"This Japanese-style hot spring hotel is fully equipped and the lobby is quite luxuriously decorated. We arrived early and enjoyed free afternoon tea and foot soup first. At three o'clock, a waiter in a kimono guided us to the door of the room, which was very intimate. After the bath, we had dinner on the 2nd floor of the hotel at the time we had booked in advance. The dinner was a standard kaiseki dish and was very hearty. Each family had their own private dining space and was equipped with a dedicated full service. At 9 pm, the hotel arranged a local Taigu performance in Kaga for the guests, which was very special. The whole experience was very satisfying."

"The hotel is very quiet and elegant. There is a mountain trail of Yanhexianxi nearby for walking. The free hot springs and Daiqier hot springs are both indoors and outdoors. The environment is large and beautiful. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful in service. The overall comfort and enjoyment are great."

"The equipment of this room was very attractive as I saw it in the photos on Trip.com. I saw that some rooms had a thin hot spring basin, so I chose this room. I was so happy that I could soak in the hot spring in the room. How did I know that there was no such equipment when I arrived in the room? After I went to the front desk to find out the situation, after dealing with them for a while, they just said that the information on the Trip.com website was wrong. This was a photo of another room and had nothing to do with their hotel. . Therefore, I advise everyone who plans to book a hotel on Trip.com not to trust the photos and information on the Trip.com website!"

"The hotel is located near a mountain hot spring. It's been renovated and everything is new and clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner offer a variety of Japanese dishes. There's a FamilyMart convenience store not far away. You can reach the Heshengu hiking trail behind the hotel by turning left or right. The game room has pool, billiards, table tennis, etc. In the afternoon, you can practically have the bathhouse to yourself. The hotel's free bicycles are convenient for riding around. The maple leaves here weren't red yet at the end of October; it would be even more beautiful if you came two weeks later."

Yamanaka Onsen, a place surrounded by rich nature Enjoy the baths that moisturize your body and soul, which was praised by Matsuo Basho, and the view that changes depending on the season.

"I booked four sets of rooms for one night. I didn’t expect the four sets of rooms that had been paid on the program. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount of the four suites, but the hotel waiter’s English level was very poor. I disturbed for an hour in speechlessness. Later, I learned that the payment on the program was originally a deposit. God! For such a simple matter, the hotel waiter clearly told me that the payment you paid on the program was all a deposit. Why do you say that we didn't pay? I was late to the hotel this day, so I was delayed for another hour, and we had no time to enjoy the hotel facilities. I hope that the platform and the hotel will communicate better in the future to avoid this situation. This time it really brought me inconvenience. Except for this hotel, the whole is very good."

"It was my first time to experience a Japanese-style room. It was clean and tidy. The house was old but not old, which was great! The space was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had two public hot springs. Although they were not big, they were quite comfortable. I went there during off-peak hours and it was just like a private hot spring."

Kaga Modern Onsen Ryokan, located along the Kakusenkei Gorge which is the most beautiful valley in the Hokuriku region. Scenic mountain streams can be seen from the guest rooms, lobby lounge, restaurants and outdoor hot spring baths. Rich nature of four seasons such as cherry blossoms, fresh green, firefly watching, moon viewing, autumn leaves and snowy landscapes will soothe you. For dinner, enjoy traditional Kaga cuisine using seasonal ingredients such as fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan, including snow crab, sweet shrimp, rosy sea bass, and Kaga vegetables, as well as freshly fried tempura in kaiseki cuisine with a complimentary beverage bar. Kagari Kissho-tei, where you can enjoy food, hot springs, history, and traditional culture, also offers special services for guests staying consecutive nights as well as for guests celebrating anniversaries such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries. The Korogibashi Bridge, a symbol of Yamanaka Onsen, is just to the left of our ryokan, and the building also faces Yuge Kaido, the main street lined with Yamanaka lacquerware and Kutani pottery galleries, where you can stroll while wearing a yukata. We offer a free shuttle service with 11 daily departures, which takes about 20 minutes from Kaga Onsen Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line and 30 minutes from Komatsu Airport. You can also take a local bus from the nearby bus terminal to Eiheiji Temple, the famous main temple of the Zen sect (about 50 minutes).

