"Great location and very welcoming staff. Although the breakfast area is small, the selection is excellent. My stay at Hilton Garden Inn far exceeded my expectations. The lobby is bright and modern, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bedding, in particular, was fantastic and ensured a high-quality sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff were warm and efficient. Their cheerful greetings always made me feel welcome. This hotel is an excellent choice for both business trips and family vacations. I will definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again for my next trip."

"Pros: The price is affordable, the overall facilities are well-maintained, and the room size was accurately advertised. The front desk staff were quick to resolve issues and always greeted me with a smile. The location is excellent, very close to Qin Palace, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and Dream Valley. Daily amenities were replenished, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Cons: The unused breakfast vouchers could not be refunded (unlike the hotel next door). The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was mediocre (I felt it didn't even compare to outside breakfast stalls). On the first day of my stay, the room had a strong dusty smell, I'm not sure if it hadn't been cleaned or aired out, or if it had been vacant for too long. Overall: I'm still quite satisfied, and it's a type of place I would consider staying at again. The attached photos were taken with a wide-angle lens."

"If there were more than five stars available on the platform, I'd give them to this hotel. Choosing Chengyi was the smartest decision we made on this trip to Hengdian; it was a truly delightful surprise. The value for money is absolutely off the charts: a 200-something-yuan room with a living room, bathtub, and even a vanity table is just fantastic! Every evening, there's a great selection of late-night snacks, and they're delicious! I also have to commend Chengyi's service. Every staff member here is as genuine and dedicated as the hotel's name implies! You can really feel their thoughtfulness. Last night, my husband suddenly got a headache in the middle of the night, and the front desk immediately brought warm water and a steam eye mask – we were truly touched 🥹. If you're driving, it's actually very convenient to all the attractions. The furthest, Ming and Qing Palace Garden, is only a 15-minute drive, and the New Yuanmingyuan is just 3 minutes away. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Hengdian! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian. The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to Qin Palace and Dream Valley. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, Hanfu rental studios, and Youyi Photo Studio, making it very convenient for travelers and photoshoot enthusiasts. What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. They even upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The amenities were complete, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The room was cleaned daily, water and toiletries were replenished, and towels were replaced regularly. The best part? The manager went above and beyond by helping me purchase Zhang Linghe’s Molison eyeglasses! ❤️😍 As a fan, I was so happy. I also received lots of Zhang Linghe freebies, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. "Pretty good! I booked for two nights and then extended for another. I visited during the off-season, so the room rate was very affordable. I booked the cheapest room, and they kindly upgraded us, which was wonderful. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, providing us with unlimited bottled water, and their service was prompt. The hotel was renovated two years ago, so everything is relatively new, cozy, and comfortable. The area nearby is quite bustling with plenty of food options; the small shops downstairs all serve delicious food. It's also convenient to get to all the tourist attractions by taxi. There were a couple of minor downsides, though. First, the bathroom drain had a bad odor, mainly because the toilet's plumbing wasn't properly installed during construction. Also, the soundproofing was just average. I booked two rooms next to each other and could hear my family talking, even recognizing their voices. However, since there were no other guests staying next to us, it wasn't really an issue."

Guests can dine on-site at the buffet restaurant. Additionally the terrace of 2nd floor offer self-service washing machines and dyers. At this hotel you can also enjoy free Wi-Fi in public areas as well as free parking.
"This hotel is an absolute no-brainer – just book it! ✅Service: The front desk staff are practically mind-readers! I was just about to look for a charging cable, and they already handed one over. When I checked out, they even gave me two bottles of water for the road – so thoughtful. ✅Breakfast: Breakfast is served until 10 AM, which is a dream for late risers! I had two bowls of wontons. My only 'suggestion': Can the egg chef please stop asking me 'sunny side up or over easy' every time? Just give me a soft-boiled egg, please! 😄 ✅Hanfu Experience: Free! Free! Free! The styles are quite new and don't have that cheap 'ten-yuan photo studio' feel. I spent half an hour taking photos in the hotel garden, saving myself 60 yuan on hanfu rental at the scenic spot. Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if they could provide a few simple hair clips or fan props. With just the clothes, my hands didn't know where to go... ✅Location: It's about a 5-minute walk to the scenic area's main entrance – literally 'out the hotel door, and around the corner'. If you get tired, you can come back to relax and then head out again. It's a blessing for those traveling with seniors or children. Overall, it's a super high-value, one-stop accommodation for lazy travelers. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Hopefully, they'll have a few more XL-sized Hanfu outfits then! 😂"

