"Our experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back next year! As soon as we arrived, they upgraded our room, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite – the service was truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, though January was a bit chilly, so we could only brave the pool for a short while before getting too cold. Luckily, the hot tub saved the day! The bedding and towels in the room were very comfortable, and the shower was great too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute highlight was a sliced bread called 'braided bread' – it was incredibly delicious! Please pass on our compliments to the baker! There's an underground parking garage, and the beach is wonderfully quiet with nice waves, though swimming and surfing aren't permitted. The outdoor environment is stunning, especially at night with the beautiful lights and large trees. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature, and the underwater jet propulsion system, while a bit pricey, was a lot of fun. The only minor quibble is that the gym felt a bit old and neglected, and the ropes definitely need some lubrication. But this is a very small imperfection in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"1. **Hotel Design** The Indigo's design is truly unique and exceptionally beautiful in every detail. Every shot you take here looks like it belongs in a magazine. Unlike other hotels that all look the same, every frame here is like a painting, so you don't have to worry about getting good photos. 2. **Infinity Pool & Heated Pool** The outdoor pool is a highlight here. The upper infinity pool is fantastic for photos, while the lower pool is heated to a comfortable 28 degrees Celsius. During the day, you're surrounded by blue skies and white clouds, and at night, the stars twinkle as if you could just reach out and touch them. The kids absolutely loved playing in it, and we didn't have to worry about the water temperature at all. 3. **Wood-Toned Kids' Play Area** The wood-toned children's play area is incredibly well-designed, feeling premium and far from plasticky. With 1100 square meters of space, there's a wide variety of activities. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave! There are also many craft activities. 4. **Value for Money** The Indigo and Kimpton hotels are co-located, but the Indigo is significantly more affordable than the Kimpton. Although the Indigo doesn't have a traditional main lobby entrance and requires entry through a side door, all public facilities, including the pools and children's play area, are shared. So, staying at the Indigo is definitely a better deal and offers excellent value for money! 5. **Exceptional Service** The front desk staff who checked us in personally escorted us to our room, explaining the hotel's features along the way. During check-in, they even gave each of our two children a pair of foldable sunglasses. All the staff members were incredibly nice."

"When I came here for tourism, I was worried that the hotel would be a disaster at first, but I didn’t expect it to give me such a big surprise! The location is very good, right in the city center. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. The room is simply and warmly decorated, cleaned tidy, there is no peculiar smell in the bathroom, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and patient. When we checked in, they asked us if we had any special requirements for the floor and room location, fearing that we would not sleep well. The weather is hot now, and the thing I fear most is a bad air conditioner. But this one is really great. Once the air conditioner is turned on, it becomes very cool in less than 2 minutes, and the shower water is also super big! It's so comfortable. I will choose here next time!"

"After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights. The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise! The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning. The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants. The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service. Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed. In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice."

"Service: Take the baby out to play, the boss is particularly enthusiastic to introduce us to the nearby play guide, and personally send us to the attractions. Because the child is going to sleep in the morning, we need to check out late. The boss also understands that it is really hundreds of times stronger than some other homestays.
