"Our trip was a bit rushed, so we only stayed one night. The front desk lady upgraded both our rooms, and the family suite was really comfortable with great amenities. The direct view of the fireworks was stunning! The only minor issue was finding an old delivery box left by a previous guest in the wardrobe of one room, which probably got missed during cleaning. Other than that, everything was excellent. The service and facilities were completely worth the price. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay and enjoy more of the park's facilities when the kids are a bit older."

The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

"For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

Welcome fruit: The fruit was very fresh. My parents didn't realize it was only for the first night, but when they called room service the next day, they still sent another platter.
Complimentary mini-bar: The drinks in the fridge were also free, which was a nice touch.
Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's still clean, hygienic, comfortable, and elegant.
Service: From the concierge to room service, all the staff were smiling and incredibly accommodating. Even when I called the front desk late at night, they patiently resolved my issues."

"Before check-in, Summer proactively added me on WeChat to arrange the room. The hotel facilities and design feel a bit outdated. There weren't enough power outlets in the room, and the shower controls weren't clearly marked. However, the bedding and pillows were soft, and Summer promptly helped me switch to buckwheat pillows, which was great service! 👍
The hotel pool is large and has reasonable opening hours from 9 AM to 10 PM, giving plenty of time to enjoy it. Overall, it offers good value for money, and my stay was quite pleasant! 👍"

The newly opened 'Haomeng Lebao' in the recreation area was well-equipped and spacious, making it perfect for either a workout or just relaxing. It's super friendly for self-drivers, with ample parking both indoors and outdoors, making arrival smooth and queue-free. It's right next to Clear Water Bay, known for its 'singing' sands and clear waters, and the area is both quiet and convenient. The front desk is efficient, the concierge is warm and welcoming, and the smart robot delivery service is very convenient. A special thanks to our butler, Kelly, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The room was clean, with a huge 180° ocean view balcony, and the Heavenly Bed provided an amazing night's sleep. Breakfast was extensive, featuring local delicacies like Lingshui sour noodles and 'Qingbuliang' (a sweet cooling dessert). The infinity pool directly overlooks the ocean, and the cave-themed kids' pool is also a highlight. "This hotel is absolutely fantastic, a true paradise for kids!
The hotel is excellent, divided into a main building and an annex. The main building has 21 floors, primarily offering standard guest rooms. The annex, building 5, is dedicated to family stays, with 5 floors mainly featuring duplex themed rooms.
We stayed in a duplex family room with a slide – how cool is that? The kids could play on the slide right in our room!
The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with entertainment spaces for both children and adults. It boasts its own Bi Xin Tu amusement park, a water park, an infinity pool, and a stargazing pool.
The butler service was outstanding. Our assigned butler, Tian Tian, provided thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She informed us about room arrangements in advance, and during our stay, she was not only responsive to all our questions but also incredibly quick to resolve any issues. Even on her day off, she promptly responded and handled matters – truly dedicated!
We will definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to our friends."

The hotel's gardens are also charming, with well-arranged tropical plants and the subtle scent of frangipani, making walks incredibly pleasant. The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from Chinese congee and dim sum to Western pastries, alongside freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit – every morning you can eat your fill and eat well. Our butler, Chloe, provided very thoughtful service; she was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very well looked after. This was a fantastic holiday experience, highly recommended."

GGuest UserExactly like the pictures online, no exaggeration! The decor is tastefully understated and elegant, not your typical trendy, cookie-cutter style. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The windows are well soundproofed, making for a truly relaxing stay. The owner and front desk lady are both very welcoming and responsive to any requests, even offering thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The AC works great, so I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The location is super convenient, right in town with plenty of Hainanese specialty foods just outside the door. Next to the village post office, there's a small shop that sells pickled vegetables (water spinach + chives) from morning to noon for only 5 yuan – cheap and appetizing! The late-night snack place across from the market also serves authentic, affordable, and delicious food; the noodle soup is 8 yuan, 10 yuan with an egg. The fried noodles are tasty too. There are many people at the Xinjiang BBQ nearby and at the small BBQ stall opposite Gangpo Pier, but my trip was too rushed, and I didn't get a chance to try them. I definitely have to try them next time! See you in the summer!

From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

We booked a full sea-view room, and the balcony directly faces the sea, offering fantastic views. The room was clean, and the round bathtub was very relaxing. The complimentary first-round mini-bar was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a wide variety, including Hainan rice noodles and Zao Po Cu (a local sour and spicy noodle soup). Kiki was very responsive; anything we needed was delivered quickly after messaging. The pool area was quiet and uncrowded. Five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe view across from the hotel is amazing! Opening the window this morning to a lake view was truly delightful. I don't know the name of the lake, but it's definitely beautiful. The hotel's location is great; there's everything you could want for eating, drinking, and entertainment. Surprisingly, they even have a BaWang ChaJi (a popular tea brand) here! I've never seen one in Yingzhou before. This is my first time staying at this hotel, recommended by a friend. And it truly lives up to my friend's description: excellent service, beautiful scenery, and convenient parking—there are parking spaces in front and a large parking lot in the back. The rooms are also very spacious, and the price is reasonable.

They not only took me to the places I wanted to go but also went above and beyond to resolve any issues, like when I lost my phone. Thanks to them, I didn't feel any of the inconveniences that can come with not speaking Chinese during my trip to China. Despite the clear language barrier, I never expressed any discomfort.
