"The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful during check-in. They even gave me a complimentary breakfast coupon, and a souvenir because they mistakenly delivered the wrong bedding. The hotel was very clean. I accidentally left my headphones behind because I was rushing for my high-speed train, but the staff helped me find them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hengdian."

"Advantages: The hotel is located in the Hengdian Film and Television City scenic area, very close to major attractions, and there are also convenience stores and places to eat nearby. The front desk service is very good, very warm and professional, and check-in and check-out are convenient.
Disadvantages: The room facilities are a bit old and there is a certain gap between them and the pictures on the website. Especially the windows, even when they were completely closed, there was still air leakage, which made it a bit cold. The room was poorly soundproofed and the noise from upstairs and next door affected my sleep. Then we stayed for two days, but only on the first day we were given free mineral water, but not on the second day."

"The room is good, the river view, the floor is high, the view is wide, the price is high, the commercial street is downstairs, shopping and eating are very convenient, next time I live here, the only thing that needs to be improved is that the network is not stable, it will be disconnected after a while, it is recommended to update the network, the facilities inside are quite complete, microwave oven, induction cooker, Refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, washing machine are all, overall quite satisfactory"

"I came to Hengdian to see Ding Yuxi, and I was surprised to find Erjiu Drunken Chicken Hotpot right across the street from my accommodation! What a complete coincidence! I can get the same celebrity-style food right out of the door. The room was very nice and clean, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm in Hengdian!"

The sheets and duvet covers were all disinfected, which was reassuring. The facilities were complete and well-equipped, and the air conditioning heated the room effectively. The location was excellent, making dining very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money and I highly recommend it."

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with many shops nearby and very close to the Huating Night Market. Food delivery can reach the room, and there's a delivery shelf downstairs. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities are complete. Getting around is also very convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The front desk lady was very gentle, warm, and thoughtful, and check-in was super fast. The Wi-Fi was smooth, though the TV sometimes disconnected. Overall, it's still pretty good; for this price, it's excellent value for money. Highly recommended! (Forgot to take pictures of the room, only took a photo of the wall on the first floor 🤣)

GGuest Userthe room is spacious and super cozy. very clean, no malfunction. it feels homey. there's also a little snacks provided in the room! the location is also super convenient, just right across the Qing Ming Shang He Tu. you can even see it from your window room. the inn also has a hanfu rent. the host is very responsive, and the whole check in and check out is very smooth. I stayed in the 2nd floor, the stairs is a little bit narrow so it may be a little bit inconvenient if you bring a heavy lugagge, but that's not a problem. the host helped me to bring my luggage up. I recommend it to anyone who visit hengdian!!👍👍

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.

I booked a Smart Room (Double bed), but the room is without a window. But I can not complain because the window is in the toilet. Very smart move to sell a room without out window. :)
Pepsi is a welcome drink, I like it.
The carpet is very dirty, mold under the shower, the air conditioner is very noisy, can not sleep. Poor choice of food for breakfast.
It is standard quality which you can get for less than 200CNY
