"Great location set back from the main road and the rooms have great views of the local area. The staff were very quick to respond to all of my messages. The room is modern and well-designed. I just can't understand why the towels they provide are so poor quality. One reason why people choose this kind of hotel instead of the cheaper hotels in the area is for the quality of the facilities, especially towels. But the ones they have here are single-use, very thin towels that do not really dry you at all. Apart from that, it is an excellent place to stay. The nearby Nobu cafe is also a highlight of this area."

"Perfect 👍 I took rooftop room which had amazing views. In morning I tried some drone shots. Owner was very friendly but little talkative 😁 food was good and reasonable price. Most important foreigners are acceptable here. I will come back again if I come this place. Thanks 😊"

"The best part of my trip to Bipenggou was definitely this hotel. It's newly opened, and the location is super convenient, really close to the scenic area. But the main thing is how great the hotel owners are! They gave us recommendations for things to do, and even offered free shuttle service to and from the Bipenggou scenic area. They're such genuinely nice people. Plus, their rooms are clean and tidy with amazing views – from my room, I could open the curtains and see the snow-capped mountains! The private hot spring is very private, and after a soak, all my fatigue just melted away. Their food is also excellent; even guests from nearby hotels come to eat there!"

"The front desk staff, noticing we had two children, kindly upgraded us to a larger room free of charge, which was a wonderful gesture. During one of our showers, some water leaked onto the bathroom floor, but a young lady from the front desk immediately came to clean it up – her prompt service was truly excellent. The hotel boasts a very spacious parking lot with EV charging stations. Conveniently located downstairs is a Szechuan restaurant; the food was delicious, although the portions were a bit on the smaller side. For two adults and two children, our meal came to 170 RMB, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite, leaving no leftovers! The hotel is also ideally situated very close to the scenic area, making it easily accessible whether you choose to drive or walk."

"Parking was a bit tricky, as I had to get up early the next day, so I ended up parking at the noodle shop owner across from the main street. Everything else was fine! Go grab a bowl of noodles at the noodle shop across from me; the owner's story will surely move you! Also, be sure to walk Lixiao Road!"

It was less than a 10-minute drive to the national park. - The room was clean and smoke-free. - We stayed in a room for four people. Only half the room had floor heating, on the side with the beds by the window. The other side didn't have floor heating, but they had a portable heater to compensate. - Both beds had heaters. - The towels were disposable. It seemed like there weren't many guests staying the day we went, so the hotel restaurant wasn't open. It was a shame because the restaurant had a really chill vibe. However, there's a restaurant at the entrance of the street near the hotel, less than a 5-minute walk away. The one on the left has delicious fish stew with pickled cabbage."

"Had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay. The owners and their family were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Our room was incredibly spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The beef offal hot pot *must* be highlighted! It was absolutely divine! The broth was rich and flavorful, the beef offal fresh and meticulously clean, and the portions were generous. The taste was incredibly authentic."

"The hotel is not far from the scenic spot entrance, about a 10-minute walk. The room is spacious, and while the facilities are relatively simple, they're not basic, and everything is very clean. The bedding is comfortable too. It definitely doesn't have the 'farmhouse inn' feel that some reviews mentioned, making it a pretty good B&B near the scenic area. There's a heating panel in the room, similar to a radiator. The bed has an electric blanket, which warms up nicely after being on for a short while at night. The bathroom also has a bath heater, and there's plenty of hot water. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we asked the owner to pack our breakfast. The small steamed buns were sweet and delicious! 😄"
