The entire process was efficient and heartwarming, truly demonstrating a customer-centric approach to problem-solving – professional and responsible. The hotel's attention to detail in service is outstanding, making you feel completely at ease, from the check-in experience to post-stay issue resolution. It offers great value for money, heartfelt service, and well-managed operations, making it perfect for business trips and leisure travel. "In general this is a nice hotel. Clean room, good food for breakfast. The only inconvenience - it was really cold all the time at the hotel lobby as well as in the breakfast zone on the second floor. I was there in the middle of November, it was +5 degrees C outside, and it seems as if the public zones of the hotel do not have any heating facilities."

"A family came to Heze to see the peonies and chose to stay in this hotel. It felt like an original place when they came in. The starry sky roof was very popular with the kids.
