"Facilities: This is a top-tier hotel right in the heart of Hengdian World Studios. The facilities are comprehensive. While the rooms have a bit of a vintage feel, compared to guesthouses, the peace of mind here is paramount. And the breakfast, oh, it was truly delicious!
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, and the air freshener scent was very pleasant – just the standard you'd expect from a star-rated hotel.
Environment: Excellent! For a three-day trip, staying here is incredibly convenient. Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden is just 500 meters away. After watching the lantern festival, walking back to the hotel was simply delightful. Plus, it has direct access to Qin Palace, which is super handy.
Service: Fantastic! Whether it was the front desk, the lobby staff, the floor attendants, or the restaurant staff, their service awareness was excellent. Coupled with the unique warmth of Jinhua locals, it truly made us feel at home.
I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"

"For my business trip, I chose the newest Hilton, which is supposedly the latest five-star hotel around. The location is excellent, and the welcome fruit and snacks in the room were a generous and thoughtful touch. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the room size was decent. It's easily the best and most convenient hotel in Hengdian right now. For those who have certain expectations for their travel, I'd definitely recommend this place. The restaurant's food wasn't incredibly varied, but it was still quite good for Hengdian. 👍"

"The hotel is a bit remote, but very quiet. The rooms are clean and bright, and the facilities are all excellent. The service is also very good. The Chinese breakfast options, like the steamed buns, wontons, and noodles, were delicious, but other selections were a bit limited. For lunch and dinner, you can order takeout or eat near the scenic spots you're visiting. There are also a few local farm-style restaurants across the street. Parking is convenient, with two charging stations, making it EV-friendly."

"My friends and I booked a trip to Hengdian, and choosing Guomao Building was truly a gem! The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to popular attractions like Qin Palace and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. It's about a ten-minute drive, so we didn't have to rush in the mornings, and coming back to the hotel after exploring the night markets was incredibly relaxing. The hotel parking lot is spacious and even has charging stations, which was a huge plus since we drove ourselves.
Check-in was super smooth. The front desk staff was so enthusiastic and efficient. Seeing that we were a group, they even thoughtfully recommended some hidden gem snack streets nearby. We booked standard rooms, and they were incredibly spacious. The bedding was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we could chat about our favorite stars and travel plans without worrying about disturbing others.
I have to rave about the breakfast buffet. The variety was so extensive that we were spoiled for choice, with everything from Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum to Western bread and coffee. Eating a hearty meal before a full day of sightseeing at the attractions was perfect. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel was also delicious. When we didn't feel like going out in the evening, we just met up for dinner at the hotel, and it was great value for money. Next time my friends and I come to Hengdian, we'll definitely choose this place again!"

"Excellent! Clean, quiet, and full of character. We visited in April, and the room had an antique charm. The front window overlooked a large garden, and the corridor was right next to Lilac Street, offering close-up views of the Sanyuanli architecture and distant views of the Ming and Qing Dynasty courtyards. The hotel is near the North Gate, very close to the Bell Tower, which makes it super convenient for catching various shows. We could even pop back to the room for a quick rest if we got tired. The breakfast spread was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful!"

GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in a homestay when I went out to play before. I accidentally brushed this one. It was very close to the attractions and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

GGuest UserThe apartment was great - spacious and light with view out to Dream Valley and the hills. There are a cafe/bakery and restaurant on site. The staff are very nice (don’t expect English skills).
The soundproofing isn’t great - you can hear people in the corridor and in apartments above, but this is no different from most Chinese hotels I’ve stayed in.
To get to any of the Hengdian studio sites is a few km but it’s very easy/cheap to get DiDi rides

MMeiyayyyThis is a beautiful hotel with a real sense of old Shanghai. Shanghainese residents like us experienced the old Shanghai style in Hengdian. The hotel is also a great place to take photos. The morning lobby performance was fantastic, creating an immersive experience of old Shanghai. There were also free gifts. In the evening, Red Wolf visited us and gave gifts to the children, much to their delight. The view from the room window overlooked the Dream Bund scenic area, which was stunning. The breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of options, even more generous than the breakfasts at other five-star hotels I've stayed in. The hotel staff were very welcoming, always waving and greeting us. The lobby guy was helpful in introducing the various scenic spots. I hadn't done any prior travel planning, but it was clear to me now. The beautiful receptionist was also very kind and provided breakfast for the children. It was a perfect trip, and I would recommend it to everyone!

The single-family tent courtyard is super stylish, and the door is green and green. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows give a panoramic view of the mountain scenery. The room facilities are completely built according to the five-star standard, graphene floor heating + air conditioning is comfortable in the four seasons, the high-quality bedding is soft and super good to sleep, the independent bathroom is clean and tidy, the smart equipment is all available, and the wild fun and exquisite balance are perfect.
The service is intimate to the details, the front desk is warm and efficient, the shuttle bus is on call, and the welcome fruit is also presented. The butler service makes people feel warm. The hotel is close to the hot spring area, within walking distance, and the mountain view is too healing. The large lawn and the observation deck are ready to make films, the breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the parent-child travel and couple vacation are super suitable.

SSansui568The twin room had great natural light and a sensible layout. Both beds were spacious with just the right firmness in the mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, even in the corners, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. The soundproofing was good, and the vanity area had ample space. The front desk staff were very professional and check-in was incredibly fast, making it feel uncrowded even with multiple guests. Excellent value for money!
