"The hotel environment is fantastic, quiet and private, perfect for a getaway. The public areas are beautiful, and there's even a private beach, making it ideal for those who love peace and quiet. The hotel service is also excellent. Even though the weather was hot, we could call for a shuttle at any time, and the service response was very quick. The hotel breakfast was delicious too. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"We booked this hotel for one night to visit the park, but we really should have stayed two! They upgraded us to a more spacious room for free, the breakfasts were delicious, and the grounds were beautiful. The park is huge, and it was so hot that we got a bit lost and didn't even make it to the water park. In the evening, there was a lovely fireworks display and a BBQ on the hotel grounds. During the day, there were activities for kids with entertainers, balloons, a foam party, and workshops. Everything was great, except the taxi back to Sanya was incredibly expensive – 300 RMB! 😱"

"Our recent stay at Raffles was smooth in every aspect. The hotel's location is just right, offering both privacy and convenience. The common areas are well-designed, blending practicality with aesthetics, and are well-maintained. Our room had a sensible layout with good natural light and ventilation, and the bedding and bathroom facilities were comfortable and functional. The breakfast offered a good variety of common Western and Chinese options, catering to different needs. Our butler, Chloe, was highly communicative during our stay, responding promptly to our inquiries, which provided real convenience for our trip. Overall, the stay met our expectations, and we would definitely consider it first for similar travel needs in the future. This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The kids spent all their time in the pool. The tropical plants in the hotel's public areas made us feel like we were in Southeast Asia, and combined with the staff's Southeast Asian-accented English, the holiday vibe was absolutely perfect. A special thanks to our butler, Chloe, for her timely responses, which made traveling with kids so much easier."

"The room layout is well-designed, and the bed is large and comfortable for sleeping. The public areas are clean and safe. Butler Taozi provided attentive and detailed service, making this a great choice for family travel. It's very suitable for family and parent-child trips, and the hotel beach is particularly good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation... Just be sure to avoid the complimentary 5-shot photo session. If you only stick to the free shots, the photos are incredibly bad and very perfunctory – worse than what you could take with your own phone. If you want something a bit better, sorry, you'll have to pay extra. Makeup costs extra, clothes cost extra. In short, it's a huge rip-off. Just steer clear of that pitfall and you'll be fine."

"Facilities: The room size was decent, and the amenities were relatively new. Cleanliness: It was quite clean, with daily housekeeping. Environment: The sea around the island was generally clean, and you could see a 'glass sea'. I want to specifically mention the direct ocean access from the balcony, which was a key factor in choosing this room type. The water level here is quite high in the mornings and evenings, generally over 2 meters deep. The tide recedes from morning to afternoon, especially from 12 PM to 6 PM, when the water level is shallower. After going into the sea, there's a complimentary 'Elf Village' snorkeling experience. Personally, I felt there were some floating objects in the water, which staff said were coral secretions. From the balcony, you could see manta rays and schools of fish. Picture 1 shows what you can capture from the balcony, and Picture 2 shows feeding the manta rays. Service: Not enough water was provided in the room, just two bottles a day, replenished daily. Although the front desk gave us a few small bottles when we asked for more, they suggested we buy our own at the supermarket."

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The villa offered great privacy with its own clean, private pool. The room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The service was also very attentive; our butler was responsive, and housekeeping kept everything spotless, even tidying up promptly after we went out. The breakfast was rich and varied, catering to all tastes. The surroundings of the villa were tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely bring my family here again!"

"Okay, I think this hotel is absolutely fantastic. First off, it's in Xiangshui Bay, and compared to the prices in Qingshui Bay, you can get a much better deal here. Plus, since there are fewer people, the hotel essentially has its own private beach. While the sand might not be as fine as Qingshui Bay's, it's still really good overall. And from the balcony of the sea-view rooms, you get a breathtaking vista of the clear blue sea with gentle waves, which is incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff was also incredibly enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk even proactively added me on WeChat, so I could just message her directly with any requests. The hotel's facilities are quite impressive, I'd say they're at least four-star quality, almost five-star. Initially, my room didn't include breakfast, but the staff member kindly arranged for me to have two days of complimentary breakfast, which was also quite good. They also have a billiards room, a gym, and a swimming pool. The main building houses various types of rooms, and surrounding it are different villas. Honestly, I feel like staying in a sea-view room offers better value for money than a villa. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!"

"The location is great, very close to Xincun Night Market, and there's a nice fruit market nearby. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a large and well-maintained pool. It's a shame we didn't try the wave pool, but the slides and grotto pool were good. The views from the room are amazing; I recommend staying on a higher floor. Breakfast is decent. The facilities for kids aren't the best; the bathroom door is too stiff and closes too quickly, which could pinch little ones. The balcony door is also very tight and hard to open. It would be great if the kids' play area (Taoqi Bao) stayed open until 8 or 9 PM. Part of the beach is clean, but another part has black ash-like stuff, which is a real shame for such a beautiful beach if it's not cleaned up properly. Also, it seems like something happened at the hotel ** – my daughter's sunglasses and my brand new sanitary pads were gone when we left, which is really strange. Professional Photoshoot: We paid an extra 1000 for the photos, which was too expensive. Service: Very attentive, always available when called. Facilities: Aside from the slightly lacking kids' facilities, everything else is great. Providing a bed rail was a big plus. Hygiene: Very good. Ctrip provided a free ice cream, and the hotel gave us two large coconuts every day, which was a nice touch."

"I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!"

"Indigo Clearwater Bay is truly remarkable. The entire hotel feels like an ocean jewelry box hidden by the sea, with pearl arches and wave-like designs everywhere, all exquisitely crafted. It leads directly to a singing white sand beach, creating an incredibly immersive and atmospheric experience. I highly recommend the Lighthouse Seaview rooms; they offer immense emotional value. Compared to the Kimpton, both have their unique charms, but the Indigo is definitely more suited for couples and younger travelers. I also want to give a special shout-out to Summer, a staff member. She was incredibly prompt in addressing any room-related issues and immediately handled my last-minute requests with great care. Her service was attentive throughout, always ready to help. Thanks to her gentle and meticulous care, this vacation was doubly relaxing. With Indigo's wonderful environment and such a warm-hearted staff member, I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Clearwater Bay. And I wish the lovely Summer a happy day every day!"
