When you go out, you can see that the management is watching the front line. This stay was fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff!
The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful! Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, they proactively helped us organize it and provided tote bags. The staff were friendly, patient, and professional, always smiling. They proactively informed us about breakfast times, nearby routes, and hotel facilities. Any questions we had were quickly resolved. Their service was warm and attentive throughout, making us feel welcome the moment we walked in – especially wonderful with children.
The housekeeping auntie was also very responsible! The room was spotless, the bed was neatly made and clean, the cups were well-sanitized, and toiletries were fully replenished. There were no hidden spots missed during cleaning, even in corners and crevices. After cleaning, they would thoughtfully organize our belongings and replenish drinking water daily. The attention to detail was exceptional, making our stay comfortable and worry-free!
The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the bedding is comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. Such excellent service is a testament to every diligent and responsible employee. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay and recommend it to my friends!"

A bit ness with outsider patronising the SPA at the sane building. It is converted from a residential apartment to a new hotel. And our room is directly underneath Breakfast area, so very noisy from 630am, chairs dracking waking up us in the morning. The noise proofing failed to sealed the car horning from the street. In addition, the hotel is clean and classy. This time the whole family lives together. In the evening, I took my children to Dongguan Street downstairs to play, and the experience was great. The breakfast is very authentic and has the old taste of hometown. You can also take a stroll downstairs to the County Government Square early the next morning!
