"We really had a very nice holiday here! The whole environment was excellent, all the facilities were easy to use and really every member of staff was very kind. Clean of course ! Delicious food! We have had some complaints, and I must explain here that my husband is an old German, and I found that the Germans are much more critical than the French, but the staff, from the general staff to the manager who was on duty every day, took our "complaints" very seriously, and the most valuable thing is that every one of them really tried to help us to solve our "problems". The "hassle". I have to admire the service here! It really is better than many 5 star hotels! Fantastic Fireworks on the beach and the Resort had super prepared for all Guests together party! Even for Kids! We'll be back here again."

"The Hotel is pretty old, so is the bathroom. It smells like mould as soon as you enter the room! Also there was mould in my bathroom and hair, which wasnt mine already at check-in. Staff is not flexible at all. I payed for several breakfasts that I didnt have. Yet there was no way of switching it up to dinner. I asked for a packed breakfast. The lady at reception first said its also not available. When I mentioned a review she said they can provide a packed breakfast. She would notify me later what is available for breakfast. Yet I was never notified and they gave me something with tuna, which I dont eat. Also the staff prefers to hang out together, laugh and watch stuff on their phones instead helping their customers. I was woken up by three staff member talking loudly in front of my room. At breakfast there is not really a huge variety to be found and it is rather simple. The outside area is nice but still differs a lot from the pictures online. Overall absolutely overpriced and not worth the money! Can not recommend staying there."

They also gave us a complimentary 2-hour extended stay since our free airport transfer was scheduled 4 hours after our original check-out time. The staff were approachable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! 👌🏻"

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. "Not sure where to start but I will say the staff were lovely . Breakfast was dreadful, no juice, the manager came up to me on the first day and asked if I needed anything, I said juice please, he said no problem but after quite a long time he came back and asked if I really wanted it as he would have to charge me 🤷♀️ I asked for toast for breakfast but always had to wait at least 30 mins to get it and when it arrived it was never warm or toasted, I gave up going after a few days! Sun-bed had a rusty piece sticking out and there was a hole in the ground by the pool which was dangerous and there were children running around who could have got hurt. Hotel is stuck out in the sticks, nothing around to get snacks although the do sell snacks in the hotel for an extortionate amount. Wish I could have something positive to say but sadly can’t find any positives of staying here."

"This hotel is absolutely amazing from the very first moment. Pure Filipino charm: kindness, courtesy, and great taste in its humble accommodations. From the moment you arrive, everything is perfect: the views, the people, every single breakfast overlooking what is arguably one of the best views in the country, El Nido Bay. There are a few stairs at the entrance, but they are not at all difficult to climb for anyone in reasonably good physical condition. And when you see the views from each of the bungalows when you wake up… it will all have been worth it. We would return a thousand times."
