My child would sweat after just a bit of activity, and the adults felt irritable. It felt as if the AC wasn't on at all, with very little temperature difference from outside, which significantly impacted comfort. 2. **Terrible Breakfast Experience** The family restaurant for breakfast was not sectioned off, leading to overcrowding. There were no numbers given out, nor were guests seated. It was a free-for-all to grab a table. If you couldn't find a seat, you'd end up holding your plate and waiting by a table for others to finish, creating a scene like a wet market. The cleaning staff walked around haphazardly, blocking guests, and showed no service awareness. They mopped the floor but didn't dry it. I personally witnessed a child slip on the wet floor and fall on the back of their head. At the waffle station, when I wanted to get more during cleanup, I found the tongs were gone. When I asked a staff member, ”Are there any tongs?” they glanced at me and said, ”No,” and offered no further assistance. 3. **Dinner Was Also Bad** Hotpot required booking a full hour in advance, which is impossible to manage flexibly with kids. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also had very poor reviews, so we didn't dare try it. For families who prefer to eat in the hotel, the dining options are very unaccommodating. 4. **Overall Service is Concerning** Aside from the polite housekeeping staff and a few front desk employees, the hotel largely lacked any discernible service. Restaurant staff were indifferent, and other departments showed no proactive service awareness. **In summary:** If you're looking for a cheap option with kids to see fireworks, you *could* consider it, but absolutely do not expect anything from the service or dining. The AC is insufficient, breakfast is chaotic, dinner booking is bizarre, and wet floors pose a safety hazard. I recommend either ordering takeout or eating out."

My parents didn't realize it was only for the first night, but when they called room service the next day, they still sent another platter. Complimentary mini-bar: The drinks in the fridge were also free, which was a nice touch. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's still clean, hygienic, comfortable, and elegant. Service: From the concierge to room service, all the staff were smiling and incredibly accommodating. "For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect! The Deluxe room was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The hotel itself is quiet and elegant, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. "Won't be returning to Westin. 1. They only provide two bath towels daily (most hotels offer more, don't they?). There's no evening turndown service to replenish towels. I had to call for a shower cap. Despite having a bathtub, there were no separate toiletries provided (am I supposed to walk through the bathroom to the shower and squeeze out soap there?). The most ridiculous part was the complete absence of body lotion. 2. When they cleaned the room, they left two bags of takeout trash. I ended up having to take them to the door myself before they were finally removed. 3. The phone wasn't plugged in, so initially, I thought it was broken. 4. There's no indoor pool, but there's a large outdoor one. You have to wear their provided socks/shoes to prevent cuts from tiles, which you can borrow and return for free – that's good. The grotto is quite pretty, and the two slides are fun. The staff watching over the pool are very responsible. However, here are some other issues: 1) Floats with patterns cost money to rent; the free ones are only the plainest solid blue or green. 2) The complimentary paddleboard experience is only 30 minutes, which barely leaves time for photos if you're actually paddling. 3) When I asked for directions at the pool, one person said they had just started working that day and knew nothing. Quietly, I thought, 'Can't they at least provide some training?' 5. During breakfast, half my food was cleared away when I went to get something else. Seriously, couldn't they put a 'do not disturb' sign on the table? Another day, I ate watermelon that was spoiled (overripe and sour-tasting). The manager explained that it was just 'ripe,' not 'bad'... Sorry, but I've never had strange-tasting watermelon at a five-star hotel. In my eyes, that's spoiled. 6. Almost all children's activities come with an additional charge."

"The room was huge, bigger than any Sanya hotel I've stayed in before, and the balcony was incredibly spacious! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong Southeast Asian vibe. There's even a waterslide by the pool, which the kids loved 🛝. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, they even call it the 'singing beach' 🏝️. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both à la carte options and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. My favorite was the freshly made and cooked lobster wontons 👍. There was also a great selection of fruits. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant was also good 👍, with authentic Thai flavors. The Baiwei Chinese restaurant was decent too 👍, meeting our expectations! As a Trip.com guest, we received special treatment and were upgraded to a sea-view room for free! This stay was an excellent value for money, especially since I used my Trip.com member points 👍."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, a true paradise for kids! The hotel is excellent, divided into a main building and an annex. The main building has 21 floors, primarily offering standard guest rooms. The annex, building 5, is dedicated to family stays, with 5 floors mainly featuring duplex themed rooms. We stayed in a duplex family room with a slide – how cool is that? The kids could play on the slide right in our room! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with entertainment spaces for both children and adults. It boasts its own Bi Xin Tu amusement park, a water park, an infinity pool, and a stargazing pool. The butler service was outstanding. Our assigned butler, Tian Tian, provided thorough and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She informed us about room arrangements in advance, and during our stay, she was not only responsive to all our questions but also incredibly quick to resolve any issues. Even on her day off, she promptly responded and handled matters – truly dedicated! We will definitely stay here again next time and will recommend it to our friends."

"We had an incredible experience in the hotel on Boundary island. For me the room on the first floor with diving included is the best option on the island. Front desk staff and our diving instructor were very supportive. The sunset walk around the island after the crowds left was amazing. The views from the balcony and sounds of sea waves were spectacular. The only thing I regret that we booked only one night on the island. Two or three nights could be a better option to have enough time to enjoy more activities of this paradise."
