Breakfast hours are super flexible, from 7 AM to 12 PM, so you can really sleep in and still catch it. The downstairs swimming pool and gym are free to use, too. And the best part? I thought the room price was really fantastic! There's some construction going on nearby for an underwater tunnel, which can be a bit noisy, but once you close the windows and doors, it's pretty well soundproofed. There's also a free kids' play area that my child absolutely loved. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay."

"This time, I stayed in Building 8's full ocean view king room. The moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the large balcony – it's incredibly close to the sea! Not only is the view first-class, but at night, if you close the balcony door, the soundproofing is really good, not affecting sleep at all. The public areas are beautiful. Every time I go to the lobby, I see many people taking photos on the large front terrace! The green lawn and pool areas are maintained daily, and you can really see the effort put in. **Stay:** Check-in was fast. The room was clean and felt new. Both the hard furnishings and soft decorations don't look like an old hotel that has been open for many years; you can tell a lot of effort has gone into maintenance! Housekeeping was very prompt; any requests were answered quickly without waiting. **Food:** The breakfast offerings are similar to hotels of the same caliber, but you can tell the ingredients are of higher quality (80% of the dishes were freshly made, not pre-packaged). I didn't initially plan to have dinner at the hotel, but I happened to catch the beach buffet on a less windy evening and decided to try it. Both the entertainment and food were excellent, and the entertainment changed constantly, which was a pleasant surprise. **Play:** The pool is the best I've experienced so far. It's well-sectioned so both adults and children can have fun, and the water temperature is comfortable. There are always lifeguards by the pool and the sea, so even with kids, you can relax and enjoy the pool, beach, and ocean. The beach is cleaned daily, and there are free warm towels for swimming in the sea. The sand is very fine, the shells are quite intact, and the rinse-off area is well-designed and not crowded. **Suggestions: (More details)** 1. The TV doesn't support screen mirroring, and I couldn't find a way to connect to the balcony ceiling speakers (or the guidance wasn't clear enough for me to find it). This feels a bit outdated. 2. The toiletries (non-bath and body products) are quite low-quality, similar to what you'd find in a budget hotel. 3. The room lighting lacks a master switch. It would be an improvement if the balcony light and sleeping area lights could be turned off with one switch by the bed. 4. Due to the hotel's multi-building layout, rooms near the sea often require walking through long corridors, and the elevators are somewhat complicated. It takes a while to get to the front desk and restaurant. Some areas of the hotel are very mysterious, but it's indeed easy to get lost inside the buildings. "The price was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious. The 180-degree sea view truly lived up to its reputation, making for a very pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, with the beach and sea just across the road, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also very warm, enthusiastic, and attentive. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if the hotel could upgrade its beach facilities, such as the loungers and parasols. We were a little envious of the neighboring hotel's beach setup. "My baby suddenly got a fever, so we rushed to Sanya Maternity and Child Hospital. We canceled our original booking and quickly rebooked a room at Banshanbandao as it's very close to the hospital. We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but I called the hotel, and they were very accommodating. We had booked three rooms in total, and they immediately got the family room ready for us so the baby could rest first. Although the room facilities are a bit old, the service completely makes up for it! Bella checked us in very quickly. During our stay, for the baby's first birthday celebration, she even helped us find things like green onions, rice, and red string, and gave the baby a small gift. She also arranged for the hotel doctor to come and check the baby's temperature, which was really thoughtful. All the hotel staff were great. After breakfast, we wanted to take the mini-train, and a few of the ladies at the restaurant's front desk kept helping us contact the mini-train service. Our entire stay was very pleasant; it's definitely a family-friendly hotel."

The room decor is a bit dated but not as run-down as some online reviews suggest; it actually has a nice resort-like feel. A big thank you to our butler, Jessica, for booking us the popular 'influencer' room, which was super close to the sea! She also thoughtfully decorated our honeymoon room. The roses were even fresher than many florists sell! She also prepared a cake and a huge fruit platter. Since the public areas are so large, we could contact Jessica anytime for a buggy. Our package included snorkeling, and when we got out of the water, it was quite cold, so Jessica even brought us two large thermoses of ginger tea – incredibly thoughtful! Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Now for a few drawbacks: 1. The room floors did look quite dirty, and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. There was a lot of hair from the previous guest tangled in the hairdryer. Used disposable toiletries from the day before were left in the room instead of being replaced. 2. The hotel partners with 'Earl Travel Photography,' so their photographers constantly occupy popular photo spots. If you want to take your own pictures, you have to wait a long time to squeeze in. 3. This isn't entirely a drawback, but the water for snorkeling was very murky, and there were few fish, so the experience wasn't great. Despite these minor issues, the hotel is generally fantastic."

"The basic amenities at the hotel are all good. Our butler, Lisa Huang, provided excellent service. Because we changed our flight and had to leave early for the airport, she even prepared two breakfast boxes for us to take with us. There were also complimentary fruits in the room when we checked in. My positive review is definitely for the butler. The front desk lady also gave breakfast to the child. The hotel's buffet breakfast, however, was just average; there wasn't much variety. Dining in the restaurant, there was a noticeable smell of cooking oil, so I guess their ventilation system isn't very good. Hope they can improve that."

"My girlfriend and I had such a unique experience staying in the Qiubai Cave Hammock Room! The cleanliness was impeccable; both the bathtub and hammock were thoroughly sanitized. The service was incredibly warm and the facilities were truly distinctive. The cave hammock was so much fun and perfect for photos, and the private pool overlooked the sea. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic, and lying side-by-side in the hammock at night, stargazing and falling asleep to the sound of the waves – this will definitely be one of our most unforgettable travel memories!"

"Ignoring some of the negative reviews online, I decided to book a stay in the villa area to experience it myself. The 24-hour shuttle service was incredibly convenient and even fun, like a little roller coaster for kids! The setting is very natural, so there were quite a few bugs, but thankfully they didn't bite. For takeout orders, you had to pick them up outside the premises; it would be even better if they offered direct delivery to the villa. We experienced the pool on a rainy day, and it created such a wonderful ambiance! For just over 1000 [RMB], you really can't find a pool villa like this anywhere else. I'll definitely be returning!"
