"The location is particularly good, opposite to Zhixin City and Guogou Plaza, shopping is very convenient. Next to it is the food court with many delicious foods. The hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can smell the fragrance. The guest rooms are also very clean. When you see hotel staff on the floor, they are very polite and greet you proactively. The breakfast in the morning is rich and colorful. Overall, it is very good, great!"

"This was a fantastic stay for me for a day. I had a train to catch the next day morning from the station and I could not believe that this hotel was so so good! The room size was big, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to take a didi ride and I could not figure out the way, the staff came all the way near the ride point and showed me the directions. Its not one of those cheap and just sleep and go sort of hotels. Its a very comfortable and well run hotel. The only downside I would say is they dont have inhouse breakfast but they give you a voucher to use in a nearby food shop in the station. And thats something you can do on your own. So I dont see a merit in booking a room with breakfast but overall the stay was very pleasant, very relaxing and to be honest, I was blown away by the quality of my stay!"

"Very good, worth recommending. The front desk lady boss has a very good service attitude, very easy to talk to, very enthusiastic, the hotel is clean, and there is no price increase during the May Day holiday. The price-performance ratio is very high. Someone checked out at around 8 o'clock in the morning, so the cleaning staff cleaned up and let us check in early. Hot water is available 24 hours a day"

Take a hot bath, the fatigue of the day disappears instantly, it is a decompression artifact! The room is also great overall, spacious and bright, comfortable beds and good sound insulation. The hotel is conveniently located and the service staff is warm and thoughtful. The bathtub near the window can also see the night view of the city, and the atmosphere is full. For those who like to take a bath, this is definitely a plus! I will choose here next time, I highly recommend the room type with bathtub! 👍"

"This stay was incredibly comfortable! The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, which was a huge relief with luggage – no detours needed. The room was larger than expected, with a small sofa by the window perfect for relaxing. The cleanliness was exceptional: no dust on the tables, sparkling bathroom tiles, and even the shower drain had no odor.
I arrived on a rainy day, and the front desk staff proactively offered a disposable raincoat. Later, when I called for hot water, a thermos was quickly delivered to my room. The freshly baked bread at breakfast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it was lovely with hot milk. They even stored my luggage after check-out, allowing me to explore the nearby old street worry-free. Every detail was thoughtful. I definitely recommend it to friends!"

"I originally planned to go to Xi'an, but it rained heavily in Xi'an and the train had to go back the way it came. I got off the train in Hefei to transfer after I came out. I thought of booking a hotel at random, but I got a surprise. I was unlucky to get this hotel. The only surprise of the day"

There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserI booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in.
Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms.
Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation.
Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

GGuest UserThe room is very simple, but very attractive and feels like home. It is a smart hotel. I booked the hotel on the high-speed rail. Send me a text message in advance and click on the link. I scanned my face and entered the whole contactless check-in process. People with social fears liked it. There was a classmate Xiao Ai in the room and it was equipped with an intelligent guest control system. , Super awesome. In terms of environment: As shown in the picture, the space is very large. The large projector won my heart. The style is very nice. I recommend that girls go there. The room types are divided into different theme types, which is quite interesting. In terms of hygiene: I checked it out. It is a newly opened facility this year and has relatively complete facilities. There is no smell in the room when you enter, the bed is comfortable and clean, and the bathroom has dry and wet separation.

GGuest UserA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. GGuest UserBooked 3 beds for a night about $44. The hotel provide pick up and sending services to and from HF airport. We arrived HF from train station and have to travel to HF airport the next early morning. So we booked somewhere near the airport and this hotel is about 3km 12mins. They are very friendly as they helped to carry luggages due to no lift. The bed are super comfortable and big. The only downside is the place is in kampung and nothing around it. So do eat at outside before coming. The shower and toilet is not separate so is easily wet and during cold weather it can be slippery. No heater for the toilet

GGuest UserI came here for a business trip. I wanted to go shopping in the pedestrian street here, so I chose this hotel. It is very close to the pedestrian street and the subway entrance. It takes only a few minutes to get out of the subway. The hotel is not very big, but it is very warm. The front desk lady is very warm. Miss sister specially chose a quieter room, the health inside is very clean, mainly because the price is very cheap, completely beyond the expectations of my heart, the next business trip will set this hotel, really good

RRobert JanNice hotel. The room is spacious and clean, there’s lots of furniture available. Wifi works well. Towels and amenities are changed every day and the bed is made. The breakfast was pretty good and every day there was something different to choose from. The only problem was with registering my stay as a foreigner, the receptionists seem to be inexperienced at registering foreigners - it took them over an hour which I had to spend with them at the reception desk, I even had to call trip.com to ask for help. They even told me to leave and find another hotel (even though the whole stay was paid for already), but I insisted and in the end I was allowed to stay. Great hotel overall, but the reception staff needs more training.
