"Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such.
The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean with a nice desk to work from. The bathroom was a little challenging as the bathtub in the room was VERY high and required effort to get in and out. So ask for a room with a shower instead of bathtub if available because this can be an accessibility issue if that is important to you.
Breakfast at the hotel is nice and varied.
Also - the Wi-Fi at the hotel while perfectly serviceable for basic use cases, was a little bit slow for my business use case which required transferring some heavy files and so that took longer than I expected. But for basic emails, facetime calls, social media and such it was fine (around 10mbps up and down).
The Bar and Lounge was also very good - with a nice selection of drinks and food to help you wind down after a long day at the conference.
Service at the hotel was amazing - any time I had a question or needed help, staff was always happy to assist and always resolved all issues to my satisfaction.
So all in all I highly recommend this hotel - especially if you have an event to attend at the nearby Palais de congress venue."

Morning and evening shuttle services connect the hotel to and from the airport. The establishment can also be reached by train, arriving at the Roissy TGV and RER B station, or by car via the motorway network and the A1. The hotel also has two closed and secure car parks, one outside and the other underground, with electric vehicle charging stations in the basement.
Our 120 hotel rooms offer four different room categories called Ecrivains, Liberte, Esthetique and Musique. The difference between the rooms lies in the size of the bedding, the brands of hospitality products and the interior fittings. For more comfort, 14 adjoining rooms which ideal for stays for a family with children or with friends. Some rooms have a view of the park behind the hotel or of the green terrace, a cocooning oasis. "The hotel was in a good but rather very quiet location. About a few minutes drive for CDG Airport. Not much of a tourist location as advertised. Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more."

"Since I had an 11 AM flight and needed to process a tax refund beforehand, I stayed at a hotel near the airport for a night. I visited terminals T1, T2, and T3 at Charles de Gaulle, and then frantically did some last-minute shopping at the airport's duty-free pharmacy. After packing my bags that night, I went to bed early. The next day, I left at 7:30 AM, and after completing the tax refund, I arrived at my gate just in time. If I had departed from the city, I probably would've had to leave by 6 AM. Security checks and tax refund lines at Paris CDG are always very long, so I recommend arriving at the airport at least 4 hours early.
Facilities: Whether you're staying at an airport hotel or one nearby, transportation to and from the terminals is generally free. For on-site airport hotels, you can use the CDGVal shuttle train, while off-site hotels usually provide their own shuttle buses. Make sure to confirm the shuttle schedule and pick-up points with the hotel front desk.
Environment: Ibis Paris CDG Airport: This is a classic choice. It's perfectly located, just a few dozen meters' walk from Terminal 3. The rooms are clean, the lobby lighting is pleasant, and there's a supermarket and restaurants nearby to cover your basic needs."

"Overall good, and the cleanliness was excellent. Finding the hotel shuttle at Charles de Gaulle Airport was a bit tricky, mainly because the signs at Terminal 2D didn't have the hotel's logo. The shuttle costs about 4 euros per person. Upon arrival at the hotel, we checked in, booked the shuttle for the next morning, and paid for the round-trip fare. The next day, you just need to wait by the roadside outside the hotel 5-10 minutes before your scheduled departure. I've included photos of the shuttle bus and the approximate waiting location."

"This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable.
The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases on the metro. And the neighbourhood isn't touristy, so it's good to escape the crowds.
Large (2 euros) and very large (3 euros) lockers are available to leave luggage on the day of departure."

"we had a very pleasant stay at HotelF1 Paris Saint Ouen Marché Aux Puces with my friends. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and smooth. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas perfectly throughout our stay. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who want easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions, including the famous flea market.

