"At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road."

"There is a nightclub right beside the hotel to my amazement. Other than this, there's swimming pool, gym and restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are rather old so don't expect it to be in tip top condition, oh and there was small croach crawling out of the toilet loll👀 but interesting outer view nonetheless"

"I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. "First time stay in Swiss belhotel harbour bay… Good hotel near by harbour bay ferry terminal..just walk about 10 minutes and the services is really awesome from the guest officer until the restaurant staff really excellent , especially Maya she always check on us about anything that make us comfortable to stay and she make birthday surprise that make us feel special and the restaurant staff Anabil (if not wrong the name 😊)he also very good But mostly all the staff in the hotel very good and friendly and the breakfast also good.. Is really recommended to stay there"

"Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬"

"Check-in was quite fast. Do note that a deposit is required. Lobby was undergoing renovations but it wasn't too bad. Other than the lobby (cos reno), it really is a very beautiful property. We opted for the studio villa as we wanted the higher walls for privacy. Room was very clean and spacious, bed with lots of pillows was comfortable for me. Room had two ac units which was appreciated as it definitely cooled down the room faster. Smart TV worked fine with loads of channels. Bathroom (& bathtub) was huge but the water pressure was a bit low on the shower/tub tap although was ok for the sink and toilet. Private pool was clean altho i think the wooden slats may need some maintenance work. We didn't encounter much mosquitoes, maybe there was one or two flying around on our last day. Our room came with two complimentary daily drinks at the restaurant which is smack in the middle of the resort. Breakfast was semi buffet. During check-in, you fill out this slip for each day for your choice of mains. If you want to change your choice, just go back to the reception desk one day before your scheduled breakfast to update your slip. Although there were 3 time slots, we actually came in much earlier before our alloted slot, and it wasn't an issue. Besides breakfast, we also had room service. The food was delicious and quite reasonably priced. Spent abt sgd12 total for nasi goreng and mee goreng. Something that I've never encountered at any other hotel was we had to sign an acknowledgement form when we ordered in, like to say we received 2 plates, 2 spoons etc. Not a big issue. The best part of Woda is the staff. From housekeeping to property maintenance to restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful."

"The hotel in now under renovation, moving at lobby abit inconvenient but location for food and supermarket is convenient . Room rate is reasonable with buffet breakfast worth the price."
