"The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels."

"The location was fantastic! There was an airport bus stop nearby, and we could walk to the train station to visit Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The hotel has two buildings, #1 and #2. Building #1 seemed to be the original, but we stayed in #2, and it wasn't the best environment. The rooms were packed closely together, the hallway had an unpleasant smell, and it was noisy outside the window. There was no refrigerator, and it was a hassle having to ring a bell to get the hotel's glass door opened every time we wanted to enter or leave. However, for the price, it was comfortable and safe, so we're grateful for that!"

It is a great functional choice, especially for those who are driving and need a comfortable place to stay for a night or two while on the move. Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience."

"While the room's facilities aren't new, the service staff were excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was also delicious. I'd recommend it for short stays and it's perfect for family trips. The hotel is conveniently located just a four-minute walk from the station."

"The hotel seems quite new or recently renovated. Everything was fine. Well located and  good service. The only downside may be size of the room. It is a bit cramped for 2 persons and luggage. But great stay"

"I've stayed at hotels in this location many times before. It's very close to the Grand Place, making transportation, sightseeing, and shopping all very convenient. Compared to my last stay at the H*I hotel next door, the room size is similar. The price fluctuates slightly depending on the season. The front desk staff here seems more patient; perhaps it's just a difference in individual employees."

"The hotel location is unbeatable, whether you are travelling with family or even as a solo traveller. Stayed here for 5 nights as base to travel in Begium. Although there were reviews about homeless people sleeping and hanging around just outside the hotel entrance, the frequent police and security outside make it so much safer. There is a carefour express just a few metres about and it opens from 0700-2300 so you get what you need very easily. The staff are friendly and approachable. Because it’s an Aparthotel there is no daily housekeeping services but not an issue for us because we are out most of the time. There is also a water dispenser at the hotel lobby that you can replenish your drinking watersm, just need to bring your own bottle as the hotel do not provide any disposable bottles. Overall, it’s a very convenient and rather safe place to stay."

"Great location. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was suitable even for larger individuals. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. There's parking available, and it feels very secure (though there is a parking fee)."
