Since it's on a pedestrian street and cars can't drive right up, the front desk proactively asked if we needed parking for our car and if we needed help with our luggage upon arrival. So thoughtful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, breakfast was varied and fresh, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch in an elegant setting. They even offered a comforting late-night snack. It truly felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Anhui, and I'd recommend it to all my friends!"

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

The room was spacious – I booked a king-sized bed and they upgraded me to a room with a bathtub. They even provided a complimentary bottle of red wine, a steam eye mask, and a bathtub liner. The smart home features throughout the room were a nice touch, and I appreciated the high-quality hairdryer provided. It was also cool to see them offer Luan Guapian tea, which is a local specialty. The service was quite attentive too; they even offer laundry service, which was a lifesaver – I had an attendant iron my shirt for me. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Hefei."

It's right on a pedestrian street, so in the evening, I could just stroll over to Li Mansion for some food and drinks without going far. "Where to stay in Luyang District? Shangri-La, of course! Don't ask me how I know, I've experienced it firsthand (quiet, clean, and fully equipped). The rooms are quite spacious, just a bit dated in terms of decor. They could definitely add an air purifier. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's peaceful, which I really like. The coffee is decent, though there aren't many Western breakfast options."
