"I stayed for three nights. The hotel advertised itself as being close to MixC World and Longyan South Road, but in reality, it cost 13 yuan by taxi to get back from Longyan South Road, which is quite far. There's a construction site next door, with work starting at 7 AM and continuing until 11 PM. It doesn't seem like a short-term project. On our second day, we left at 9:30 AM and returned at 10 PM. As soon as I walked in, there was a cleaning rag left on the vanity, and the tissue dispenser next to it was empty. I washed my hands right after entering the room, pulled one tissue, and it was empty. I contacted the hotel butler, and about half an hour later, a male staff member came to retrieve it (by then, I had already changed into my pajamas), which was quite inconvenient to have a male staff member come to the room. On the first night of our stay, I ordered takeout. It arrived at the lobby, and the front desk called to confirm my room information, saying the robot would deliver it. It took nearly 50 minutes for the robot to deliver it, and I had to call and remind them in between. The second night, I ordered takeout again. I asked the front desk, and they said there was a queue of deliveries, so I went down to pick it up myself. Overall, the rooms are nice, and the butler, July, was very responsive. However, the hotel needs to improve in various aspects. As a high-end hotel in Shantou, the service doesn't match the price. I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never seen a cleaning rag left in the room, taking half an hour to retrieve it, tissues not being refilled promptly, and a robot taking 50 minutes to deliver takeout. Also, on the first day, they just put my luggage into the elevator and told me to get off on the 27th floor. I was quite surprised. Normally, they would at least escort guests to the 27th-floor front desk for check-in, or use a luggage tag for storage and deliver it to the room, which is standard procedure."
