"This was our first stop in the Philippines and we were welcomed by possibly the most friendly staff from our entire trip. The room was clean but there was a bit of a funky ”damp” smell on our floor but nothing awful. The breakfast buffet was quite good but the western options were basic and mostly sweet (not as issue for us!). Good location, we walked all the way to Baywalk which was flat but mostly down a main road so a tuktuk might be best if going that way. We didn't use the facilities but we did have a squiz and the gym was being used and the pool looked nice. This was a quick stop for us but happy to have stayed here!"

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "The staff were by far the best thing about this place! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place itself was good and the room was nice and clean but the bed was a little small and my husband is quite tall. There was a decent little swimming pool downstairs. We were only there for one night so didn’t really explore the local area but booked the firefly tour through the hotel which was a lovely little excursion. The breakfast was good and there were some decent veggie options on the standard menu!"

"Malinis naman po! Pero Diko alam bat nangangati yung toddler ko. Maganda yung hotel kids friendly may play house at may pool for kids. Gandaaaaa. Then hinatiran ako ng breakfast sa room kc di ako maka baba kc may mga infant at toddler thank you! Masarap din yung foods 😍😍😍 Malapit din sa Robinsons Palawan, Starbucks and many more ❤️."

"Very nice hotel and has the potential to be a great hotel.  Staff are extremely polite and friendly - always saying hello.  Pool are is great with ample swimming locations and sunbeds.  Food is to be expected at a hotel both in terms of price and quality.  Town is too far away to walk, but ample tricycles to take you.  Biggest let down for us was the water pressure - every time we had a shower, there would be no pressure and would need to contact front desk for maintenance to do something to the pump. Every time.  After the 4th complaint they really should’ve moved us to another room. We were on level4."

"We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them. In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked). However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious. The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained. The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos."

"My husband and I stayed in one of the little huts with our own deck. It was so nice to relax in the hammock. Everything was clean and the staff were very quick to help if you needed something. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The food was delicious and they were able to make vegan for me. We walked down to the beach and back which I enjoyed because it was good exercise. The walk to the beach can be steep at times so wouldn't be good for someone with mobility issues. We loved it here and would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends. "
