"Coming to Sanya for vacation, choosing MGM was absolutely the right decision! The hotel ambiance is perfect for photos; the coconut trees in the tropical garden and the loungers by the pool make every daytime shot feel like a glamorous vacation spread – I couldn't stop taking pictures. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super soft. Sleeping to the sound of the sea breeze at night was heavenly, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch.
It was so convenient to stroll on the beach in the evening. The sunset glow on the sea was absolutely stunning, and you could even catch the hotel's beach party, which had an amazing atmosphere. The breakfast spread in the morning was incredibly diverse, with freshly made coffee and juice that tasted great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making for a perfect experience! It's definitely on my must-stay list for Sanya; I'll be back next time!"

"The hotel's public areas are incredibly spacious, with beautiful scenery at every turn, perfect for photos. The room decor is a bit dated but not as run-down as some online reviews suggest; it actually has a nice resort-like feel. A big thank you to our butler, Jessica, for booking us the popular 'influencer' room, which was super close to the sea! She also thoughtfully decorated our honeymoon room. The roses were even fresher than many florists sell! She also prepared a cake and a huge fruit platter. Since the public areas are so large, we could contact Jessica anytime for a buggy. Our package included snorkeling, and when we got out of the water, it was quite cold, so Jessica even brought us two large thermoses of ginger tea – incredibly thoughtful! Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
Now for a few drawbacks: 1. The room floors did look quite dirty, and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. There was a lot of hair from the previous guest tangled in the hairdryer. Used disposable toiletries from the day before were left in the room instead of being replaced. 2. The hotel partners with 'Earl Travel Photography,' so their photographers constantly occupy popular photo spots. If you want to take your own pictures, you have to wait a long time to squeeze in. 3. This isn't entirely a drawback, but the water for snorkeling was very murky, and there were few fish, so the experience wasn't great.
Despite these minor issues, the hotel is generally fantastic."

"The basic amenities at the hotel are all good. Our butler, Lisa Huang, provided excellent service. Because we changed our flight and had to leave early for the airport, she even prepared two breakfast boxes for us to take with us. There were also complimentary fruits in the room when we checked in. My positive review is definitely for the butler. The front desk lady also gave breakfast to the child. The hotel's buffet breakfast, however, was just average; there wasn't much variety. Dining in the restaurant, there was a noticeable smell of cooking oil, so I guess their ventilation system isn't very good. Hope they can improve that."

"My girlfriend and I had such a unique experience staying in the Qiubai Cave Hammock Room! The cleanliness was impeccable; both the bathtub and hammock were thoroughly sanitized. The service was incredibly warm and the facilities were truly distinctive. The cave hammock was so much fun and perfect for photos, and the private pool overlooked the sea. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic, and lying side-by-side in the hammock at night, stargazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves – this will definitely be one of our most unforgettable travel memories!"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's service was impressive right from check-in. The front desk staff were all smiles and incredibly welcoming. When they learned we were traveling with a child, they not only gave our kid a cute little toy but also thoughtfully upgraded our room for free. This gesture really warmed our hearts.
The indoor pool 🏊♂️, gym 🏋🏽, rooms, and public areas were impeccably clean and tidy – spotless everywhere. We felt perfectly comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet, and even tiny details like the bathroom corners were well-maintained. It made us feel very at ease. The room itself was spacious and bright, decorated to be cozy and comfortable, and the bedding was so soft; we slept wonderfully at night.

"Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness)."

"This sea-view B&B is absolutely stunning! Opening the window reveals a breathtaking expanse of azure ocean. At sunrise, the golden light shimmering on the waves is simply speechless. The room has a fresh, 'Instagrammable' aesthetic, with the bed facing directly towards the sea, making for a super soothing experience listening to the waves before bed. The owner is incredibly welcoming, even treating us to fresh local coconuts and helping us find great spots for beachcombing. The place is spotlessly clean; even the balcony loungers are immaculate. MM329500****Having stayed in many disappointing hotels on my numerous trips, I spent ages researching and reading reviews until my head spun before finally settling on Coconut Sea Time. This was my first time staying in an apartment, and I was so lucky! The apartment was clean, hygienic, and the furnishings were new. It was much more spacious and convenient than a hotel, and most importantly, there was absolutely no strange smell. You could even see the sea from the side. Two details really stood out:
1. My family has sensitive skin, and we often get itchy from hotel bedding. The duvet at Coconut Sea Time was dry and comfortable, and we slept wonderfully.
2. When I used the clothes drying rack on the balcony, I wiped it with a face towel, and it was absolutely spotless.
It truly shows that details make all the difference, and all those glowing reviews are well-deserved. The two young women who checked us in were also very attentive and responsible. Next time I visit, I won't need to do any research; I'll just come straight here.
—Right now, I'm lying in a hotel bed in Wanning, smelling the musty air as I write this review. 🤣🤣🤣

TTudingshaonvqiuqianchiFacilities: The hotel lobby has a swimming pool with two rows of loungers, and further down, there are two sea-view spots. Personally, I found it too hot during the day with direct sunlight, but it would be lovely to sit there at sunset.
The room thoughtfully included a baby bottle sterilizer, which was a nice touch.
The bed sheets were very skin-friendly and silky smooth. The pillows and mattress were all very comfortable, allowing for quick sleep. My husband said he slept so well he wanted to ask the hotel for the brand! 😊
Cleanliness: The room was very clean.
The surrounding area has several connected streets with lots of food options, like Qinglong, Bailong, Huanglong, and Heilong streets 🤓 – quite interesting! In the evening, the beach bar creates a great atmosphere, with many people setting off fireworks. Walking along the beach and enjoying the waves feels wonderful.
Upon check-in, you can get two free drinks (lemon sparkling water or Americano) at the lobby coffee bar by providing your room number. If you need a late check-out, you can also discuss it with the staff, which is quite flexible. It seems that Ruoyi Hotel Sanya has many branches; I might try another one next time. The hotel is quite quiet during the day and after the downstairs bar music stops at 10:30 PM. Overall, the experience was quite perfect.

When we got off the boat at the pier, we looked up and saw the Miyou folk custom.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for visiting attractions and shopping districts. The bathroom had a nice dry/wet area with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the food was delicious. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. There is a Linwang Night Market nearby, and there are many places to eat and sell on the way out, which is very convenient. The most important thing is that the boss and his family are very nice, very enthusiastic and great to chat with. Overall, it’s great. I don’t want to leave. I will stay at Weiwei B&B again when I come to Sanya again.

Our child absolutely adored the pool, which was the color of the ocean, and wanted to be in it all day long. A night market is conveniently located nearby, and the beach is also quite close. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

ZZhanjiangyouhuihenhaochidexiaofeifeiOverall, this stay was great. The environment in the community is very good and the location is easy to find. It’s just off the expressway and the surrounding facilities are okay.
Hygiene: Two aunties come to clean the house every day, collect garbage, and replace toiletries.
Facilities: There are two air conditioners in the room. The air conditioning is super sufficient. My wife and I still feel cold when we turn it on to 28 degrees. Great! The master bedroom opens the door to the swimming pool, where you can swim as soon as you wake up, which is comfortable and relaxing.
Environment: Because the greening of the community is very good, you can see many cute little geckos, and they can also coo and coo. You can walk to the sea in a few minutes. It’s really fun to catch the sea.
Service: Butlers are available 24 hours a day to salvage the swimming pool and solve various problems.

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.
