"Facilities: Everything we needed was there, complete and perfect.
Hygiene: Very clean, no strange odors in the room, and spacious.
Service: Excellent service. The front desk basically met all our needs. Parking here is very convenient; I just left my car, and in the morning, they had someone drive it to the entrance for me. After my outing, they sent someone to pick me up and bring me back to the hotel.
One thing I always pay attention to is that hotel air conditioning usually only cools, not heats. However, the underfloor heating here perfectly alleviated that issue. It's quite dry here, so remember to bring moisturizer.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I will definitely book here again if I return.
Breakfast was also quite rich."

"Conveniently located just off National Highway G248, with ample parking. Our room overlooked the river, and while the sound of the water was quite noticeable, once the windows were closed, it was virtually silent. The soundproofing is excellent; even my noise-sensitive family found it completely acceptable and had a peaceful night's sleep. The family room also features a spacious living room, and next to it is a billiard room with direct access to a small rooftop terrace on the third floor. While the guesthouse only offered hot pot, my family was craving stir-fries. The owner kindly recommended a Sichuan restaurant just a 3-minute drive away, which turned out to be much more affordable than the Chuanyuxiang restaurant at the intersection. The courtyard also has several slow-charging EV chargers, which is a great convenience for electric vehicle owners."

"The room was well-maintained and clean. The staff were very responsive to all guest requests and handled them quickly. Around 10 PM, before going to bed, I noticed the motion sensor light near the entrance might disturb my sleep. I contacted the front desk, and an engineer arrived to fix it in less than a minute. The hotel is conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from the entrance of Bippenggou Scenic Area. After a hike, soaking in the hot spring was perfect for washing away all the fatigue. The underfloor heating and air conditioning kept the indoor temperature perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was relatively simple, but the à la carte dinner options were tasty and reasonably priced."

"The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, just like the pictures online. The balcony was huge and even had a hot tub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The hotel's surroundings were beautiful; looking up and seeing the misty mountains was incredibly therapeutic. The beef noodles for breakfast were delicious, even better than what I've had at outside noodle shops. The staff were very patient and provided excellent service. I accidentally left my facial cleanser and some clothes in the room when checking out, and they kindly helped me mail them home. I really appreciate it!"

"Here's my genuine review for fellow travelers considering this place:
First off, the room size was very spacious, which was perfect for a family trip. We had a lot of luggage, and there was plenty of space to put everything. The kids also had room to run around.
Secondly, the hotel's own restaurant serves really good dinner. There's no need to go out looking for food. We ordered a large beef hotpot, a stir-fry, and a dry pot dish for 6 adults and 4 children. We had a little bit of food left over, and the total cost was around 470-480, which was very reasonable.
Then, the hotel's location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the scenic area entrance. It also has charging piles. It makes perfect sense to check into the hotel first, park your car, and then walk to the scenic area.
Finally, a few minor drawbacks and suggestions. The cleanliness, especially in the details, still has some room for improvement compared to some brand-name hotels. For example, there was some dust on the window sills and light switches. Also, I'd suggest adding an absorbent floor mat near the sink. After washing up, a lot of water splashes onto the floor, making it quite wet. The default number of hangers provided is two; it would be helpful to proactively add two more.
All in all, this hotel is definitely worth choosing.
(If there's no traffic jam, a round trip to Bipenggou can actually be done quite easily in one day.)"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, minimal, and had a great view. I also felt very safe during my stay. There is a delicious Sichuan-style restaurant located near the hotel, which made dining very convenient.
One of my favorite parts of the hotel is the hot spring area. It feels quite private and is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The 24-hour laundry facilities were also very convenient.
Overall, I was truly impressed and will definitely recommend this place to my friends. The location is excellent—it's just a few minutes’ walk to Bipenggou Scenic Area, making it extremely convenient and comfortable for travelers."

"To experience the fairyland of Bipenggou, you have to go early. We entered the scenic area at 7 AM. As the shuttle bus drove uphill, the fog outside the window grew thicker and thicker, hiding the forests and meadows. All that remained was the bus headlights cutting a path through the white expanse. We got off at Shanghai Lake, and the fog swirled around our feet, making it feel like we were walking on clouds. Reaching out, I only felt the damp, cool air. After waiting for half an hour, the sun slowly crept over the mountaintop, and the fog began to dissipate—first revealing the treetops, then the meadows, and finally, the snow-capped peaks emerged from the fog like giants waking up. The mist flowed down the valley, turning the lake water milky white as it passed over, and smoke curled from the distant wooden cabins. Even time itself seemed to slow down. If you love tranquility, you absolutely must come early to Bipenggou to watch the fog rise and fall, like a silent magic show."

