"This is hands down my favorite hidden gem hotel in all of Hainan, no contest. Every time I visit, I'm reminded of how perfect it is for a getaway. There are no flashy activities, just a tranquil, private, and elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and airy, with lush greenery providing cover both front and back. The gardens are breathtaking, and the beach is beautiful and clear. Most importantly, the hotel's management is exceptional. Every room has its own pool and hot tub, which are cleaned and refilled for each guest, ensuring impeccable hygiene. Their attention to detail in service truly permeates every aspect, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even late at night, if you need anything at all, they will immediately fulfill your request and bring it directly to your room. This level of service deeply impressed me and is unmatched by any other hotel. I can honestly say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at, and my favorite in the entire country. "When I came here for tourism, I was worried that the hotel would be a disaster at first, but I didn’t expect it to give me such a big surprise! The location is very good, right in the city center. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. The room is simply and warmly decorated, cleaned tidy, there is no peculiar smell in the bathroom, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and patient. When we checked in, they asked us if we had any special requirements for the floor and room location, fearing that we would not sleep well. The weather is hot now, and the thing I fear most is a bad air conditioner. But this one is really great. Once the air conditioner is turned on, it becomes very cool in less than 2 minutes, and the shower water is also super big! It's so comfortable. I will choose here next time!"

She proactively arranged airport transfers before our arrival and thoughtfully shared local, less-known activities and tips to avoid tourist traps. Upon check-in, a welcome gift box was already waiting in the room, and at checkout, she even gave us a small plush toy. The attention to detail was impeccable! This trip was truly filled with happiness. The hotel facilities, service, and location were all flawless, and with Lina's exclusive and thoughtful butler service, it was absolutely divine! "I've chosen to stay at the Capella Tufu Bay Resort multiple times now, and it's perfect whether I'm staying alone or hosting friends. The hotel's design is unique and innovative, crafted by two world-class designers. The 'Star-Gazing Pond' at the entrance, with its heaven-and-earth design, makes for stunning photos effortlessly. Every morning at 8:30 AM, a dedicated master performs Tai Chi in the middle of the water, setting the tone for a pleasant and beautiful day. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is especially fantastic – once you're in bed, you won't want to get out. The hotel's garden scenery is also breathtaking; every step offers a new view, and you can easily snap photos worthy of a screensaver. I truly love Capella hotels. The breakfast is rich and varied, and with an extended opening time from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, I often don't even feel like having lunch afterward. The hotel also features 'Lan Ting,' a Cantonese Chinese restaurant with great food, and some Hainanese dishes like Wenchang Chicken are definitely worth trying. The Thai restaurant by the pool offers excellent value for money, and there are a few dishes I order every time. The hotel service is wonderful. A 'Travel & Culture Officer' contacts you in advance to discuss your check-in needs and makes sure everything is arranged beforehand. They prepared children's amenities for my baby in advance, sent timely WeChat reminders about hotel activities, and provided different fruits and desserts in the room daily. The front desk staff are warm and professional during check-in. The buggy service is also very prompt. I will definitely keep choosing Capella."