"Kishotei Inn is located in the Yamanaka Onsen Street. There is a hotel shuttle bus from the south exit parking lot of Kaga Onsen JR Station that can pick you up at scheduled times. You need to reserve a time in advance. Just use your email address. The pick-up and drop-off staff are very friendly and the hotel service is better. It is in place, and the period architecture adds to the Japanese style of the hot spring hotel. It has a clean and hygienic environment, rich breakfast and dinner, considerate hot tea and snacks in the lobby, and a beautiful open-air hot spring and scenery near the stream on the first floor. There is also a hotel next to the hotel. There are Hexianxi Trail and Hot Spring Street Town, both of which are refreshing and relaxing hot spring tours. It is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity."

"It was my first time there. It was more than worth the price! The accommodation, bath, and food were all above our expectations. My family and I have been talking about how we really want to come back. However, when my children and I asked the staff where the vending machines were at night, they were cleaning up so it may have been difficult, but we were completely ignored right in front of us, which was a little sad. I would like to go back again if I listen carefully to the initial explanation. Other than that it was great."

Enjoy the seasonal expressions of nature A hot spring inn that boasts an open-air bath facing the mountain stream. Our hotel is surrounded by lush nature and has a clear stream flowing below. Please spend a peaceful time listening to the murmuring of the river and the chirping of birds.

"It was good because I was able to stay with two meals at an affordable price. It was good because the meal was a style to take what I liked, so I could adjust the amount of food I eat. I don't know much about the quality of the hot springs, but it was nice to have a wide 々 bathtub, and I could see the green outside and an open-air bath. There was also a sauna! There were a lot of manga in the manga corner 〜 I was a little worried about the smell of the wind coming out of the air conditioner, probably because the room I stayed in was a room that was not used for a certain period of time, there was a place where dust was slightly piled up."

"The hotel provides a shuttle service to Kaga Onsen Station. You can make an appointment by calling. The hot spring hotel offers one night and two meals. The service and dishes are always impeccable. The hotel is located in the center of Kaga Onsen Town, next to Hoshino Kai. The water quality of Yamashiro Onsen is very good. Five minutes every morning and evening will make your skin feel very obvious. The tableware is very exquisite. It may be because it is adjacent to the Rosanjin Residence and Kutani Ware production area. Before the meal, the dedicated elderly butler will put on the kimono and sash for the guests. It is very quiet here. I stayed comfortably for two nights. The only thing is that the food is large. If you don’t eat it, you will waste it. After eating, you will feel too full. By the way, there is free ice cream at the lobby bar on the first floor during the day. There is a half-hour piano performance at 9:00-9:30 at night. The young man who sent us to the station at the end has a pair of big eyes and is very handsome. The hotel also has waiters who can speak Chinese and English. There are more elderly and polite waiters. The belts worn by the elderly are really beautiful and comfortable."

