"This is hands down my favorite hidden gem hotel in all of Hainan, no contest. Every time I visit, I'm reminded of how perfect it is for a getaway. There are no flashy activities, just a tranquil, private, and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and airy, with lush greenery providing cover both front and back. The gardens are breathtaking, and the beach is beautiful and clear. Most importantly, the hotel's management is exceptional. Every room has its own pool and hot tub, which are cleaned and refilled for each guest, ensuring impeccable hygiene. Their attention to detail in service truly permeates every aspect, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even late at night, if you need anything at all, they will immediately fulfill your request and bring it directly to your room. This level of service deeply impressed me and is unmatched by any other hotel. I can honestly say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at, and my favorite in the entire country. I hope the hotel continues to thrive and gain even more recognition!"

Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and odor-free; excellent lighting and ventilation. Service: Warm and attentive, no hidden charges. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Lingshui. It's comfortable and relaxing, and it's cured my indecisiveness. Today, when I checked out, the hotel manager warmly welcomed me and helped with the check-out process. When I asked about a nearby convenience store, he even gave me two bottles of chilled mineral water. There were electric scooters blocking our car at the entrance, and the handsome hotel manager immediately moved them for us and reminded us to take our belongings. In short, I highly recommend it; it's great value for money. I'll definitely come again."

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the ”ocean jewelry store” design language – pearl chandeliers like falling stars, furniture in a blue and white coral palette intertwined with Li ethnic rattan weaving techniques. Every detail spoke of the Tanka people's millennia-old wisdom of ”coexistence between land and sea.” But what touched me most was the meticulous care from my butler, Sigrid: from proactively upgrading me to a full sea-view room before check-in to promptly booking various activities, her service was as warm and healing as the sea breeze. Opening the window revealed the magnificent 12-kilometer glass-like sea. Inside the 48㎡ full sea-view room, a KingKoil mattress and Dyson hairdryer spoke of luxury, while blue and white patterned bathrobes and tea-scented toiletries added a local touch. Breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was a delight for the taste buds; in the evening, I waited for the sunset by the infinity pool, where the silhouettes of the distant yacht club and the sound of waves intertwined into a poem. "Our trip to Raffles Clearwater Bay was made even more special and warm thanks to Diana's excellent service! Even before we checked in, she proactively reached out via WeChat. Knowing we were traveling with a child, she thoughtfully arranged for kids' amenities and corner protectors in advance. She also reserved a sea-view room with a fantastic view, featuring a private balcony overlooking the 'singing white sand beach.' During check-in, she meticulously explained the hotel layout, hand-drew directions to the restaurants and pool, and even thoughtfully noted the times for the evening ceremony at Long-Le Bar and the kids' club activities. For dining, she helped us book a scenic table at Baiwei Chinese Restaurant, and her recommendations for lobster wontons and Lingshui sour noodles were incredibly authentic. When we wanted to experience the spa, she quickly arranged an appointment and advised us on avoiding peak hours. Mid-trip, we decided we wanted to add a travel photoshoot. Diana instantly coordinated with a photographer and even scouted the best photo spots in the tropical gardens and by the beach chapel beforehand. The minibar and her handwritten, warm notes showed thoughtfulness in every detail. From itinerary planning to unexpected requests, Diana was consistently professional and gentle, providing proactive service that made our entire trip worry-free.
