"Highly recommended! This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The owner, a former designer, clearly put a lot of thought into every aspect of the hotel's design. The bedding and smart features are on par with what you'd find in a chain hotel. It's also very close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, and the owner even provides a business car for transfers, which was a huge plus!"

"Although the hotel is a bit old, all its facilities are well-maintained, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel's customer service is very responsive. The best part, however, is its incredibly prime location. At 7:00 AM, it only takes 7 minutes to get directly from the hotel's VIP通道 (VIP access) to the Shuiliandong (Water Curtain Cave) face-recognition area. Essentially, apart from hotel guests, the large crowds haven't arrived yet, so the experience is fantastic. After visiting Shuiliandong and the Grand Waterfall, you can take the escalator straight back up to the hotel, have breakfast, rest a bit, and then continue to your next destination. The hotel also offers a 'God's-eye view' panoramic observation deck of the Grand Waterfall, just a 15-minute walk away. You can choose to go in the morning when there are no crowds to enjoy the view. Overall, the sightseeing experience is very relaxed. I stayed for two nights, and both times I chose to see the sights and take photos in the morning when there were hardly any people. Around 5 PM, I used the VIP access to walk down to the Grand Waterfall, strolled to the viewing platform, and even saw a rainbow. By then, the number of tourists had significantly reduced, making for another excellent experience."

"The hotel is very close to Huangguoshu Scenic Area, about a five-minute drive away, and offers a free shuttle service. The rooms are newly renovated and reasonably clean. However, it's right next to the road, so it's very noisy. There's a pool and parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for self-drivers. There are many late-night snack restaurants nearby, so you won't have to worry about food, but it's easy to pick a bad one, and I felt the reviews were misleading. My main complaint is about the service; it significantly detracted from the overall experience: The front desk staff was cold; they didn't offer a single greeting during check-in. When I called for a pen and paper, they agreed but never sent it. If I pushed, they became impatient and showed their annoyance. Room service was incredibly slow. There was even an opened bottle of water in the room. When I called the front desk, they told me to go downstairs and buy it myself, refusing to deliver. At night, the air conditioning was extremely loud; if I didn't turn it on, it was stuffy, but if I did, it was deafening. Opening the window meant noise from passing cars. In short, the stay at this hotel was extremely poor! The breakfast selection was mediocre with not much to eat, and items weren't refilled promptly. Dishes were cleared slowly, and the dining area wasn't tidied regularly. If you're solely looking for proximity to the scenic area and a clean room, you might manage for one night. But if you value attentive service and quick responses, I don't recommend this place. Other guesthouses in the area offer better service at the same price. Moreover, the price is higher than surrounding hotels, making it very poor value for money!"

"The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room was incredibly comfortable with very clean floors. It was a really pleasant stay. They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. Highly recommend."

"After days of research, I'm so glad I chose to stay within the scenic area instead of Anshun city. The ”blue hour” view from the rooftop observation deck was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel offers shuttle service to the visitor center from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and the spacious business van was very comfortable. The driver even proactively asked us where we wanted to go and added us on WeChat for easy communication. Dining was also convenient; there are plenty of eateries just outside the hotel, or you can order in if you prefer. They even have a washing machine and dryer. The room itself was very spacious and excellent!"

"The hotel is nice and close to the scenic spot, just a few minutes away from the highway. The hotel environment is very good, clean and sanitary, with free parking. The breakfast was also good, very rich, very satisfying, and would recommend it to other friends."

"The hotel is quite new, and the room was lovely, with a pleasant scent upon entering. The pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. In the front desk area, there's complimentary fruit tea, coffee, hot water, and oranges. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Tourist Center, which you can book at the front desk (it's just a few minutes away from the Huangguoshu Third Tourist Center). There's a gym and a laundry room (though it gets busy with people washing and drying clothes in the evening; you can check availability on the room TV and scan a code to see your laundry's status). This is my second stay at an Orange branded hotel, and overall, it's been a great experience. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed in two hotels in Huangguoshu. The two are too good to compare this. It is very new and clean. The hotel is very design. I saw the boss and stayed happily for two nights. The disposable bath towels, towels, bathtubs, toilet sets, etc. are all equipped. The children's slippers and toiletries look very good, not perfunctory, the boss and staff are very enthusiastic, although not far from the scenic spot, a short walk will arrive, but we go to Huangguoshu Scenic Area back and forth to the boss to pick us up, directly to the entrance of the scenic spot, Children like the pool the most. It is very diligent to change water. It is worthy of my choice of hotels. It is highly recommended. Like the boss 👍👍👍👍👍"

"Here's the bottom line: it's worth staying here. During the summer vacation, the best price for a twin room was 600+ RMB, which is a bit inflated, but understandable for peak season. Pros: 1. The hotel is on Tunbao Road, not far from the first, second, and third visitor centers of Huangguoshu Scenic Area. Plus, the hotel has a seven-seater shuttle van for pick-ups and drop-offs. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to Balinghe Bridge. 2. The room is spacious enough, the shower pressure is excellent, the lighting in the room is bright, and there's a balcony with a fold-down wall-mounted drying rack, which is very convenient for doing laundry. 3. The service is warm and friendly. We took a direct bus from Anshun West Station to the first visitor center, and after contacting the hotel in advance, they specially arranged a car to pick us up. Throughout our stay, transfers were prompt; just call the front desk. The shuttle driver drove smoothly and communication was great. 4. It's clean and hygienic. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are well-maintained overall. 5. Opposite the hotel is a wetland park. During peak season, there are bonfire parties and performances every night, which are worth checking out. If you walk further into the wetland park, there's a sluice gate with a nice view. Cons: 1. The room lighting relies entirely on a white remote control. At first, I didn't realize this and thought there was no power in the room, until I asked the front desk. 2. The TV remote control has poor contact; you have to press down on the battery to make it work. Also, if the screen turns blue, you need to restart the power button on the white set-top box (the one without an antenna). 3. The breakfast is very average. The egg fried rice and porridge are okay, but the Chinese restaurant's food is mediocre and not cheap, so I don't recommend it. In summary, if you're traveling with your whole family, including seniors and kids, this hotel is a top choice. Alternatively, Kaiyuan is also good and not far away, or for a bit more money, you could stay directly in the scenic area at Qian*Ju. All three core areas of Huangguoshu are worth visiting and can be split over two days. Remember to book tickets for Shuilian Cave 15 days in advance."

"Highly recommend this guesthouse! The environment is fantastic: lush lawns, dense forests, adorable animals, and individual wooden houses… The service is also excellent: our class reunion team-building event had over thirty people, and the manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, from setting up the buffet to arranging the bonfire party. They even created a special service group for us, always ready to assist us. In short, it was a very meaningful team-building event that ended perfectly.
