"We stayed at Aloha Clearwater Bay Lingshui with our two kids for a self-driving trip, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, and the balcony was huge with a comfortable view. The independent bathroom was clean and tidy. For families driving, I have to commend the parking lot. There are plenty of spaces, and they even have charging stations, which is super convenient for electric vehicles. The family-friendly amenities were a real surprise. With indoor and outdoor kids' clubs, a water park, and a pet park, there were so many activities. It was highly engaging; we stayed for two days straight, and the kids found something new to do every day and never got bored. From the hotel, it's just a short walk downstairs to Clearwater Bay's ”singing beach,” perfect for digging in the sand and tide-pooling. Both Xincun Night Market and Wanfu Night Market are nearby, making it easy to find food, and ordering takeout was also convenient! This place is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We'll definitely choose it again next time we're in Clearwater Bay. Highly recommended!"

"This was the best hotel we stayed at during our Hainan trip this summer! The family suite at Lanhaiju was perfectly situated with a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse! I had thought it was a pure garden view room, so I was thrilled to see the lighthouse in the distance as soon as I entered. Not only the room view, but all areas of the hotel are fantastic backdrops for photos! Access to the hotel grounds and beach requires a booking confirmation or room key card, indicating very strict management. The breakfast was excellent, no complaints there. We found different delicious options each of the three mornings, and the à la carte menu also varied daily. The dinner beach BBQ buffet, with its setting at the filming location of 'Lost in the Stars' and the lighthouse, offered an amazing ambiance. My only suggestion would be to increase the variety of dishes. Stepping out the back door of the hotel leads directly to a private, quiet, and clean beach with fine sand and a gentle slope. If it weren't so hot, I could have easily spent the whole day just relaxing there! During our stay, our dedicated butler Chloe was incredibly responsive to our needs every day, almost instantly replying whether it was day or night. She worked very hard! Three days just wasn't enough; we'll definitely be back next summer!"

"This was our first time at this hotel. We came specifically for the Haiyun Plaza, a place we're familiar with because a relative of ours lives there. It's a very nice hotel, very clean and hygienic, and tastefully decorated. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 7 or 8 yuan taxi ride from here. We initially thought it was quite far because our relative's place was far, but it's actually very close. The main reason we stayed here was because it was so clean and hygienic, so we didn't want to change hotels. We booked through Ctrip, which was a great deal – a very affordable price. We were only staying for one night, which was really good. Many guests stayed here. Five-star review!"

"Facilities: One of the reasons I chose Indigo was because it's a new hotel with a stylish and artistic decor. Plus, the pool has a lazy river and a water play area, which is really fun and perfect for kids! It turned out to be an excellent choice, even better than I expected. Both the adults and kids had a fantastic time, and it truly felt like a vacation. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, both in the public areas and the guest rooms. The entire hotel had a pleasant fragrance, which I loved. Housekeeping was also very prompt. Service: Before my trip, I often saw complaints on Xiaohongshu about Indigo's service being poor. However, our actual experience was quite good. Every staff member we encountered was lovely; they always greeted us kindly. A staff member contacted me the day before check-in to ask about our estimated arrival time. We wanted to arrive before a typhoon hit, so we got there a little before noon and were able to check in smoothly. Our room was already ready. Danny was very responsive and helpful via WeChat. On our last day, they even tried to help us request a late check-out. There was turn-down service every night, which was a thoughtful touch. The day before check-out, they even brought us some delicious mini cakes. Food: Breakfast ends at 11 AM, which is perfect for us late risers, and it was genuinely delicious! There were many Hainanese specialties, and they even had fried ice cream at breakfast, which my daughter absolutely loved. We all enjoyed our breakfast every day. Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel. Having visited Sanya several times, this is definitely my favorite. If I come back, I'd most likely choose to stay here again!"

"This was my first time staying at the Kimpton Lingshui, and as a new hotel, it’s filled with an artistic vibe everywhere you look. From the lobby to the rooms, all the furniture and amenities are meticulously designed and crafted – truly beautiful, perfect for anyone who loves taking photos. The pool is also excellent, and they even have a lazy river, which is really fun! The dining quality exceeded my expectations, especially breakfast; it’s rare to find so many small pastries that are both pretty and delicious. The seafood at the buffet dinner was also top-notch 👍. Additionally, the personalized butler service was incredibly thoughtful. Winnie added me on WeChat even before check-in, providing a lot of relevant information. During my stay, she proactively helped us with meal reservations and activity bookings, which significantly enhanced our travel experience. We even received a very cute farewell gift at checkout, which made me so happy! 🥳"