NNuonuokafeiIn the 2025 cherry blossom season, the first five hotels in Kyoto, Japan and the Hokuriku region were all rated poorly, either dirty or noisy. Finally, there is a hotel with all 5-star reviews. You must make an appointment for the transportation from Kaga Onsen to the hotel at least one day in advance on your own official website or ask Ctrip. I made an appointment with Ctrip two days in advance. I like the customer service. Follow the instructions at the south gate of Kaga Onsen Station to see the hotel's car. The timetable is shown in the last photo. The driver is courteous and considerate. On the way, there will be a brief introduction to the Buddha statue, snow mountain, famous product Mantou Niangniang, etc. It takes 25 minutes to arrive at the hotel. It feels like home. The staff kneels down to serve. Now the process is done quickly. The corner Western-style room I booked is very good to live in. The sun is bright and the size is just right. The hotel is generous and the coffee and tea bar is available 24 hours a day. The quality is excellent. It is so thoughtful. You can choose a Kutani yaki tea cup. The latte is very delicious. The afternoon tea teppanyaki restaurant makes fresh pancakes. At 4 pm, five kinds of sweet cocktails are provided for happy hour. They are prepared by the staff and are delicious. Pudding is provided at 8 pm. There is a geisha performance at 8:45 Yamanaka Festival. A plate of snacks is also delicious in the morning. There is a row of sake for dinner. I didn’t pay attention to whether it is a self-service sake or free. I think this price and quality are above average. Breakfast is also full of sincerity and free sake is provided. The staff in the restaurant are very warm and thoughtful. My room does not have a private bath. When you check in, you will be asked to choose a private bath for 50 minutes. The large bath is also very good. You can also soak in the foot bath when you are free. I really can’t find any fault with this cost performance. I stayed in the expensive hotel next to it, Huazi, the next day. There was nothing except two bottles of water, a bag of coffee and a bag of stick tea. There was a welcome tea, but no other activities or food. Jixiangting is really serious about running a hotel. The only thing is that sometimes there is a faint smell of sewage in the hotel. In addition, there are a lot of Hong Kong tour groups staying there, and they talk very loudly.

EeasyyongOur stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

JJingyouxinzao^_^If you like hot springs, this should be a good choice. The hotel is good in all aspects, the service is very good, and the hotel hardware is also good. The hotel has its own hot springs. There is a Meiji-era hot spring outside the door that seems to be quite good. It is free for hotel guests. Yes, the price includes breakfast and dinner. The quality is very good. After staying for two days, I felt that I was full after the second meal. If you don’t like hot springs, it is suitable to experience a Japanese-style hotel. We don’t like hot springs. After staying for two nights, I felt like I had nothing to do 😂 😂 😂

KKaChun328Hygiene: The hotel room is very clean and well-equipped with air purifiers! But in fact, the environment near the hotel is very close to nature, and the air here is much fresher than in the city. Location: The only drawback of this hotel may be its location. Since this hotel is located halfway up the mountain, it can only be reached by car, shuttle bus or taxi. I took a taxi from Kaga Onsen Station. The journey took about 12 minutes and the fare was about 3,200 yen. I think the price is reasonable because the attitude of taxi drivers here is much better than in Hong Kong. If you don’t think it is expensive, you can give it a try. In addition, the hotel also has a shuttle bus that can be reserved. You can inform the hotel staff in advance. Service: I like the attitude of the hotel waiters very much. Unfortunately, an earthquake occurred when I went there (an earthquake and tsunami occurred in Ishikawa Prefecture, Hokuriku on January 1, 2024😢). The employees in the store were very patient and attentive in asking customers about their situation and taking care of them. safety. Since there are many Japanese locals there, I am almost the only foreigner in the whole hotel, but the staff will try their best to translate for me. I am very grateful to them. 🫶🏼 Facilities: There are various activity rooms, but I have not seen them in detail. Most of them require reservation. I hope this helps everyone who wants to go to Kaga Onsen. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel on a beautiful river. Large georgeous room. For Japanese standards the service was just ok. Much nicer greeting upon arrival. Was left to drag my suitcases out the door with a wonderful old lady trying to help me. Of course I could not allow her to lift the heavy bags. All the other people were not available to help or see me out. Extremely rude by Japanese standards. Coffee at breakfast I was told to get at the coffee machine. Substandard for the class of hotel.

Super favorite hotel. Traditional Japanese-style room, spacious and bright, with thoughtful design. Through the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountain village and listen to the sound of trickling streams. The outdoor hot spring has 5 mixed bathing pools and 2 for women. The hot spring water is flowing and very clean. Soaking in the soup pond surrounded by immortality, below is the clear mountain spring flowing by, it is really enjoyable! Although the hotel breakfast is not luxurious, it is nutritious and delicious, and the dinner is also very good. It is a good place to relax and retreat.
