"Very clean and modern Hotel, nice rooftop pool. The only thing I would complain about is the coffee at the breakfast. The taste is very watery and not strong as it should be. Also the cinnamon roll I bought from the restaurant was not fresh."

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "We stayed at Best Western Plus Puerto Princesa for one night before our flight to Manila, and it was a wonderful experience. After exploring beautiful Palawan, it was the perfect place to relax before continuing our journey. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. What made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and they made sure we had a smooth and pleasant stay. Even though our visit was short, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of us. We would happily stay here again when visiting Palawan!"

"The staff were by far the best thing about this place! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place itself was good and the room was nice and clean but the bed was a little small and my husband is quite tall. There was a decent little swimming pool downstairs. We were only there for one night so didn’t really explore the local area but booked the firefly tour through the hotel which was a lovely little excursion. The breakfast was good and there were some decent veggie options on the standard menu!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the Amorita resort. The hotel is new and the rooms are large and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and provided us with little treats like chocolate and cookies. This is a great location for those travelling from the airport."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before heading to El Nido. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The view from the pool, overlooking Honda Bay, is simply breathtaking. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers and shuttle service to/from Robinson's Mall. You can also conveniently book a minivan to El Nido directly through them. In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Options included scrambled eggs/omelets, cereal, bread, jams, and butter. There was very little fruit and only one salad. The rice, soups, and other dishes weren't particularly appealing to a European palate (the meat and fish were too overcooked). However, the à la carte menu for dinner and lunch (which is paid) was, on the contrary, very delicious. The hotel itself is quite old. The furniture in the rooms shows its age. There was also a slight musty smell, although the cleanliness was maintained. The staff were incredibly pleasant and responsive. Overall, the hotel is suitable for 1-2 nights, but don't rely too heavily on the photos."

"We stayed in the King’s Prime View room (or something along those lines), and we honestly had a spectacular experience. The views were stunning — I’m sharing some photos because they really speak for themselves. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pools are great, super accessible, well-oriented for sun throughout the day, and overall very relaxing. The hotel is about 10–15 minutes away from the center. The on-site restaurant isn’t the best, of course, but the food is decent enough for dinner and does the job. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it."

"A hidden paradise!  Located in a kinda secluded and very peaceful brgy, this beautiful work of art resort saved us from being grumpy after getting stuck in the middle of typhoon. Staff and their service was above and beyond. With their warm smile and accommodating nature, we couldn’t be happier.  We thought they’re the best part addition to this place!  Facility - top tier! Every thing was well thought, from the details to your needs, name it and its there.  Food was good and every day they offer different breakfast selections and wow! Delish!  Pool bar is a great touch too and the cocktails esp the sangria was delicious!  We’re travellers and this is the first time we fell inlove with a resort. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back next year with our family! Thank you so so much Carpe Diem! You made our vacation very very special and unforgettable!"

"Everything about this hotel was amazing, but most of all, the staff (hotel and restaurant) was excellent and the highlight of our stay. They were respectful, called us by name every time they would see us, and went out of their way to cater to our every whim. The view from the bar is amazing and their authentic Philippino cuisine top notch. I am not vegan or vegetarian but the vegan restaurant was excellent, I didn't want to eat anywhere apart from the restaurant hotels and portions were huge and very reasonably priced. We had a Seaview room and it was stunning. The room also has a mini fridge, a Dyson hairdryer, a TV with Netflix and Prime (log in with your own account), a safe and a swinging chair in front of the window. The balcony is small but has a bench and a drying rack. The hotel provides beach towels. They also provided free airport shuttles and arranged all our excursions. They don't have laundry services but there are laundry services within a few steps from the hotel. There are also a great bakery, ATMs, a night street market and plenty of other bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the hotel. There isn't a phone in the room but the hotel uses WhatsApp to communicate and it worked super well. I would stay there again and can highly recommend!"
