Brussels Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The hotel is only two or three stops from Brussels central though visitors should be careful about taking the correct train (or you’ll end up in Leuvain and miss the Diagem station). The breakfast is more than adequate for business travelers and the gym is well-equipped. Rooms are unusually spacious and very comfortable. If there is a downside to NH airport hotel, it’s that there aren’t any cafes or restaurants in the area in case you didn’t have a meal in the city. Otherwise, the service and accommodations are excellent."

"Very very good hotel, the software and hardware are not worse than the magnificent, especially the service staff is particularly well trained, warm and thoughtful, too few breakfast categories do not affect the possibility of choosing again. Also, the hair dryer is not easy to use, you can bring it yourself."

"The room I stay which has a bit of bad water pile smell, exhausted fan is not work and there are some stain on the towels, lucky that window can be opened so the bad small reduced some. Not count for the room condition, location is good and just about 10 minutes walk to the station and easy access to city central, staff are good in attitude and services. Breakfast variety not too much but taste good."

"I have never had doubts about Novotel, having stayed at Novotel hotels in Antwerp, Singapore, and now Brussels. I usually have good experience with Novotel hence the hotel has been my choice. Normally, I always inform the hotel in advance if I will be checking in late by using the link provided by Trip.com, and I usually receive a prompt and professional response from Novotel hotels. Unfortunately, my experience with Novotel Brussels Airport was disappointing. Despite sending emails to inform them about my late check-in—first via the *********** link and then directly to the hotel—I received no response at all. This is unusual, as on the same day I contacted two different hotels for upcoming stays, and the other hotel replied promptly. Only Novotel Brussels Airport did not respond. There was also a booking issue where I was told that my two children were not included in the reservation, even though the booking was made through Trip.com’s automated system and full payment had already been completed. The receptionist told me they cant do anything since I came late. But I showed them my email via the trip.com link and they said that was not their email address. So Is the management or your staffs not doing a good homework professionally? To make matters worse, I accidentally left my mobile phone at the hotel and only realized it half a day later. When I called the hotel, I was told to send an email. I emailed twice, yet I still have not received any reply. It is very frustrating when phone assistance is unhelpful and emails are simply ignored. Overall, I felt unsupported and unsure where to seek help due to the lack of response and assistance. This experience does not meet the standards I have come to expect from Novotel. I sincerely hope Novotel Brussels Airport will improve its communication and customer service."

"Hotel bit dated, but clean and spacious, especially the lobby. The room was comfortable with a large bed and the bathroom was very big. I also appreciated the small entrance area with double doors, which was very useful for leaving coats and other items. One thing I noticed a bit weird was finding a Bible in the bedside table in 2026, something that felt more typical of the 90s. Overall a pleasant stay, staff very polite."

"Excellent hotel, conveniently located near Zaventem Airport. The reception staff are all friendly and helpful. There's an option for early check-in for an extra €20. It has both underground and outdoor parking, with charging stations for electric cars. The rooms themselves are very spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. I'll definitely be back!!"

"One of the best hotel located just arm distance from the European Parliament in a very nice location. Right in front of the hotel there is a nice piazza or square with many different restaurants and bars. The hotel was nice and super clean, with all the amenities present and buffet options was amazing with quite a variety if food options. Rooftop bar gives you a chance to sit there and enjoy the evening drink looking at the city view. The place I will be looking forward to comeback again"
