"I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, so when I was passing through Hefei again, I chose the Grand Hyatt! The service is consistently excellent, and they even upgraded me to a suite for free. The first time I stayed here, I was also in a suite, and I really love the layout of the suites. The living room is quite spacious, the TV can cast content, and the night view from the corner window is absolutely fantastic! The soundproofing in the room is good, which is great for light sleepers. The lighting design is also very reasonable, the air conditioning is comfortable, and it has a double-sink vanity. The only minor drawback is that it's not a smart toilet. There are a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Although I called ahead to reserve a spot and was told they'd call back, I never received a call. When I arrived, I waited a bit, and a car just happened to leave, so I got a spot. I think this point is a slight deficiency; their internal coordination wasn't great. The location is excellent; MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. But every advantage has its disadvantage – it gets very congested! There's no robot delivery for takeout, so you need to pick it up yourself, but if you contact the butler, they can help deliver it. Overall, the stay was quite good. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei!"

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"The connecting rooms are perfect for a family of four. Hygiene: The hotel is clean. Facilities: There's a children's play area next to the breakfast area. Service: The service was excellent. We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!"

This trip, we brought our child, and the hotel generously upgraded our room and even proactively decorated it with a children's theme, which thrilled my little one the moment we walked in. The location is superb, within walking distance to Bao Park, making it very convenient for outings with kids. The only minor regret: my child is particularly fond of the Westin teddy bears, but unfortunately, the hotel has rebranded and no longer sells the old models. Plenty of coffee capsules, mineral water, and tissues. The gym isn't huge but is very popular. The swimming pool is 8x25 meters; during summer, it's busy with kids' classes, but I highly recommend the massage pool and steam room in the changing area. **Service:** I really commend the service. Mindy was fantastic, promptly connecting with me and offering helpful reminders. I especially loved the beautiful executive lounge environment and the high-quality dishes, which truly elevated the hotel's overall service!"

"The Hefei Binhu Fomao Hotel truly delivers on both quality and service! The grand lobby with its gilded dome and the 'influencer-worthy' staircase are incredibly photogenic. The rooms are spacious and smart, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the King Koil mattress, TOTO bathroom fixtures, and the all-in-one washer/dryer. The butler-style service is warm and attentive. If you're coming to Hefei, you should definitely stay at the Binhu Fomao."

The front desk staff, Elsa and Naomi, were incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer multi-port chargers and umbrellas for loan. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I had no issues with video conferences. In the evening, I explored the 'Tianjie Xiaoxiang' area recommended by the hotel, which had a wonderful local vibe. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so it's convenient for those catching early flights as they can pack it to go. This hotel perfectly balances efficiency and a sense of local life. Highly recommend for business travelers. I'll definitely be back!"