"When I was planning my trip, I found a package deal that was incredibly good value, so I booked this hotel for a pleasant experience. Upon check-in, a staff member immediately came forward to guide us and help with our luggage. After we checked in, they thoughtfully escorted us to our room. The room was very spacious, fully equipped, and the bathroom and shower were perfectly dry-wet separated. On the first day, the hotel provided complimentary welcome fruits. They also offered free refills of bottled water; the front desk would kindly ask if we needed more. The included breakfast was a buffet with a vast selection of food. The small baked flatbreads were delicious! There was also Dongyang soupy noodles, wontons, regular noodles, sliced bread (with a toaster nearby that was constantly working, and a great variety of jams to choose from, plus fresh honeycomb!), filled pastries, fruits, vegetable salads, coffee, milk, soy milk, tofu pudding, and more – truly everything you could want. The hotel's location is super close to the highway exit, making it very convenient for drivers. It's only a 15-minute drive to Hengdian Town, where there are also plenty of restaurants. When we checked out, the hotel even prepared a parting gift for us. I've already recommended it to my friends and family!"

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is not far from any scenic spot. You can park at the door and there are security guards to guide you to watch the car. It is very reassuring. The hotel is very well decorated. The rooms have full-length mirrors and are separated into dry and wet areas, so people living together don't disturb each other. It was very quiet and undisturbed to sleep at night. I lived on the side facing the villa and was in a good mood looking at the mansion! The breakfast was excellent, the millet porridge was cooked to perfection, the salad also had ice grass, the corn was super delicious, and my favorite was the fried squash. Great stay experience. I was so happy that I forgot to take pictures. I really like the decoration style of the house. The real stay experience is much better than the pictures on the Internet."

"Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in during this trip! I have to give a good review 👍 Especially I have to praise their family room, it was warm as soon as I opened the door. The room is cozy and the warm lighting creates a homey atmosphere. The bed was soft and comfortable, and my family and I slept soundly. Moreover, the space is well planned, and there is a special area for children's activities. The children have a lot of fun as soon as they enter. It is really thoughtful. The hotel's service is also very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the stay experience is perfect.

The whole house is smart, and Xiao Ai can handle everything. There is no wardrobe in the parent-child room, but there is a long sofa to put things. It is only a 5-minute ride away from the Huating Night Market. The car has to be parked on the roadside in front of the hotel. The price is really cheap during the Spring Festival. I am very satisfied and will book again next time I have the opportunity.

Facilities: Loved it! Service: Warm! I absolutely have to commend this hotel! The breakfast noodles with meat sauce were incredibly delicious – the sauce was rich yet not greasy, and the noodles were perfectly smooth and al dente, making every single bite utterly satisfying. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding; not a speck of dust could be found anywhere. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, with any request being immediately addressed. The delivery robot was both cute and efficient, and the chilled sour plum juice, perfect for summer, was so refreshing and really cut through any richness. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Facilities: Well-equipped, with a hairdryer, washing machine, and dryer. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no unpleasant odors. Environment: Excellent, with beautiful historic buildings right outside the window. Service: Very good attitude. They offer free parking, which is quite convenient. There were even celebrities staying there, with many fans waiting for autographs. Downstairs, there's a very cute cat whose sleeping posture is incredibly charming. I loved it! I didn’t expect the landlord sister to reply quickly and help find a parking space in advance. I dragged my family out to play with my luggage.
