"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

"I was absolutely mesmerized by the panoramic views outside the window – the blue sky and sea were breathtaking. You could just lie in bed and watch the tide ebb and flow. The hotel's own cafe was also a pleasant surprise; the coffee beans were fragrant, and the atmosphere was really cozy.
The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly welcoming. They even gave us a complimentary fresh fruit plate when we checked in, which was a lovely touch. The beach is right downstairs, and low tide was so much fun for scavenging! We collected a small bucket full of sea urchins, starfish, and sand crabs – it felt so rewarding. We then took our haul to the seafood processing shop next door to have it cooked on the spot; the taste was incredibly fresh! This place doesn't have that cold, impersonal hotel feel; instead, it's full of warmth, humanity, and a real sense of local life. I honestly wish I could stay here forever."

"I arrived a little after 11 PM, and the handsome receptionist, Xiao Liang, was very helpful. He checked out the room first and I was satisfied before checking in. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel provided disposable bath mats for a relaxing bath. After checking in, he shared recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants! It was really great. The living room had a refrigerator, so I bought some fruit to chill, which was especially delicious. In the evening, you can enjoy a drink and chat on the balcony. The hotel also provided five complimentary travel photos, and the photographer offered guidance on poses during the shoot. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Clearwater Bay. "For our three-night stay, the hotel offered a complimentary airport transfer (either pick-up or drop-off at Sanya Phoenix Airport). The owner had initially promised both airport pick-up and high-speed rail station drop-off. However, after considering our plans, we ultimately opted to rent a car for convenience. A complimentary professional photoshoot was also offered, but my family didn't take advantage of it.
We booked two rooms and stayed for three consecutive nights. I was personally very satisfied, and the service was excellent. Funnily enough, on our second day, I even ran into an old elementary school classmate during breakfast! What a small world!
My friend stayed at the boathouse next door for their first night. My entire family stayed here for all three days, and everyone was very happy with it. Renting a car is essential for getting around conveniently in this area.
P.S. The lady who runs the convenience store next door is incredibly kind and enthusiastic, giving us lots of local tips and recommendations. We had an absolute blast playing at the beach – so much fun we were practically hanging seaweed from our ears!"

This hidden gem in Li'an Town is perfect for traveling with children! It's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything, surrounded by the charming, authentic atmosphere of a fishing village. It’s far from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located.
The rooms are spotless, with fresh, odor-free bedding. There's not a speck of dust in the corners, and the bathroom is pristine, making it incredibly reassuring when staying with kids. What's most thoughtful is the guesthouse's shared kitchen, fully equipped with utensils. You can whip up egg noodles in the morning, and if you want to cook lunch or dinner, the front desk staff are happy to lend you an electric scooter. You can ride it to the local market to buy fresh ingredients and then cook up a delicious homemade meal for your kids – no worries about food at all.
Excellent service, thoughtful facilities, and incredible value for money. For families visiting Li'an Town, this guesthouse is a no-brainer – just book it!

__WeChat277763****The service was very attentive. We received a fruit plate upon check-in and a souvenir upon departure. The hotel also provided tools for catching starfish, which we used to go to the nearby Monkey Island. We had a blast catching starfish!
The view from the ocean-view room was absolutely stunning. The beach was literally within reach. You could see the ocean from your bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We drove in and parked directly on the beach, which was very relaxing even in the car. However, there are fishermen drying seafood nearby, so those with odor sensitivity should be careful (it didn't bother us in the room).
From the hotel, walk down the road and you'll find the Xincun Night Market diagonally across the street. There's a lot of delicious food, and you'll also see many shared electric bikes along the road, making it very convenient for both food and accommodation.
A reminder for those driving: there are two roads in the hotel navigation. One of them is currently being dug up, making it inaccessible. I've drawn a route (P9). Follow the arrows. The beach parking lot is at the end.
Finally, I'd like to offer a suggestion to the hotel: the hotel door is a bit soundproof. You can hear people talking outside and even the children playing in the hallway above. I hope they can install some soundproofing measures, such as tape.

Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.
