The facilities were new, and parking was very convenient. But let's talk about the shortcomings, which are perhaps even more important to the hotel's guest experience. 1. Is the Tmall Genie immature? I couldn't get it to turn on the TV. Even worse, at 5:00 a.m., while I was sound asleep, it suddenly turned on the lights, curtains, and TV, and started making voice calls. I was startled! I had to get up and turn them off one by one. 2. The breakfast items were small in quantity and variety. Even more outrageous, the ”Home Inn noodles” were not available. When asked why, they said they didn't know. Home Inn constantly promotes and boasts about this bowl of noodles, from the rooms to the restaurant. Essentially, this bowl of noodles is Home Inn's promise and invitation. How could they just say it's gone? When I asked the front desk, they said it was because the hotel was new, then because there were few guests, and they couldn't come up with a reasonable excuse. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable! One pillow had a cassia seed core, which was too high and hard to use, and the other had a latex core, which had no slope and was too hard, making it impossible to sleep for most of the night."
