"Our family trip with kids was amazing in the park view twin room! The room offered an excellent view, allowing us to enjoy the spectacular fireworks and drone show right from the fireworks viewing platform. Our butler, Xiao Zou, provided thoughtful and attentive service, responding promptly to all our requests and arranging everything perfectly. He contacted us in advance about our arrival time and kept track of room availability, so we had a room ready immediately after check-in. He also went above and beyond to handle special requests. We spent three days and two nights exploring Ocean Kingdom, and even got to experience the Miyazaki-themed train. The facilities were complete and clean, the environment was beautiful, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's truly ideal for family trips with children, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! Everything was perfectly arranged!"

"This villa-style hotel has a great environment and excellent service. Our room even had a small private pool, and there's a private beach right outside, making it easy to enjoy the sea views. The complimentary double breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of choices. They offer high-speed rail transfer service and free travel photography. Plus, there are handicraft activities. I would definitely come back to this hotel again!"

"We stayed for four nights in the two-bedroom Ocean View Suite, which actually felt like a three-bedroom since it also had a tatami room. It came with a washing machine, a refrigerator, and two bathrooms. The balcony was quite spacious and had a drying rack. The cleaning staff were very thorough and generous with bottled water. The room also provided an electric mosquito repellent and mosquito repellent lotion. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the concierge team was equally enthusiastic and responsible, proactively helping us with our luggage, handling deliveries, and guiding us to the parking lot. The children's play area was sufficient for younger kids. There were two small convenience stores and a pharmacy downstairs. The beach was very close, and there were many dining options within 3 kilometers of the hotel. Ordering takeout was also convenient. Perhaps because it's the off-season, there weren't too many guests, so the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and responsive. The staff at the Kids' Castle and handicraft workshop were also very responsible. The Ocean View Suite is really suitable for family trips."

"Today is our third and a last day at this wonderful, beautiful, and green hotel. Our booking included a transfer from the airport to the hotel. A very polite driver in a large minivan met us immediately upon exiting the airport in Sanya. Our journey was very comfortable. We highly recommend booking a transfer through the hotel. Before our arrival we contacted the hotel about the transfer. We were lucky – the Russian-speaking butler Anna quickly arranged everything and added us to the chat. From that moment the professional and helpful and just a wonderful girl Anna was always in touch, answering all our questions and requests and was always available throughout our stay. A big thank to Anna! The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully maintained, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful greenery. Particularly impressive is the huge, well-kept lawn, which will remain green in the scorching sun. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The hotel is large, but very quiet and peaceful. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, both buffet and à la carte. Every day, there are six types of freshly squeezed juices, plenty of fruit and ice cream. Dishes from the à la carte menu are served quickly. They even have a durian soufflé on the à la carte menu. At 1:00 PM a small buffet snack is available at the western reception. Two coconuts with the hotel seal are provided daily in one room. We booked the Junior Bay Ocean Suite. It's a two-room suite with a larger balcony and a sea view. The room is fully equipped, including a Nescafé coffee machine, robes, slippers, a Dyson hairdryer, scales and more. There's a clothesline on the balcony, which is very convenient. I'm glad this hotel is eco-friendly: water is provided in paper bags, wooden toothbrushes, a wooden comb and paper packaging. The room was cleaned very thoroughly and twice a day! We have never seen anything like this anywhere else. Tea and coffee are refilled promptly. The free minibar is refilled every three days. Now about the sea: there are waves all the time, so there are very few swimmers. But we swam and loved the waves. The sandy beach is very clean, and the sea is a stunningly beautiful color. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and you can always find one. The pools are great, but the depth is only 1.2 meters. This is convenient for children, as well as for non-swimmers. For those who can swim, the pools are shallow. The pools have two waterslides: one for very small children, one for older kids. Sun loungers are always available by the pool. Large beach towels are provided at the pools. There’s a tourist street outside the hotel just a 10-minute walk away with cafes and shops where you can try local food, tropical fruits, and even a shop selling durian, which you can also eat right there. We highly recommend this hotel. We'll definitely come back!"

With an attached water park and kids' area, and even a tennis court, this large hotel is suitable for both group trips and family vacations with children. The rooms were clean and bright, with new facilities and thoughtful details. The staff were warm and friendly, check-in was efficient, and all requests were handled promptly. The buffet breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. Walking along the beach was very convenient; the fine sand felt incredibly comfortable underfoot. This hotel truly delivers a 'lie-flat' vacation experience, combining great ambiance with comfort. It's the top choice when visiting Clear Water Bay; the experience exceeded expectations and it's definitely worth recommending – a solid five-star rating!"

"I specifically chose to stay at the Ocean View Pavilion, and its biggest draw is the incredible convenience for snorkeling. The balcony opens right onto the sea, allowing you to hop in and swim with the fish whenever you like. This immersive near-shore snorkeling experience is truly unique. The only minor downside is that the room can be a bit humid; after all, facing the ocean means high humidity is an unavoidable issue for seaside rooms. Thankfully, the hotel thoughtfully provides a dehumidifier, which effectively alleviates any discomfort caused by the dampness. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. If you're looking for an immersive, close-to-the-ocean experience, this place is absolutely perfect. The unique near-shore access is something a standard sea-view room simply can't compare to."

"This hotel is perfect for families traveling with older kids who plan to drive and participate in activities like surfing, off-roading, and fruit picking in Lingshui. The hotel's pool is big enough for the kids to splash around after a long day. Plus, the underwater scooters here are cheaper than those at resorts in Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay. The breakfast offers great value for money, and you can tell the chef puts a lot of effort into it, with some unique options. Of course, when you're looking for value, you don't expect meticulous service. During my stay, it happened to be my birthday. I hesitated for a while about whether to stay here on my birthday, thinking that at this price point, there wouldn't be any birthday surprises. Since I couldn't change hotels, I figured I'd just deal with it and make up for it by going to Haitang Bay the next day. And sure enough, I wasn't disappointed – there was no surprise, haha! But honestly, the value for money is excellent. Birthday surprises and little touches like farewell gifts at checkout aren't necessary. I still recommend it! :)"

The room is super spacious, very clean overall, and the details are well-thought-out. Their mattress lives up to its reputation – I slept incredibly well. The beach is uncrowded with fine sand, almost like a private beach. Housekeeper Kelly's service was also very thoughtful and attentive, and the wide variety of breakfast options was a big plus. Enjoying a quiet holiday in Clear Water Bay is so much more relaxing than Sanya. Highly recommended!"

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good."

The kids' club areas are well-designed, there are daily parent-child craft activities, and the shallow pool and lazy river are perfect for little ones to splash around in. A fine sandy beach is within walking distance, and breakfast is served until noon with a wide variety of dishes that cater to children's tastes. Overall, it's incredibly relaxing – ideal for a family vacation."
