"The cleanliness of this hotel had dropped, toilet was filled with urine smell when I walked into the room. After asking them to clean it again the smell is still there.
Location is superb and lots of good food just below the hotel. Hope they would improve on the cleanliness."

"出差路上意外發現的一家寶藏民宿，由於高速堵車臨時決定在古田休息一晚，隨便找了家離高速口近的民宿，這裏環境真箇很nice，鳥語花香，湖光山色，像水墨畫一樣，很多人在釣魚，管家還給我們升級了，房間很大，名宿很新，工作人員還帶我們參觀了書吧，古民居，畫展以及古田舊城沙盤，原來古田還有這麼多人文歷史，漲見識了，服務態度真的很好，房間都是別墅落地窗湖景，值得推薦！"

"The location is excellent, the front desk service was warm and attentive, and they even offered a free upgrade. The lobby smelled nice, though perhaps a bit too strong.
The room was very clean and tidy, with a large window offering a wide view. The mattress was just the right firmness, and I slept very well. The shower had good water pressure and hot water came on quickly.
Overall, this stay was very pleasant and excellent value for money. The service, location, and facilities were all satisfactory, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling here!"

"The B&B is located on the shore of Cuiping Lake Scenic Area in Gutian Reservoir, with a beautiful environment. The room facilities are good, the lake view room has a great view, and the glass windows face the entire Cuiping Lake. The chef level of the hotel restaurant is OK, the dishes are very rich, the taste is very delicious, our family settled in that day, went to the restaurant to eat, the service is still in place, the speed of serving is very fast. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and also introduced many interesting places near Gutian. In addition, there are charging piles in the parking lot of the hotel, and the tram is very convenient for charging."

"The facilities are old and dilapidated. There was a musty smell upon entering, the cabinets were rotten, and trash and socks were strewn everywhere on the balcony near the window. I told the receptionist, and she cleaned it up. So, I'd give the service 4 stars. The hot water is indeed excellent and deserves praise. However, the air conditioning frequently stops working and doesn't heat properly. Overall, the experience was poor. This is probably the standard service you'd find in a small town! The price isn't cheap either."

I took it to the toilet and licked a small corner. The result of my washing with water was all bubbles. Then at night, it was itchy. I was very satisfied when I came on May 1st last time. I feel that the sanitation is very good. This time it is a bit unsatisfactory. I hope it has been improved next time.
