There is a food street just outside the door, the first Tinker Gourmet. The 88-piece large plate of chicken is huge and the amount is amazing. Opposite is the square. Breakfast is also very refreshing and delicious, highly recommended!"

"Everything is OK. It's pretty good in Aksu. The breakfast is so-so. If breakfast is provided in the room, it's very cost-effective. There is a fly in the ointment. When I arrived at the store after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the security guard at the door chased me and made sure to drive the car forward. Is this obsessive-compulsive disorder? The car was locked and we were asked to turn the car back. We actually followed it into the hotel and chased it until the elevator went upstairs. The experience was really bad! The luggage is in the trunk and the front of the car is in the front. Is it easy to get the luggage? Seeing that we have so much luggage, have you thought about helping us carry it? The overall service was pretty good, but this one item was so disappointing!"

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

"My first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The road in front was closed, and the street outside was packed with parked cars! It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it?
Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient!
There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat.
Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!"

The place was clean, and the breakfast was particularly rich. My takeout order was delivered by the hotel's robot (👍). The stay was a great experience. (I took a few quick photos before leaving.)

I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions, with a park right across the street. It's also within walking distance of the old town night market, where the evening performances are lively and plentiful.
