"Our experience was fantastic, and we're already planning to come back next year! As soon as we arrived, they upgraded our room, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite – the service was truly exceptional. The room itself was beautiful, though January was a bit chilly, so we could only brave the pool for a short while before getting too cold. Luckily, the hot tub saved the day! The bedding and towels in the room were very comfortable, and the shower was great too. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, but the absolute highlight was a sliced bread called 'braided bread' – it was incredibly delicious! Please pass on our compliments to the baker! There's an underground parking garage, and the beach is wonderfully quiet with nice waves, though swimming and surfing aren't permitted. The outdoor environment is stunning, especially at night with the beautiful lights and large trees. The heated pool was a comfortable temperature, and the underwater jet propulsion system, while a bit pricey, was a lot of fun. The only minor quibble is that the gym felt a bit old and neglected, and the ropes definitely need some lubrication. But this is a very small imperfection in an otherwise wonderful stay."

"What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from Helen at the front desk. When I checked in, Helen was incredibly friendly and efficient. She quickly got me settled into my room, and proactively informed me about the hotel facilities and hot spring operating hours. It made me feel welcome and at ease right from the start. What impressed me even more was overhearing her assist another guest with a billing inquiry while I was waiting. Helen's answers were detailed and professional, and the guest even complimented her, saying, 'You're very professional, beautiful lady,' as he left. This consistently high level of service not only speaks to Helen's individual professionalism but also highlights the hotel's dedication to staff training and service standards. Thanks to Helen, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lingshui!"

The hotel's ambiance is undeniably fantastic – it's both mysterious and elegant, with the designer showcasing various impressive skills, creating a strong artistic atmosphere and sophisticated touches everywhere. The facilities are not only complete and perfect but also rival the best in the industry. The professionalism of the bar, in particular, is worth mentioning – for those who love a good drink, this is the place to be! Overall, highly recommended! A huge shout-out to our butler Anna!"

"Facilities: Fully equipped, everything you need. I prefer a low pillow, and the hotel staff immediately brought one to my room. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and odor-free; excellent lighting and ventilation. Service: Warm and attentive, no hidden charges. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Lingshui. It's comfortable and relaxing, and it's cured my indecisiveness. Today, when I checked out, the hotel manager warmly welcomed me and helped with the check-out process. When I asked about a nearby convenience store, he even gave me two bottles of chilled mineral water. There were electric scooters blocking our car at the entrance, and the handsome hotel manager immediately moved them for us and reminded us to take our belongings. In short, I highly recommend it; it's great value for money. I'll definitely come again."

"After checking out from Poly Rosewood, we moved to the Kimpton, which my best friend highly recommended, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The motorcycle at the entrance and the chic, dark lobby decor immediately caught my eye. The scent in the public areas was sophisticated and pleasant. We booked a pool-access room for two nights, and it was beautiful. Our butler, Ivy, surprised us with a cute Kimpton puppy plushie and a luggage tag, which made us very happy. I loved the sofa across the pool when I opened the window. I immediately put on sunscreen, ready to jump in, but the water was too cold! After looking around, I realized I could only swim across, so thankfully I brought my duck float to act as a ferry. Soaking up the sun and sipping on a cold drink was just heavenly! In the afternoon, with nothing else planned, we wandered around the hotel. The lazy river looked great, but unfortunately, it was under construction during our two-day stay 🚧, so we couldn't use it. Still, the other scenery was absolutely stunning and very photogenic. Plus, it was super close to the beach, which even had a little train you could ride! 🚂 In the evening, we headed to 'Chess View' for the complimentary cocktail social hour. My husband and I played an hour of billiards; I lost badly, and he was thrilled! 🥹 The breakfast really impressed me. Compared to Poly Rosewood, which also serves breakfast until 12 PM, the Kimpton's breakfast not only had a better ambiance but also offered a wider and more delicious variety of food. The puff pastry desserts were especially amazing! Ordering was super convenient via QR code. And importantly, the à la carte menu changes daily! It was such a joy to have a surprise every morning for breakfast! ♥️ Throughout our two-day stay, our butler Ivy was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions and requests. She was super attentive, making our stay absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!"

"After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights. The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise! The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning. The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants. The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service. Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed. In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice."

"Service: Take the baby out to play, the boss is particularly enthusiastic to introduce us to the nearby play guide, and personally send us to the attractions. Because the child is going to sleep in the morning, we need to check out late. The boss also understands that it is really hundreds of times stronger than some other homestays. Since I started staying in the store, I have always emphasized that I must tell them if I have difficulties. Thank you very much 🙏 Facilities: The room is large and has everything to use. Including tools for catching the sea are provided. Hygienic: The house is clean and tidy, and the living is very comfortable. Environment: Great location, less than 5 minutes walk from the night market. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Monkey Island ticket office."

"I stayed at both Capella and Park Hyatt during this trip, and overall I was quite satisfied with Capella, but there's definitely room for improvement in the finer details of their service. The resort is quite large, so if you don't want to walk, you'll need to wait for a buggy, which can take a while. Delivering items to the room also takes some time. The room had two 1.5-meter queen-sized beds, which was plenty for a family of three. It was very spacious and faced the ocean directly. The sofa on the balcony was incredibly comfortable to lie on. Aside from alcoholic beverages, all drinks and snacks in the room were complimentary. The bathroom was also very large and had a bathtub for soaking. The hotel facilities are excellent; you truly don't need to leave the property. It's perfect for families with kids, allowing parents to truly relax and enjoy their vacation. The beach at night was especially beautiful, and you could even set off fireworks. There was also a BBQ and live band performances by the beach. Suggestion: The flip-flops in the room could be replaced with regular slippers. The flip-flops tend to cause blisters very quickly, which is incredibly painful. A wider range of sizes would also be helpful."
