"It was so hot in Sanya that I just wanted to stay in the hotel room. The air conditioning was excellent, even a bit too cold on a higher setting. Choosing this hotel was a great decision; the price was reasonable, and the room was very satisfying. The bedding was clean and tidy. The pool was quite busy, mostly with foreign guests. I especially want to thank the lobby manager, Robert, for helping me find my lost glasses – he was diligent and truly dedicated to guest service. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful, promptly replenishing towels and bottled water in my room whenever needed. Check-out was quick and efficient, with no waiting for room inspection. I was very pleased with this stay!"

"The large sea view from the room was nice, but the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated. There was nowhere to hang towels, and the tissue box only had a few crumpled tissues left, clearly remnants from a previous guest. The most frustrating part was trying to find the kids' club. I asked the front desk several times, and they just kept saying 'turn left outside, it's in the building next door,' without mentioning it was in a different hotel. We walked back and forth multiple times under the scorching sun and couldn't find it. When we asked another staff member, they said this hotel doesn't even have a kids' club! I saw reviews online of other guests using the infinity pool, but the front desk also failed to mention it was at the Belmont Hotel, so we just assumed it wasn't open. The front desk was also vague about the breakfast restaurant's location, just saying 'in the building next door.' Every time we went to that 'next door building,' we had to walk a long way under the blazing sun. Whether it's a kids' club or a water park, why can't they clearly state it's in a different hotel? Even if it's 'next door,' it should still be part of *their* hotel. Who would guess it's a completely different property without clear information? Our butler added us on WeChat after we had been running around all day and went out in the evening, but we didn't see it until the next day at check-out when they reminded us to add them. What's the point then? How can I possibly leave a good review with an experience like that? Objectively, the facilities at the partner hotels are quite good, making the overall value for money reasonable. But shouldn't the subjective service keep up? It's just a matter of saying a few more words, yet they made everything so complicated every time."

"Amazing sea view, clean room, and excellent value for the price. The beach is beautiful, clean, and easy to access. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided outstanding service. Although they don’t speak much English, they were always willing to help and communicated effectively using translation apps and WeChat. When rainwater leaked through our window during a typhoon, they immediately moved us to another room and resolved the issue professionally. A few minor downsides: the mirror frame was rusty, there was no wardrobe, and the bathroom layout isn’t ideal for families due to the transparent glass and shared door. The hotel is also a bit far from downtown Sanya and Yalong Bay, but Didi is readily available, arrives quickly, and makes it easy to get around. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it for the stunning ocean view, great service, and excellent value for money."

"The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, and their service was excellent. The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable, with a well-designed layout. The environment was beautiful and pleasant. Any requests were promptly assisted. Upon checking out, they thoughtfully provided a farewell gift. Absolutely fantastic!"

"From the moment Momo, our butler, proactively reached out before our trip until we checked out, the service was absolutely exceptional – truly deserving of a big thumbs-up. The hotel's environment and facilities are also great. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly baked croissants that were fragrant and crispy, and a rich selection of fresh juices and more. The executive lounge offered complimentary drinks and tea, along with fruits and biscuits, and even provided light meals in the evening – so thoughtful! The pool is also very large, and the kids had a fantastic time. Overall, the experience was wonderful! If we visit again, my only request would be to please arrange a room closer to the pool!"

"Absolutely thrilled with my stay! The day before arrival, our butler Vivian proactively reached out and even managed to upgrade our room. Since we arrived quite early, she also helped us check in two hours ahead of schedule, which was incredibly helpful. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning – perfect for photos and a great place to swim. In the evenings, there are even performances by the pool, which was a lovely bonus! It's just a short walk across the road to the beach, and the cleanliness and overall environment were excellent. The entire stay was fantastic, honestly, the experience felt just as good as hotels in Yalong Bay. Next time, I'll definitely be staying longer!"
