"Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible. Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like. This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻 If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. "We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very beautiful, but there may be some problems with the room design. The space utilization is very low, and it is wasted in the corridors and bathrooms. On the contrary, the sleeping area is quite crowded. The board on the wall is very sticky. I don't know if there were posters posted before but were not removed. Other than that, the hygiene is fine. Disposable bath mats and bath balls are provided, so you can take a bath. In the breakfast restaurant, the brown sugar has obviously deteriorated due to moisture and has been expired for several months. The watermelon is not fresh either. It disappeared after eating it in the morning. The most favorable thing is that there is a beef buffet hot pot 200 meters away from the hotel. You must not miss it. Be sure to go early to avoid queuing!"

Staying at this homestay, the experience is great! The location is excellent, the surrounding area is full of food, drink and fun, and it is convenient to travel. I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

The location of the apartment is very good. There is a free parking space at the door. It is only a few minutes walk to Gulao Water Village. The surrounding environment is good. There is no noise at night. I slept well. The balcony is large. It is a pity that the cold air came when we stayed. I was sitting outside chatting and watching the night view. I forgot to take pictures of the room. It was very clean. The three kids played very happily in the room. I will stay here next time I come over!

We found this B&B randomly. We went there at night. It was pitch dark after we turned into the small road from the main road. The road was also super quiet. My boyfriend kept saying that the place I was looking for was weird. I finally found it and I was not disappointed. The environment was quite quiet. The B&B was renovated from an old primary school. It has retained its original appearance to a large extent. The style is simple but not without literary atmosphere. The room is very large. Outside the terrace is a large lotus pond and farm scenery. It was very quiet, healing and comfortable. My boyfriend had no complaints at all. I didn't take many photos because I only stayed for one night. If I have time, I will come back to relax.
