"First of all, the lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is excellent. Room amenities are replenished daily, which is a nice touch.
The room size is reasonable, and cleanliness is very well maintained — great job to the housekeeping team.
One of the highlights is the gym, which offers a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The gym also has a coffee machine, which is quite unique and not something you see in many hotels around the world — a fun bonus!
I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again."

"I stayed here the night before flying out of Charles de Gaulle Airport. I was really pleased with the delicious and varied breakfast.
For a Hilton, the price was quite reasonable. However, some of the staff seemed to prioritize their own conversations over assisting guests. (I arrived early due to a rental car return, so I dropped off my luggage first and planned to pick it up at check-in, as they don't deliver luggage to rooms.) I was kept waiting while a front desk staff member, even after being called twice by me and once by a passing colleague, continued a seemingly enjoyable conversation with another guest.
To make matters worse, when I handed over the luggage claim tag, the staff member said, ”Oh, I forgot my glasses today, so I can't read this.” They then made us search for our own bags. They didn't verify anything at all; if we had pointed to the wrong bags, we could have easily taken them."

"The hotel is located in the 8th district, which feels very safe and peaceful. It's less than a five-minute walk to the subway station, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient! The hotel's design is quite unique, and the room is very spacious. I got so caught up photographing the balcony that I forgot to take pictures of the bed and bathroom, but rest assured, they are exactly as shown in the pictures. "Given the low price, I was initially worried about the cleanliness, but it turned out the rooms seem to have been renovated. Aside from being a bit small, there were no other issues. Even with a large suitcase, there was enough space to open it next to the bed. I assume air conditioning is available during the summer months. Bottled water isn't provided in the room, but you can purchase it from the vending machine downstairs. Make sure to have coins on hand, or you can buy it directly from the front desk. The airport shuttle costs €7, but a Bolt ride is around €10. For two people, taking a ride-share like Bolt is actually more economical. The journey to Terminal 1 only takes about 10 minutes."

AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :)
The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!!
At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

GGuest UserI stayed in a triple room for three nights, and everything was great. The room was in excellent condition, the heating was very warm, and the facilities were clean. Above all, the staff was incredibly kind, which made my stay even better.
It was my first time visiting Paris, and on the last day, I had to travel to the airport alone since my travel companions and I were going separate ways. The staff kindly helped me arrange a shared taxi, which allowed me to get to the airport safely and at a reasonable price. I really appreciated their warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.
The hotel’s location is great, but the kindness of the staff made it feel even more special—better than a five-star luxury hotel! If I ever visit Paris again, I will definitely stay here again.
J’ai séjourné dans une chambre triple pendant trois nuits, et tout était parfait. La chambre était en excellent état, le chauffage fonctionnait très bien, et les installations étaient très propres. Mais surtout, le personnel était incroyablement gentil, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.
C’était ma première visite à Paris, et le dernier jour, j’ai dû me rendre seule à l’aéroport, car mes compagnons de voyage et moi avons pris des chemins différents. Le personnel m’a aidée avec beaucoup de gentillesse à réserver un taxi partagé, ce qui m’a permis d’arriver à l’aéroport en toute sécurité et à un prix raisonnable. J’ai vraiment apprécié leurs sourires chaleureux et leur hospitalité exceptionnelle.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bon, mais la gentillesse du personnel a rendu mon séjour encore plus spécial—même mieux qu’un hôtel de luxe cinq étoiles ! Si je reviens à Paris, je reviendrai sans aucun doute ici.

+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

GGuest UserThe hotel location was fantastic, we didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower but did overlook the statue of liberty. Our party was mum & 2 adult daughters. The staff at reception were really friendly. Our trip was to celebrate a 21st birthday and a pre wedding trip for my daughters and the hotel had decorated the room as a surprise which was lovely. The double bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel, but the sofa bed could definitely use some upgrading. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there were restaurant options available, and a nice self service room which sold essentials (bottled water, toothbrushes, sandwiches, even microwave meals and the microwave to heat them up in). Everywhere was immaculately clean. It was a 15-20 minute wander to the Eiffel Tower and at no point did we feel unsafe, even when walking back at 11.30pm. We all loved it and I definitely hope to go back again. We would recommend to anyone with realistic expectations.

On the positive side, the location of the hotel is very convenient, being just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There is also a K-Mart located on the corner of the hotel, I found the items there to be relatively expensive. Within walking distance, there is a Monoprix supermarket that offers a wider variety of products at better value.
I found most of the staff to be friendly and helpful, which contributed positively to my stay. However, I did encounter one staff member who did not respond to my request, which was disappointing. I would also recommend future guests complete online check-in in advance, as it allows for a quicker key collection upon arrival.
That said, there were several aspects that could be improved. There was no daily cleaning service provided during the stay, and guests are required to dispose of their own rubbish, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the sink in my room was choked, and unfortunately, the lift was not working during my stay. There is no concierge service, and guests are required to pay between €4–€7 to use the baggage lockers. Lastly, I found the city tax to be quite high, which added significantly to the overall cost of the stay.
Overall, while the location and most of the staff were great, addressing the maintenance issues, service limitations, and overall cost concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience.

SsknoseyOn quiet street so taxi pickup and drop off easy and near to small supermarket, bank and restaurants of various types. It is half an hour from central paris but i chose to stay here because I was near to who I was visiting.
My main bug bare is that the lift is painfully slow to come, to close doors, to go down. I am patient but this tested it. First time taxi drivers arrived before I could get downstairs!
Breakfast for an extra €12 is continental.
My room, the sink was a bit blocked so water took ages to drain. You would have to leave it and go but that is what I was usually doing so I didnt complain.
Only one door on the shower so first day floor completely flooded until I asked for more towel mats.
Its like a small local very old Travelodge but OK. Dingey and dark but if you are out most of the time then it doesnt matter. I would stay here again at a push. The lift just really got on my last nerve.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just in front of the station Gare du nord.Very easy and convenient to go anywhere to Eiffel tower,Louvre museum,and others from here either by bus,metro,Eurostar.U won't get lost.Just the lift for the hotel is a bit small.It can accommodate u and 2 big luggage one time.There is KFC beside the hotel and other cafes.The carrefour is behind the hotel.So u can shop some groceries or snacks also.

AAnonymous UserBreakfast: Standard continental, with a spacious dining area. However, the French chain burger joint right outside is absolutely delicious, with a Caribbean flair.
Room: The double room felt cramped, which is understandable given it's only 13 square meters, similar to some student accommodations in the UK. I wouldn't recommend it.
Cleanliness: The lobby is large and quite good. However, there were small bloodstains on the sheets, which looked like they had been washed many times. The bathroom is tiny, as the bathtub takes up a lot of space. It feels like an old building that's been converted, similar to the 'laopoxiao' (old, dilapidated, and small) apartments you find in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. You could probably find a better option for the same price. But then again, it is a chain hotel.
Location: It's fairly convenient, within 30 minutes of major attractions. However, the entrance isn't very conspicuous, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there. There's a nice park near a subway station behind the hotel.