"The hotel is located a bit up the mountain in Guergou, and the road conditions are decent, so you can drive right up. The hotel has a terrace hot spring pool where you can see snow-capped mountains both in front and behind you while soaking. However, it gets very cold quickly once you're out of the water due to the strong wind. Indoors, only four small hot spring pools were open. We booked a family room, which was quite spacious and had a children's bunk bed, but the slide was very unsafe. It's too short at the bottom when you slide down, making it easy to fall on your bottom and back. I suggest they improve this. The side of the sofa had a lot of dust accumulation, so the corners probably aren't cleaned very thoroughly. The breakfast was quite rich, and the beef rice noodles were delicious…"

MM56703****This is a Tang Dynasty-style guesthouse hidden deep in the village of Gulgou. It's about a 20-minute drive from Gulgou town. We arrived late at night in the dark, and the owner came down from the roadside to help us with our luggage.
The guesthouse is built into the mountainside, so there are steps leading up and down, which can be a bit tiring. However, the view is absolutely stunning. Opening the windows and doors, you can see the distant colorful forests and snow-capped mountains, completely unobstructed.
Every detail in the rooms is exquisite and refined. The carpets, stools, beds, washbasins, etc., were all carefully designed by the owner and handcrafted by artisans. They are truly unique and cannot be replicated.
In the evening, we warmed ourselves by burning firewood in the fireplace. Sitting around the coffee table on the carpet, drinking tea and wine, we weren't cold at all. We chatted for a long time, sharing our views on Tang Dynasty history and modern society. The owner was very knowledgeable, and we listened attentively.
At night, with the electric blankets on, we weren't cold either. The guesthouse is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle.
We slept in until we naturally woke up in the morning. Breakfast was simple: sweet potato porridge, eggs, shumai, pickled vegetables, etc. It wasn't fancy, but it felt very much like ordinary rural life.
We only stayed one day, but I must say, it's worth staying longer to experience a different way of life.

MM55770****Service: We arrived in Li County from Chengdu on Saturday afternoon, after 9 pm, past dinner time. But!! We brought our own food and asked the owner to cook it for us. The owner cooked it for free and even delivered it to our room! They were incredibly warm and patient!
Environment: I was very satisfied with the environment. It was a small wooden cabin with a courtyard, with varying elevations. The soundproofing and privacy were excellent. The courtyard was well-maintained by the owner; it was beautiful and quiet. At night, I could hear the raindrops falling on the eaves, a gentle patter, and nothing else. I had a rare good night's sleep.

GGuest UserWe booked one night hotel at Likuan when we travelled to Bipengou. The location is awesome , it is just less than 1.5 km away from the Bipengou entrance . We contacted the hotel early to get us pick up as they provided pick up and drop off services . As the hotel is at the mountain area , it is impossible to get Didi and ******* there . The hotel is so thoughtful offering wide range of food , ( including ******* cuisine)to serve us ,of course this need to pay . The hotel also offering ******* photography which I enjoyed so much with free 3 pieces of edited photos . Besides, free tea time session is offering to the guest as the welcome food to all the guests. I would like to have special mention to the driver to pick us up and drop us off . He is very polite, kind and provided good services . The hotel room we selected comes with the private mountain spring water tub …. I enjoyed this so much especially during the winter time like this . Recommended hotel to everyone travel to Bipengou .

We got the upgrading room, big and warm with river views, staff also gave us a bath-foam and warm pads. Food all delicious, we ate chicken soup, steamed fish with soy sauce, and sweet and sour pork bones. And this hotel is pet friendly, the reception has a cute dog called ”Jing Jing” He is a very cute and super friendly dog.

It was very convenient to take an evening stroll for dinner. It was quiet despite being in a bustling area, and comfortable for resting. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. Lixian County has a low altitude, making it perfect for recuperation. The next day, we took the highway directly back to Dujiangyan. Highly recommended.

The bonfire party was lively, and a dancing lady enthusiastically invited us to join. 3. The heating was already on when we entered the room, so there was no waiting. 4. They even gave us bottled water when we checked out. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserThe county town's B&B is at an altitude of 1,800 meters, which is a very comfortable altitude for a plateau area. I slept very well. The surrounding facilities are also very rich, eating is convenient, and you can also order takeout from Mixue Bingcheng. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is very rich for a county town. Just park on the roadside and the boss will help you move your car. He is a very warm and friendly boss. The room is not very big, but it is enough for our family of four (two five-year-old children). The rooftop terrace is the highlight, you can go up there to have a cup of tea or something. The night was cool and comfortable. But in public areas, everyone should just pick up their own trash.

MM473023****After extensive searching on Ctrip, I found this place to offer excellent value for money. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the scenic spot. The hotpot and BBQ served here were absolutely delicious. The young, beautiful owner is so kind-hearted and attentive, and another young male staff member was also very thoughtful. We're a multi-generational family with a pet, which can sometimes be quite a handful, but every single person at this homestay showed incredible patience and care. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we're ever passing through.
