"Not very quiet, I am not referring to the surrounding management of the hotel, but the noise made by other hotel guests, and the hotel could not take the initiative to solve it after the complaint. However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better. Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough."

"1/Convenient to drive by yourself. There are exclusive parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is free. The hotel has 3 floors in total. The basement has direct access to the room level. But there are stairs from the basement to the hotel, not a slope. Stayed for two days. But in fact, one day is enough in Heshan. There is nothing particularly interesting to visit in Gulao Water Town. 2/There is nothing around, there is a primary school opposite. But takeout is available. 3/The room is not big but enough. The mini bar is free and also has snacks. The front desk service is also very good. The room is generally quiet, but it depends on the quality of the guests. The next day, I was woken up early in the morning by a family with two children who let their children run and make noise in the aisles. 4/The wifi speed is okay and the TV is small. TV iptv and screencasting are available. However, the screencasting tool uses Lebo, which has various jumps to guide the download. If you don’t download it, you can’t cast it. Try it twice for free, then you will be prompted to pay. I only successfully cast one day in two days. The TV signal was also messed up with the channel list and actual channels."

"The hotel environment is very good, with a casual and comfortable feel. The rooms are large and very clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner buffets are also very rich. There are also lobster and shark fin fish maw soup, and other varieties are also abundant. It coincides with my wife's birthday. The hotel wanted to send us a cake, but since we brought it ourselves, the hotel sent us a fruit plate instead. Thank you very much for the hotel's attentive hospitality. Mr. Zhang and Ms. Ren at the front desk were very kind and upgraded our room. We can also watch the lights at night. Night view and musical fountain show, a very satisfying stay experience. "The front desk actively upgraded the room type, and the floor-to-ceiling windows faced the lake, with a good view. It feels like an older hotel, with an old-fashioned decoration style. The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes. The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities. In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel. This price is generally good and bad."
