"The location of hotel is proximity the best. It is short walking (5-10minutes) distance to very authentic local wet market (Penuine market), accessible to A2 foodcourt, and Grant Batam Mall. It is also short driving distance (grab) to various attractions at around 10minutes. The room is spacious, clean and nice smell. There are capsule coffee, spray fragrance, slipper and toileteries assesoriea supplying. Staff are friendly and very nice. Breakfast is very good too. Overall the best staying experience."

"I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains. The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal. I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience. While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay. In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!"

"The hotel is in a great location and it’s fine if you are on a short budget trip. It’s a 5 minute walk to Grand Batam Mall with a pet store on the way if you need to stock up on pet treats. It is also walking distance to various social media popular cafes. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom and the air con was warm. There is some pink mould on the bathroom walls as well. If I was staying more than one night, I would’ve asked to change rooms because of the cold water."

"that awesome 🤩 theme room. My son love it and the room very clean. The reception and the cleaner all very kind. If have playground that will be perfect and the swimming pool need upgrade. There have deer park nearby walk in 10mins. If go there, need selfready raw carrot to feed."

"Conveniently located within walking distance of the shopping triangle Grand Batam Mall, Penuin market and BCS mall. Rooms are nice and contemporary. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone from the security, to front desk to bellboy, porter and restaurant staff and housekeeping. Overall a very good stay at the hotel."

"The room was very clean, and the bed was spacious enough for two people. The location is convenient, with several restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Although there was a slight odor in the room, it was still tolerable. The gym had just opened and was well-equipped with a variety of machines. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"This trip I have made observation as the previous complaints dis not took place. Hence, I need to lmake a long list as below A) Doors are ageing. The anti theft door buckle not properly fixed. Some are loose and missing B) clothes hanger in the toilets were loose . Some screws are missing C) the dust on the window area no properly cleaned or wiped. The layers of dust are very obvious at the side of the windows D) the power point sockets loose. Not able to tighhen. Hence it caused expose. Can be very dangerous E) the quality of the breakfast buffet turned from bad and worse. Looked like cost cutting"

"Check in was a breeze. Very thoughtful service by staff to plan the decor and celebration of our Anniversary! This is what truly stands out for Swiss-Bel as compared to other big & new hotels in Batam, though the hotel is much older and needs some refurbishment especially the toilet with some unpleasant smells. Food buffet is not bad and rather delicious but variety across days can be further improved and they can consider serving Indomie for breakfast buffet! Kudos once again to the thoughtfulness of the customer service enjoyed in our stay!"

"It was a wonderful stay throughout that 3 days we were there. Staff were all very friendly and i have complimented them in all the social media on all the things that created a memorable experience for us. The hotel room was nice and feel new. Live the google assist in the room. Breakfast was spreadful too. Will definitely recommend people to try this hotel."
