The service was attentive and thoughtful, warm yet discreet, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was lavish, featuring a great mix of local specialties and international dishes. The high-altitude pool and gym were first-rate, giving a real resort feel. Overall, it was perfect; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei!"

From my room, I had a clear view of the surrounding office buildings. The workspace in the room was excellent, with a well-designed small desk and chair. The front desk staff, Elsa and Naomi, were incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer multi-port chargers and umbrellas for loan. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I had no issues with video conferences. In the evening, I explored the 'Tianjie Xiaoxiang' area recommended by the hotel, which had a wonderful local vibe. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so it's convenient for those catching early flights as they can pack it to go. This hotel perfectly balances efficiency and a sense of local life. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

While our room didn't have a front-facing view, it was very conveniently located near the elevator. The young ladies who helped us check in and add an extra bed were both very kind. The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. **Dining**: The breakfast was excellent and varied, and ordering from the Chinese restaurant was easy. "I was visiting relatives in Hefei, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's just about 50 meters from the entrance to Dadongmen Station, which serves both Hefei Metro Lines 1 and 2. They even upgraded my room for free when I checked in! The breakfast on the 29th floor had a great variety, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. You get a fantastic view of Hefei from up there. It's also not far from Xiaoyaojin Park and Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store right on the ground floor of the hotel. Just one minor suggestion: it would be perfect if the bathroom had an exhaust fan."

"A perfect stay! Before check-in, Manager Hu helped prepare a holiday cake, a gift signing ceremony, and room decorations. On the day of check-in, the front desk manager greeted us at the building entrance, and a young lady from the front desk, Ms. Chen, escorted us to the restaurant and our room. The biggest surprise was the hotel restaurant's set menu, priced at just over 500 yuan. It was exquisitely prepared and delicious, and they even gave us a bouquet of roses – a truly delightful surprise! The hotel is located on an island and is Hefei's state guesthouse, similar in style to the Xijiao Hotel in Shanghai. The stay experience far surpassed that of a typical Western-style five-star hotel. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so. Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional. Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended."
