"Facilities: The hotel's overall decor is very tasteful and upscale, clearly reflecting the owner's excellent taste! The room was an unexpected delight: I booked the Cloud Canopy Mountain View Private Hot Spring Room. There's a divider between the bed and the bathtub, so you don't have to worry about the entire room getting steamy from your bath. Although the room is small, it has everything you need! The price was absolutely incredible! Superb value for money 👍
Cleanliness: The lobby, corridors, and rooms were all very clean. I even noticed an automatic air freshener spraying in the corridor.
Environment: Head right and you're at the Bi Peng Gou scenic area; go left and you can start exploring small paths, with mountains and water all around!

"This hotel was our first stop on our Sichuan West trip. I found it online and really liked the design. We checked in late at night. The bedding was comfortable, especially the pillows which came in two different materials – very cozy! The bathroom was also spotless, which is a big plus. The vanity had cotton facial tissues for washing and drying hands, and they even thoughtfully provided children's amenities. Breakfast was good too, with both Western and Chinese options, which was great for the kids. The coffee was also excellent. Plus, the dinner restaurant served an incredibly delicious beef and mushroom dish at a super reasonable price – fantastic! 🎉 Very satisfied and highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Bipenggou scenic area. There are restaurants at the entrance, and a yard for free parking. We booked a family room, which was very spacious and even had a small tent. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and the proprietress had already called ahead to turn on the underfloor heating. The breakfast in the morning was also very generous. Highly recommended! There's a beautiful little river in front of the hotel, and you can see the mountains opposite right from your window."

"The environment here is absolutely amazing 👍🏻! If only my itinerary wasn't so packed, I could have easily spent a whole day enjoying the hotel even during the daytime 😊. My kids loved it too! We arrived too late for them to swim, but they still had a great time playing by the pool for a while. The restaurant downstairs was completely beyond my expectations. First, the ambiance was lovely. We happened to arrive at the hotel just in time for dinner, and we decided to eat there mainly because of the nice setting. To our surprise, the yak hotpot was incredibly delicious and very generous in portion size! The next morning at breakfast, my child kept going back to the auntie for more rice noodles, asking her to cook it three times! 😁"

"The hotel is located right inside the scenic area. We checked in at the entrance of the scenic area and then took a shuttle, which took about 20 minutes to reach the hotel up the mountain. The hotel environment is truly excellent, with snow-capped mountains visible not far away. The heating in our original king room had an issue, but the hotel promptly upgraded our room, which was fantastic service. Breakfast is served until 10 AM. We had stayed at the foot of the mountain the night before, so we checked in early and even had breakfast at the Western restaurant after checking in. The hotel is at an altitude of 3000 meters, so mild altitude sickness might occur. Make sure to bring enough oxygen, as oxygen tanks are very expensive in the scenic area."

"這次本來是去畢棚溝玩，但是在景區門口找了很多店，都沒找到合適的住的，看網上攻略孟屯河谷很好玩，就直接出景區後，直奔孟屯河了，捱得也不遠，網上就發現了這麼一家寶藏新店，性價比真的是拉滿了，絕對是本次川西旅行上最撿漏的一次住宿了，房間裏面全是貴的傢俱，很有特色和質感，旺季肯定不止這個價格，衞生和服務真的一級棒，早餐也很豐盛，真的運氣很好碰巧來這邊住了，也祝熱心腸的老闆生意興隆喲！"

SSyamiUsually don’t leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. The ambience was above average, very peaceful and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and a heater was provided, which is important especially during winter.
In terms of location, the hotel is very close to Bipenggou (less than 1 km). However, walking there after a full day of activities is not recommended if you have luggage, as it can be quite tiring.
What really stood out was the kindness and hospitality of the owner. We requested a pick-up from Bipenggou, and the owner personally came to fetch us free of charge, and even sent us back again later. The owner was using his personal car, which is suitable for 2 people with 1 luggage, but may not be ideal for bigger groups or families with many bags.
The owner was also very thoughtful and even asked whether we wanted breakfast the next day. Although we were unsure if the food was halal and therefore did not eat it as we brought our own food, the gesture itself was truly appreciated.
The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, with a clear and beautiful mountain view from the window. Since it was winter season in Bipenggou, the room was quite cold as well, but a heater was provided to improve comfort. Overall, the room felt nice, cozy, and pleasant to stay in.
Overall, 10/10 satisfaction for the room, service, and facilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay near Bipenggou.

GGuest UserI brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free.
We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling.
It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!

The rooftop infinity pool offers unparalleled views, and soaking in the natural hot spring water is incredibly relaxing. The service is an added bonus—the housekeeper is attentive throughout your stay, always ready to assist. The breakfast is exquisite and authentic, parking and charging are convenient, and being pet-friendly is a huge plus! The overall experience was perfect. This is a hidden gem for a hot spring vacation in Western Sichuan, highly recommended!

HHuilingdundedanThis is the only hotel on my trip that didn't ask me for a positive review. It's located right outside the armed forces department, so it feels very safe, and there's a small parking lot. It's probably one of the best hotels in the county.
I'd recommend it if you're passing through, because the room facilities are comprehensive. Plus, the front desk not only arranged a room facing the armed forces department, which was very quiet (and had a mountain view), but they also turned on the heating in advance, showing really thoughtful service.
As for breakfast, I specifically tried the beef noodles; the ******* auntie's noodles were delicious. The other food items were simple but neatly arranged and felt very clean.

Although there isn't a private balcony, there's a wide corridor which is quite convenient for smokers. The restaurant is also a major highlight; the food is delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. It's a perfectly good option for guests who prefer not to eat out.

The front desk staff was lovely; they upgraded me to a quieter room when they heard I was staying two nights. The room itself isn't perfectly soundproof, you can hear conversations from next door, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Breakfast was sufficient, and everything else was fine. It's super convenient for getting to the scenic area.

GGuest UserThe room layout was good, offering separate spaces for four people across two bedrooms. However, the slide was too steep, felt unsafe, and lacked entertainment value. The bunk bed room didn't seem to have underfloor heating, so we specifically requested an extra duvet at night. The room carpet wasn't very clean, but the response was quick – when we reported the broken security chain, a worker was sent to fix it promptly.
We were disappointed with the restaurant. The staff were indifferent, and the prices were too high, making it poor value for money. Although the breakfast buffet had a wide variety, the taste wasn't great, and many items felt like frozen food.
The hot springs, perhaps due to fewer guests, only had a few pools open, and they were quite small. While the infinity pool offered nice views, it was just a small swimming pool. Overall, I wouldn't consider a second visit.
