"In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities."

"This hotel deserves a perfect score! When I checked in, I found the air conditioning was already on in the room, and the temperature was just right – a really thoughtful touch. The cleanliness was impeccable, with no strange smells in the bathroom, and all the toiletries were from well-known brands, which was reassuring. It was incredibly quiet at night, no noise at all, so I had an excellent night's sleep. It's also close to the high-speed rail station, so there's no need to rush for early trains. Both the service and environment far exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

On the night I arrived, I was in a rush to finish a proposal and clumsily spilled coffee on important meeting documents, instantly staining the papers. Panicked, I called the front desk just to see if they could help. To my surprise, the staff member who answered wasn't annoyed at all; instead, she calmly reassured me not to worry and said they would help right away. A few minutes later, a young man arrived with tissues, plastic sleeves, and a new folder. He carefully wiped away the stains and thoughtfully organized and sealed the unstained documents for me. It was such a small incident, yet it truly showed the hotel's genuine dedication. Such meticulous service deserves nothing less than a full five-star rating!"

GGuest UserI haven't been back to Yuncheng for several years. I didn't expect to build such a good hotel. The environment and service are very good. There are many varieties of breakfast, especially highlighting the local characteristics. I can eat Zhuangmo, porridge, and mutton soup without going out. Very good stay experience, Yuncheng, Nanhu, come on, I will patronize it next time I come and hope it will get better and better.

The smart toilet is convenient and hygienic. The room is spacious and bright, and the sofa by the large bay window is very comfortable. GGuest UserIt has been more than 20 years since I graduated from Dan County No. 1 Middle School! Live again near my alma mater where I studied and worked hard. In addition, the hotel is clean and classy. This time the whole family lives together. In the evening, I took my children to Dongguan Street downstairs to play, and the experience was great. The breakfast is very authentic and has the old taste of hometown. You can also take a stroll downstairs to the County Government Square early the next morning!

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
