"Excellent! Housekeeping comes to clean every day, which is wonderful. The front desk staff are super gentle, and the soundproofing is great. My friend and I stayed there for a few days and had a very pleasant experience. Every time the auntie came to clean, she'd replenish anything that was missing, which is a huge plus. The location is super easy to find, right behind a night market. Whenever we were hungry, we just went downstairs and walked a few steps to the night market – it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel. Next time I visit Hengdian, I'll definitely stay here again! 👍👍👍👍👍👍"

"Advantages: The hotel is located in the Hengdian Film and Television City scenic area, very close to major attractions, and there are also convenience stores and places to eat nearby. The front desk service is very good, very warm and professional, and check-in and check-out are convenient.
Disadvantages: The room facilities are a bit old and there is a certain gap between them and the pictures on the website. Especially the windows, even when they were completely closed, there was still air leakage, which made it a bit cold. The room was poorly soundproofed and the noise from upstairs and next door affected my sleep. Then we stayed for two days, but only on the first day we were given free mineral water, but not on the second day."

"Extremely clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They even have a robot delivery service for food! My room was on the seventh floor, and on the first night, I could hear people walking around upstairs until the early hours, which was quite disruptive to my sleep. However, on the second night, either because I wore earplugs or I was just too exhausted from sightseeing, I didn't hear a thing and slept like a baby. Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was also spotlessly clean, and there's a food street right downstairs. It's also very close to some famous restaurants and easy to get a taxi. Plus, the price was really affordable! If I go to Hengdian again, I'll definitely consider staying here."

"The room was clean and simple, with a natural wood style. The TV was a Xiaomi model that could be cast to the screen. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Located next to the bustling pedestrian street in Hengdian, it's very convenient for getting around and dining. The soundproofing was pretty good with the windows closed!"

AAnonymous UserIt is super convenient to book a room on Ctrip.com. This hotel is very close to the Travel Building. At night, it is just across the street from the night market, which is only a 2-minute walk away. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that the water pressure is unstable and it is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Everything else is very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.

It was large and spacious, with a large bay window offering a wide view of the Ming and Qing Palaces. The cleanliness was also good; I was very satisfied. However, there were some unpleasant aspects. When checking in, I wanted to take two extra bottles of water from the front desk, but was told I couldn't and had to finish the water in the room before getting them. The worst part was finding a large, hard foreign object in my breakfast the next day… I hope they improve their food hygiene and don't just say ”sorry.”
