Thank you for choosing our H4 Paris Pleyel hotel.

"Location is far from the city center but convenient to take Metro 13 or 14. They have free swimming pools on the 40th floor. They have amazing skybar. After a whole day visiting and roaming around outside, coming back to the hotel and enjoying time there is also great. The only problem is the bathroom with glasses, the water was leaking too much whenever we took a shower, I tried to report to the receptionist but unfortunately nothing fixed until I checked out."

"The hotel is located in a quiet residential area not far from the subway. Because we arrived late, there was no one at the front desk so we had to wait. The entrance is small and difficult to find as the first floor is under renovation, but it is a reasonable and simple hotel."

"The hotel is great, and there's a free shuttle from Terminal 2. Here's how to find the shuttle: From arrivals, follow the orange icon (a person lying on a bed) to T2 Departures. Turn around, and you'll see **&2D and the orange icon together (⚠️ for those coming from T2, you *must* look back to see both **&2D and the orange icon together to know you're in the right direction!). (⚠️ Don't just follow Departures or Arrivals, stick closely to **&2D + the orange icon!) You'll walk for a while, and when you see a Carl's Jr. restaurant, you know you're headed the right way (if you don't see it, you're not). If you're coming from T2, you don't need to take the airport's circular train; other terminals require you to take the train to T2. Once you find the shuttle stop, there will be a large bus. The hotel's name (B&B) isn't listed on the vertical sign, so just ask the driver for the B&B hotel. It's the first stop. (⚠️ There are two B&B hotels at CDG, so make sure to ask the driver! I hope this is helpful!) We encountered a Black guy at T2 who was pretending to be staff (no uniform or badge) and gave us wrong directions. He was very enthusiastically trying to lead us to T1 (⚠️ kept saying 'free' and was polite, but might have had mental health issues). So, if my instructions are unclear, and you ask for help, make sure the staff are wearing uniforms and badges. If there's a language barrier, just show them the B&B icon, and they should understand."

"Pros 1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel 2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy! 3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast. 4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. 5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay. 6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track. Cons 1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs. 2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some. 3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!"

"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay as a family. The location is great — there’s a metro station right in front of the property, which makes getting around quite convenient. You’ll just need to make one transfer to reach most of the main central areas. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety. The only thing that could be improved is the croissants, as they were a bit doughy inside — perhaps something to review for next time. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely choose this place again!"

"I was shocked when the receptionist asked me to pay 21.50€ taxes instead of the 10.40€ advised by TRIP.COM. I don't know if the mistake came from TRIP.COM or the receptionist but I paid the requested 21.50€. The smell in the corridor of the hotel is aggressively disgusting. A hotel must be able to fight against odours, particularly in corridors. The first impression we have about a place if captured by our nose. Being welcomed by a disgusting smell in the corridor of a hotel spoils the whole stay in that hotel. More efforts need to be done in the shared toilets. On Saturday, we noticed that cubicle 1 and 2 were off due to issues with the flush, which we reported and this got fixed quite quickly. Well done!"

AAnonymous UserHotel front desk and concierge is very friendly and helpful . Staffs in the lounge bar and restaurant are very warm and friendly too. Room is very big in Paris standard. Room design is tasteful, graceful yet modern. The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine, except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine. The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light. Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc. If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it. The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

GGuest UserThe people were fantastic! Very helpful and accommodating and deserve good tips. The location is nice, not that close to EiffelTower but close to park and restaurant choices. You need to learn the metro and bus system in order to visit Paris or if you have a family just Uber. Two big issues: the indoor pool water is cold and my 11 year old refuses to swim in it. A pool was a huge selling point and ended being unusable. The place caters to families, and a 24 hour payable washer and dryer would be very useful on the premises. Otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and I definitely recommend staying there as a couple or with family.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages. It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

SSi ccThe perfect place to end my Paris trip! My three-night stay at the Best Western Imperial Hotel on the Elysee exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, with stunning views of the Parisian skyline. Opening a bottle of rosé sparkling wine and watching the sunset from the balcony – who wouldn't say it's romantic? The service was impeccable. The receptionist spoke English, was always smiling, and check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and surrounded by countless restaurants and bars. If you're still staying at other hotels in Paris, you're seriously missing out! This is the only hotel I trust in Paris – try it and see!

GGuest UserSeveral major attractions are not far away. Except for the Paris Opera House, which can be reached by foot, the rest can be reached by subway or bus. The small supermarket downstairs is quite convenient. There is a one-way street at the door, but you need to take a detour to take a taxi. The surrounding subways are not very close. It takes six or seven minutes to walk, and it takes 15️⃣ minutes to walk. The hotel toiletries are from Nuxe. You can ask the front desk for slippers. The breakfast is very simple and has everything you need. It is no problem to eat full. I personally think it is a bit far from the Ory Airport on Line 14. It is a bit tiring to drag the suitcase. We have to take the subway because we are in a hurry. The complex is average in terms of cost performance. Next time, I will definitely choose a hotel close to the subway. It is best to be able to see the subway at a glance.

AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.

Vvlad.mncOverall, a good hotel. The location is very good, as it’s close to the metro station and very close to Montmartre. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities around, which is great, all within walking distance. The only downside was the size of the room, which was tiny. Not a huge issue for a short person like me, but with two people in the room, it was difficult to move around at times. The towels could also do with an upgrade, as they are very thin and small.  The staff was friendly and helpful, no faults there. However, it would be great if they could take more of a proactive approach to deter antisocial behaviour (a guest was playing loud music on a portable speaker outside the hotel, right at the entrance, at 3 am, and nobody did anything about it).

RRod NorthWe've stayed here a few times now - mostly as it's incredibly handy for the Eurostar and the Gare du Nord (literally across the road). The quality of the rooms has definitely improved over the last year or so, but as with all Paris hotels, it's vastly overpriced for what it is. See if you can get a room at the front for a great view of the station and the general hustle that goes on there. It quietens down at night and there is good soundproofing. Rooms at the back are quieter, but less interesting. The area around the hotel can look a bit intimidating, but we've never had any problems there, just don't be stupid. There are good eating options all around so everything you'd need is nearby. Breakfast is available at the New Hotel next door - and this has always been good, if a little difficult to find. Pay for it at the hotel. The guy on the desk this time was very friendly and fun which always makes a stay more pleasant.

SShikha05My recent trip to Paris was absolutely magical and exceeded all expectations! We traveled as a couple and spent three unforgettable days exploring the beauty, charm, and history of this incredible city. Highlights: • Eiffel Tower at night – A breathtaking experience with the twinkling lights and a perfect photo spot! • Disneyland Paris – A must-visit for couples and families. The rides, parades, and the atmosphere brought out our inner child. • Seine River Cruise – Super romantic and offered a different perspective of the city’s iconic landmarks. • Montmartre & Sacré-Cœur – Loved the artistic vibes, street musicians, and the stunning view of Paris from the top. • Food – From fresh croissants and macarons to cozy French bistros, every meal was a delight. Accommodation & Travel: We booked everything via Trip.com – the hotel was centrally located and very clean, and all transportation options were smooth and well-organized. Great value for money and excellent customer support. Paris truly lives up to its reputation as the city of love. Highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic getaway, or anyone who wants to fall in love with history, architecture, and amazing food. Merci, Paris! 🇫🇷💫 Will definitely visit again.
