"Facilities: The hot spring is definitely the biggest highlight here, and the pool is great too. Service: The service was very warm and friendly, up to Hilton's usual standards. They even upgraded our room for free. Cleanliness: Nothing to complain about, also up to Hilton standards. Environment: The view from the window of the rainforest and pool was quite nice. However, the view from the corridor window was of some small houses, which was a minor drawback."

"Our first stop for the holiday was the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we even checked in, our butler, Summer, sent us an introduction to the hotel and recommendations for local food, which really built up our excitement. I have to give a huge shout-out to my butler! First, she upgraded our room, then, knowing I was on my period, she brought me brown sugar ginger tea. On our last night, she surprised me with cake and red wine. Oh my goodness, how can someone be so wonderful? My chat history with her is just full of 'thank yous' 🥹. The rafting was super fun, the pool was great for a dip, the gym was perfect for a run, and the public areas were beautiful for photos, no matter where you shot. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing! Oh, and I also fell in love with the hotel's umbrellas – they're super cute. I asked for the purchase details and plan to have one shipped home."

"To be honest, I was a bit hesitant before choosing Raffles, but after staying there, I felt it was totally worth it. The sea at Clearwater Bay is indeed beautiful; the sand is as fine as flour, and it feels wonderful to walk barefoot without any discomfort. The hotel's gardens are even more stunning than in the pictures, especially in the evening when the light slants down—every photo turns out perfectly. I made sure to visit the noodle bar at breakfast every day; the broth was incredibly fresh. "This was our first time at this hotel. We came specifically for the Haiyun Plaza, a place we're familiar with because a relative of ours lives there. It's a very nice hotel, very clean and hygienic, and tastefully decorated. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 7 or 8 yuan taxi ride from here. We initially thought it was quite far because our relative's place was far, but it's actually very close.
