"The owner is very helpful and friendly. All our needs are being met. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony every morning. They also offered us a city tour package, which I think was the best for beginners or first timers in Baguio. The only problem is the location. Transportation is a bit of a problem here if you don't want to bring your car or if you don't have one. Limited transportation since Grab/Taxi are also limited in Baguio due to the numbers of tourists, plus if you're a first timer for sure you don't know how to commute to downtown. But all in all, our stay is 8/10. I wished we could stay longer next time. Thank youuu."

"My stay here is very wonderful and superb. The hosts are very accommodating and very kind. This hotel is highly recommendable specially if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel. The place is very clean and it’s quiet you can sleep soundly. They provided locker for your belongings and a room for your luggage. I enjoy taking bath with their heater despite of breezy temperature in the location. Also provide free WIFI. Though you better bring your own drinking water although they also provide but it’s inside it’s embarrassing to ask always but i think suggesting to put water dispenser to where occupants can easily access. This place is very secured and they maintain cleanliness kudos to the host. Looking forward to coming back. Btw, this place is very near to everything, Just walking distance to SM, Session Road, Burnham, Night Marker and The Cathedral. Not familiar to the place but they call it Market Baguio"

"It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. GGuest User2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

Amenities such as a refrigerator, cooking ware, and basic kitchen utensils were available, which was very convenient. The host was responsive and replied promptly whenever we had questions, which was appreciated.
The location is a bit far from the main road and city center, but it is a good option for those who prefer a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Check-in was smooth overall, though the front desk staff was not very welcoming and when I mentioned my unit number, she did not assist or guide us, not even to show where the lift was.
Aside from that, there were no issues with the unit. The host also reached out and let us know to inform her if we needed anything for our comfort.

GGuest UserThe hotel is okay for a short stay, though there are a few things to keep in mind.
The place is a bit old, and it shows in some of the room features. The electrical outlets are the parallel type, so you’ll need to bring an adapter if you plan to charge your devices. The bathroom setup could also use some improvement—the door doesn’t lock, and the shower door doesn’t fully close, which means water can easily spill out and leave the floor wet.
We paid a little under ₱2000 for an overnight stay, which already included breakfast. The location is also fairly convenient. If you enjoy walking, Burnham Park is about a kilometer away, and it’s an easy and pleasant walk—we ended up going there on foot ourselves.
Overall, it’s not the most modern or polished place, but it works fine if you’re just looking for a simple place to stay for the night.

GGuest UserThe picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed.
But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com
change that.
Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above.

But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
