our windows, which wasn't ideal in the morning, but overall we had a good time. "Standard hotel for sleep, bathroom looks a bit tired, could do with a deep clean or renovation. Hair dryer not very effective. A/C doesn't work very well, could need maintenance. For a Superior room it didn't feel very superior. Good amount of space though. Close to main station for Eurostar."
