The hotel is located on the upper floors of the China Resources Building, with direct access to MixC World downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Taxis to Luogang Park and Anhui Museum are a reasonable distance, ensuring easy travel. The overall design blends Huizhou architectural elements with modern luxury, themed around 'Peach Blossom Spring.' The art installations in the lobby are elegant and captivating. All guest rooms are above the 43rd floor, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Swan Lake. In the evening, the city night view creates an amazing ambiance."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to a park and a pedestrian street, surrounded by tons of dining options. Attractions and public transportation are super convenient too; the subway station is just a few steps away, making it incredibly easy to get around."

"❤️ Most of the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, and they even gave my child a small snack bag when we checked in. Someone also helped us with the elevator. Most of the buffet staff were quite warm and attentive. The bartenders in the executive lounge and the staff member who was in charge of tidying up the afternoon tea dessert area were excellent. The swimming pool is superb! On the day we checked in, the pool attendants during the day – a middle-aged male staff member and a young male staff member – were both incredibly thoughtful! We didn't have swim caps, so they brought us spare ones. They even offered to inflate the swimming ring I bought! ⭕ On the average side: The welcome fruit didn't arrive for a long time on the day of check-in. It only came after I prompted them via WeChat two hours after checking in. ❌ On the negative side: The staff member behind the front desk at the entrance of the executive lounge on the day of check-in was not enthusiastic at all. After we finished eating and left, she acted as if she didn't see us as we walked past her, offering no polite farewell. This made us feel very uncomfortable."

Even before I arrived, I coordinated my check-in needs with Sara. She was incredibly professional and attentive, proactively confirming my arrival time. Knowing I had business meetings, she specially arranged a high-floor room with a great view and even kindly upgraded my room type free of charge. The room itself was spacious and tidy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring I could relax peacefully after a busy day. During my stay, Sara was always quick to respond to any questions, meticulously explaining the hotel's amenities: a 24-hour heated gym, an indoor pool, and afternoon tea at the Horizon Club Lounge. The breakfast buffet at Cafe Wan offered a rich variety, and the local Huainan Beef Soup was authentically delicious. Housekeeping kept my room spotless daily. The welcome fruit and handwritten card left in my room upon arrival truly showed their thoughtful attention to detail. Excellently located, the hotel offers free parking for self-drivers and convenient EV charging stations. The entire staff, from front desk to concierge, provided warm and courteous service, perfectly embodying the Shangri-La's commitment to guest care. Sara, in particular, was gentle and thorough, following up on my stay throughout and providing service that was just right, never intrusive. I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips or leisure stays in Hefei. I sincerely recommend it to all business travelers!"

"The Westin Hefei is always my top choice for business trips to Hefei. It offers incredible value for money, with a super convenient location right across from Wanda Plaza, and the night views are absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, the bedding soft, and all the facilities were great. A special shout-out to Tony from concierge for his warm and attentive service – he even prepared a welcome fruit platter for me! The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh, and delicious. It's truly the perfect pick for both business and leisure travel."

"Doesn't really meet the standards of a five-star hotel. There was a weird, unpleasant smell in the bathroom. I called the front desk to get it sorted out, and an engineer came, but it felt like they just sprayed some air freshener. Six hours later, the smell was back. It seems like a plumbing issue causing a backflow of odors from the pipes. Also, the mattress was too soft, which isn't great for your spine."

"An excellent experience! **Location:** Very convenient. It's only a 20-minute bullet train ride away, and you can walk to MixC (for all your dining and entertainment needs) in 7-8 minutes. There's also a park nearby for a stroll. **Facilities & Hygiene:** Generally great. The room was spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the toilet had smart features. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area. **Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!"

The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. The butler-style service is warm and attentive. If you're coming to Hefei, you should definitely stay at the Binhu Fomao."

From my room, I had a clear view of the surrounding office buildings. The workspace in the room was excellent, with a well-designed small desk and chair. The front desk staff, Elsa and Naomi, were incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer multi-port chargers and umbrellas for loan. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I had no issues with video conferences. In the evening, I explored the 'Tianjie Xiaoxiang' area recommended by the hotel, which had a wonderful local vibe. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so it's convenient for those catching early flights as they can pack it to go. This hotel perfectly balances efficiency and a sense of local life. Highly recommend for business travelers. I'll definitely be back!"
