"To this day, the hotel has not offered a solution. They only called me on a landline to ask if I was feeling better. On the day of check-in, the linens were fine. The next day, when we extended our stay, we asked for a sheet change. Around 10 PM, after getting ready for bed, I rested on the bed for about half an hour and developed a small patch of red bumps. I immediately contacted the front desk. Later, a female duty manager proactively contacted me. She didn't come to inspect the linens but directly asked if I had any requests to make. By 8 AM the next morning, both of my legs were covered in an allergic reaction. I contacted the front desk again, and a male manager came. He didn't proactively offer to move us to a different room. Even after we checked out – because my child also had a fever – we left around 3 PM. Apparently, the hotel's linens are laundered by a third party. As a result, they still haven't provided a solution to this day, saying they need to report it to their superiors. The last duty supervisor who called us just asked if the leg allergy had disappeared. The worst part of this trip was staying at a hotel that carries a five-star brand, only to have issues arise and receive continuous calls without any proposed solutions. I hope everyone avoids this place."

"Room: The room was spacious and we had a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness: Very clean, exceeding expectations. Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of choices. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle driver was very attentive. It's very close to the scenic area. The driver told us about safety precautions, and we also asked him about discounts for overnight tickets. "A newly opened hotel with very good quality. The mattress in the room is very comfortable. The equipment and toiletries are also first-class. It is very comfortable to use, especially the shower head. I was attracted to it on the spot! Very useful! The hotel environment is great and the scenery is beautiful. You can take a lot of photos at will. Drink a cup of coffee under the tree in the afternoon, listen to the birds singing in the forest, and the breeze blows gently. The holiday feeling is full The hotel's meals are also very distinctive. They are authentic Guizhou cuisine. The butler-style service is intimate and thoughtful. It is suitable for family outings. The children ran around in the hotel and had a lot of fun. It is a good place to free your hands. If it gets hotter, you can go to the swimming pool for a refreshing swim. I am very satisfied with choosing such an excellent hotel this time! Next time I come to Guizhou, I must come back and stay a few more days!"

"The owner provided excellent service! 👍 They were very helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel is close to two tourist centers, and the owner even drove us there; it only took two minutes. The homemade food the owner cooked was really nice, though I forgot to take pictures! 😂 The decor is great, I really liked it, and I highly recommend this place. Oh, and the hotel is very close to two night markets near Huangguoshu Waterfall. One is just a two-minute walk from the door, and the other is a bit further, about a five or six-minute walk. We went to the one that was a five or six-minute walk away because the owner said there were more choices there, and they even recommended a delicious BBQ place to us. Highly recommended!"

"Who knows, family members! The [hotel name] I stayed at this time has me in such a good way that I have to tell everyone about it. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk were so enthusiastic that they seemed to meet long-lost relatives. They checked me in at the speed of light and recommended a bunch of super local snacks to me, which cured my choice difficulty. When I walked into the room, I fell on the bed. The bed was soft, like cotton candy. I almost thought I was a giant express packaged and delivered, and was gently signed for. The smart devices are also great. You can turn on and off the lights and draw the curtains with a shout. I thought at the time that this hotel might be able to read minds. The next day, I went to have breakfast. Wow, the scene was like the Olympics of food. Chinese, Western, sweet, and salty, all kinds of players appeared one after another, and I started the ”Clean Plate Campaign” directly. The one-stop service of fitness and sauna is so refreshing. The location is even more amazing. There are shopping malls and attractions outside the door. You can go wherever you want to go. Family members, trust me, you can’t go wrong living here!"

"This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. The facilities are better than most four-star hotels. It has an elevator and two washing machines. Although there was no breakfast, there was one downstairs at a neighboring guesthouse, and if you walked a few steps down, there were even more breakfast options. Since it's in a small town, there are supermarkets just a few steps away, and there are plenty of dining options. The owner drove us to the entrance in the morning, and he could also pick us up in the evening, but we chose to explore back on our own, which only took about 10 minutes and allowed us to have dinner along the way."
