Especially impressive are the family rooms, which allow you to stay in a suite with elderly family members and children, making it very convenient to look after them. The housekeeping staff is also incredibly thoughtful; realizing we had children and would need to wash clothes daily, they thoughtfully left us laundry detergent and a sweet note. Truly wonderful!"

The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities."

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly warm and attentive, which made me feel especially cared for. What truly impressed me was how they handled my invoice. Due to my tight schedule, I encountered issues like incorrect information and needing to change the invoice header, which made me quite anxious. Once the staff learned of my problem, they patiently guided me through each step, helping me verify the information and re-process everything without a hint of impatience. They even proactively reminded me of important details to ensure the invoice was perfectly accurate. The entire process was efficient and heartwarming, truly demonstrating a customer-centric approach to problem-solving – professional and responsible. The hotel's attention to detail in service is outstanding, making you feel completely at ease, from the check-in experience to post-stay issue resolution. It offers great value for money, heartfelt service, and well-managed operations, making it perfect for business trips and leisure travel. "The location is very good. Jiahecheng, the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, is downstairs. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich, self-service, and there are robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the hotel's general manager Helen, manager Wang Bob, and sales director Kevin, all of whom were very sincere, enthusiastic, kind, and dedicated. The front desk lady and brother Iris, Amy, Linda, Tom, Jerry, etc. (haha Tom and Jerry, what cute names) and all other staff, including all restaurant staff, are also very enthusiastic, sincere, professional and efficient. The stay experience is first-class, recommended to stay"

There were freshly made Mingshi. Although the location was not very close to several peony gardens, parking was convenient. It is more than one kilometer away from the famous Heze Fat Donglaijia and Chengqi. Jiahecheng has a lot of dining, probably took a look at the brand chain is not less than the big city, after visiting the peony garden to go to Jiahecheng to eat and then stroll back to the hotel, time is rushed to take breakfast, other aspects are very good"