"The hotel was very close to the airport, making transportation extremely convenient.
However, an unexpected fire alarm went off at dawn, and everyone had to evacuate in a rush.
It seemed that some ”Chinese” guests might have been smoking indoors, as I even saw people smoking in the lobby.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

GGuest UserThere were two areas I'd like to see improved.
First, I'd like the door lock to be improved. My door wouldn't lock, so I went to the reception to let them know, and a female staff member came with me to my room. They said, ”If you pull really hard from the outside, it won't open,” but what's important is to lock it from the inside. I asked the receptionist to try it, but it didn't work. She told me, ”I have to get back to the reception quickly,” and hurried back to the reception. I followed her immediately, but there were no guests there. I asked the receptionist again to change my room, but they refused. They said, ”It can't be helped because it's old,” but I'm a woman traveling alone. Would they be responsible if something were to be stolen or stolen while I was sleeping? In the evening, a male staff member came to my room to check, but just before the staff change, they managed to lock it after some trial and error, so I was fine.
Second, I'd like the room to be properly cleaned. There were dead insects and mysterious hairs in the bathtub. There was trash left in the trash can. There was water in the coffee machine. I wonder if they change it every time? The towels in the room had brown stains on them.
There are no amenities, so I recommend bringing your own. The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations from next door, so be careful. The location is good, and the cheese at breakfast was delicious. Water is available in the lobby, so be sure to bring a water bottle.

M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.
+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.
+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

CCloris xuAbsolutely fantastic! I especially want to commend the front desk lady – I think her name was on the little card – she was truly kind and beautiful. Seeing that we arrived on an early flight while it was still dark and very cold, and feeling unsafe, and knowing check-in wasn't until after 11 AM, she proactively arranged a room for us. This saved us both money and time. The location is also superb! I can't praise this hotel enough; I've already recommended it to my friends. Next time I'm in Paris, I'll definitely stay here again. The only thing is the bed is really high, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers, so you need to bring your own.

GGuest UserThe location was great! The view of the Eiffel Tower was fabulous. The room was super clean but there was a very dangerous crack in one of the floor tiles in the bathroom which we reported to the reception on check out. The room had everything we needed and it was so nice to have a big fridge. It was a shock to me that they would charge for clean towels but when we asked he kindly gave us them. The staff by the doors could be friendlier… They were rude a few occasions when we didn’t have a key to open the door ourselves. They are the first people you see so for me it’s important for them to welcome guests with a smile.

However, when I went down the next day, she was very kind and polite to the white people guest. I strongly believe she is discriminated against Asian guest. Another receptionist is very polite when I checked in two days earlier and stayed 3 nights. I stayed 5 nights and separated into two different periods.

TTina&TThe location of the hotel is very good, and the design style is also very exquisite. The only thing is that the suite given to us at the beginning was on the basement floor. It had windows, but it was still a bit damp, so we moved to the first floor the next day, and there was a skylight right above the bed. RRod NorthWe've stayed here a few times now - mostly as it's incredibly handy for the Eurostar and the Gare du Nord (literally across the road). The quality of the rooms has definitely improved over the last year or so, but as with all Paris hotels, it's vastly overpriced for what it is. See if you can get a room at the front for a great view of the station and the general hustle that goes on there. It quietens down at night and there is good soundproofing. Rooms at the back are quieter, but less interesting.
The area around the hotel can look a bit intimidating, but we've never had any problems there, just don't be stupid. There are good eating options all around so everything you'd need is nearby. Breakfast is available at the New Hotel next door - and this has always been good, if a little difficult to find. Pay for it at the hotel.
The guy on the desk this time was very friendly and fun which always makes a stay more pleasant.

Vvlad.mncOverall, a good hotel. The location is very good, as it’s close to the metro station and very close to Montmartre. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities around, which is great, all within walking distance. The only downside was the size of the room, which was tiny. Not a huge issue for a short person like me, but with two people in the room, it was difficult to move around at times. The towels could also do with an upgrade, as they are very thin and small.
The staff was friendly and helpful, no faults there. However, it would be great if they could take more of a proactive approach to deter antisocial behaviour (a guest was playing loud music on a portable speaker outside the hotel, right at the entrance, at 3 am, and nobody did anything about it).

AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers.
I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival.
Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris.
There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper.
The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel.
I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night.
The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars.
In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room.
It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****.
We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear.
Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us.
Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them.
We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day.
Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me.
I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug.
