Since it's on a pedestrian street and cars can't drive right up, the front desk proactively asked if we needed parking for our car and if we needed help with our luggage upon arrival. So thoughtful! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, breakfast was varied and fresh, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch in an elegant setting. They even offered a comforting late-night snack. It truly felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Anhui, and I'd recommend it to all my friends!"

"Overall, my stay at this hotel was great. It's super convenient being so close to Hefei South Railway Station. Plus, there's a large underground parking lot that's free to use. The room was spacious – I booked a king-sized bed and they upgraded me to a room with a bathtub. They even provided a complimentary bottle of red wine, a steam eye mask, and a bathtub liner. The smart home features throughout the room were a nice touch, and I appreciated the high-quality hairdryer provided. It was also cool to see them offer Luan Guapian tea, which is a local specialty. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, covering everything from drinks to fried foods and stir-fries. The service was quite attentive too; they even offer laundry service, which was a lifesaver – I had an attendant iron my shirt for me. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Hefei."

"I booked an executive king room for myself and a suite for my parents. The overall impressions are basically the same, but I'll talk about the advantages of the suite. Firstly, the rooms are enormous. You get what you pay for in terms of space. Upon entering, there's a spacious living room, with large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the bedroom. "The hotel's location is great, with many restaurants nearby, although most were closed for the New Year holiday. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. Even with many guests checking in during the holiday, they remained friendly and courteous. What needs improvement is the room's cleanliness. Upon check-in, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom mirror counter. We figured the cleaning staff might have overlooked it, so we didn't mention it, but it wasn't cleaned on the following two days either. For breakfast, I felt like two hotels were sharing one restaurant, as I saw people entering with different room cards. During the New Year, the restaurant was completely overwhelmed; eating felt like a battle. Overall, I hope the hotel focuses more on the details. I look forward to you doing even better!"

I'm a loyal customer of this particular branch, and I wanted to clarify something: my previous review was purely a mistake; I accidentally selected the wrong hotel and meant to review a hotel in Dalian. My sincerest apologies! I'm actually incredibly satisfied with my experience here! As a high-end Rezen brand under Jinjiang, the overall decor is stylish and minimalist, with a fantastic design aesthetic. The public areas are clean and chic. The guest rooms are equipped with top-brand amenities, and the cleanliness is meticulous. The breakfast buffet offers a rich selection of fresh dishes that taste great, including local specialties, which is a nice touch. The self-service laundry room allows for both washing and drying. Every time I use it, the front desk helps with the washing, drying, and even delivers the clothes to my room. Both the facilities and services are excellent, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. It's also very close to the South Station, just one stop away (and they offer free shuttle service to and from the station). This is definitely my top choice for business trips or travel accommodation, and I'll continue to stay here regularly in the future."
